Abstract

The present invention concerns a foldable subdivision element ( 1 ) for installation in a transport container or a transport frame ( 10 ), wherein the subdivision element has webs ( 2, 2', 2'' ) of flexible material which in the installed condition extend through the interior of the transport container or transport frame ( 10 ) in separate planes arranged flat one above the other or one beside the other and subdivide the transport container/transport frame into individual compartments. In order to provide a foldable subdivision element, as described hereinbefore, having webs of flexible material which in the installed condition subdivide the interior of a transport container or frame into compartments, in which the installation operation, that is to say introducing, positioning and fixing the subdivision element in a transport container/frame is facilitated in such a way that the replacement of a flexible subdivision element by another subdivision element with a compartment division which is different from the first one can be carried out quickly and also easily by the user himself, it is proposed in accordance with the invention that the webs are arranged between rigid elements ( 3, 3', 4, 4' ) which in turn for installation of the subdivision element can be connected releasably to the frame or walls of a transport container or the frame structure of a transport frame ( 10 ).

Description

The present invention relates to a foldable subdivision element for installation in a transport container or a transport frame, wherein the subdivision element webs of flexible material which extend in the installed state in separate planes and flat one above the other or side by side through the interior of the transport container or transport frame and this / divide this into individual compartments. Furthermore, this invention relates to a transport system with a transport container or caddy and at least one subdivision element according to the invention.

For the transport of general cargo containers or transport racks or transport frames are often used as a transport container. In the transport container interior comprised of a container, transport frame or transport frame, devices are often fixed which subdivide the interior space into two or more compartments or segments. While container i.d.R. are composed of floor, wall and ceiling units, transport racks often consist of firmly interconnected horizontal and vertical frame members and may also, for example, a ground unit (eg a grid or a plate) and single or multiple lattice or plate-shaped wall or cover sections , Containers and transport racks have defined dimensions which make it possible to match the transport devices and systems for transporting such containers to exactly these dimensions. This means that regardless of size, shape and other special features of the various transport goods once established transport equipment and facilities (trucks, forklifts, transport lines, cranes) can be used long term, without these devices and equipment to constantly changing dimensions of the transport containers would have to be adapted. Particularly preferred are systems are established in which certain transport containers make up fractions of the transport volume of larger transport containers, so that several smaller fractional containers can be accommodated in a larger transport container.

In order to use a transport container or a transport rack with defined external dimensions for the transport of goods that differ, inter alia, in size and shape from each other, for example, by a container, transport frame or frame spanned transport container interior by to the respective transport goods adapted subdivision devices divided into suitably designed compartments or segments. Such Subdivision devices can themselves be rigid and inflexible (boards, floors, walls). Other subdivision devices are made of flexible materials and are factory-installed in shipping containers or racks. Flexible subdivision devices have the advantage that hinged or hinged transport containers or racks can be folded with such subdivision devices in the discharged state for the return transport or can be stored in this state, as long as they are not needed.

A disadvantage of both systems, however, is that after installation of the transport device, the way the interior layout of the container or frame is more or less fixed. In the case of standard factory-installed in transport containers and racks flexible subdivision devices, a replacement may be possible, but is usually carried out only by the manufacturer of the transport device, since the correct positioning and fixing just subdivision devices made of flexible material in a transport container or frame very difficult. Since the replacement of a flexible subdivision element by another with one of the first different compartment division either very time consuming and / or very expensive, remains in many cases, the space distribution of a transport container over the entire service life of the transport container consistent or only in urgent need and, accordingly, rare changed. Instead, several different transport containers or racks are usually purchased in order to be able to resort to the required system at short notice.

FR 2723916 discloses a storage system having a series of vertical and horizontal divisions of textile material. The vertical partitions are provided with holders for the horizontal partitions, wherein the holders consist of U-shaped plastic parts for receiving rods at the edges of the horizontal partitions.

US 6,296,133 describes a caddy with a dividing element arranged therein. On the sides of the rectangular, horizontal caddy base, a plurality of post supports fixedly connected to the caddy base are arranged, in which, in turn, upwardly extending support posts are disposed. The arranged in the transport frame dividing element consists of a plurality of elongated cells and connected to these cells horizontal struts. The cells are made of a flexible plastic material and are connected to the horizontal struts via flexible hanging loops. The aspiration are placed on the upper ends of the support post, so that the dividing element is suspended suspended in the transport frame.

It is the object of the present invention to provide a previously described foldable dividing element with webs of flexible material which, when installed, divide the interior of a transport container into shelves in which the incorporation, i. the introduction, positioning and fixing of the dividing element in a transport container / frame is facilitated so that the exchange of a flexible dividing element by another with one of the first different compartment division quickly and easily by the user himself is feasible.

This object is achieved by a foldable subdivision element of the type mentioned, which is characterized in that the webs are arranged between rigid elements, which in turn are detachably connectable to the frame or the walls of a transport container or the frame of a transport frame for installation of the subdivision element, the rigid elements being provided in the form of separate struts and / or contiguous strut systems and / or frames, the struts of strut systems and frames being disposed on one plane or on substantially parallel adjacent planes, and wherein at least a portion of the struts comprise these struts in the installed state transversely, ie at an angle of 45 ° - 90 °, preferably at an angle of 70 ° - 90 °, and particularly preferably at an angle of 85 ° - 90 °, are arranged to the level of the webs.

Preferably, in subdivision elements according to the invention, at least part of the webs in the installed state are arranged parallel to one another, and the surface of the web or webs is preferably rectangular, but for example also trapezoidal and triangular webs are encompassed by the present invention. Optionally, the tracks of the subdivision elements installed in the transport container or the transport frame can also run diagonally with respect to the container or frame. The webs are arranged in substantially horizontal, vertical or inclined planes, depending on which side (from the front or from the top) the subjects are to be loaded and unloaded.

A subdivision element according to the present invention is easier and more easily fixable in a transport container, since the rigid elements are easier to grasp than a number of interconnected flexible webs, as with a handle several webs can be performed evenly. On the other hand, the dividing element can be positioned more precisely in a transport container or a transport frame via the rigid elements by the rigid dividing elements are applied to solid walls, struts or frame components of the transport container. After a subdivision element according to the invention has been brought into the appropriate position in the transport container, it is also easier to form a detachable connection between subdivision element and transport container / frame by the rigid elements on the walls or struts or frame components of the transport container / frame either by means of a cord, Tape, Velcro, straps or cable ties are releasably tied or fixed with latches or ties. Above all, however, a dividing element according to the invention with a predetermined compartment division can easily be exchanged for another dividing element with another compartment division, as long as only the rigid fixing elements of the other dividing element are dimensioned and with regard to the arrangement of optionally provided fixing devices, e.g. Locking pins and openings, are designed so that they are also detachably connected to the transport container / frame. Particularly advantageous are such releasable connections that can be trained or solved without tools.

Unterteilungselemente mit starren Elementen wie z.B. Profilen, Stangen oder Streben sind darüberhinaus auch besser in einem Tranportbehälter fixierbar, da über diese starren Elementen das Aufspannen des Unterteilungselements unter Ausnutzung von Hebelkräften möglich ist, sobald ein starres Element oder mehrere starre Elemente an einem Ende bereits am Transportbehälter fixiert wurde(n).Partitioning elements with rigid elements, e.g. Profiles, rods or struts are also better fixable in a transport container, as on these rigid elements, the clamping of the subdivision element by utilizing leverage is possible as soon as a rigid element or more rigid elements has already been fixed at one end to the transport container (s).

The subdivision elements according to the invention basically consist of flexible elements interconnected by rigid elements. The subdivision element in its entirety is but not rigid. This would contradict the idea of the invention in principle, since the subdivision element is to be foldable according to the task, which is realized according to this invention by flexible and consequently foldable webs which are arranged between individual rigid elements. A subdivision element according to the invention is therefore not self-supporting, that is, although it can be set up without a transport container or a transport rack, depending on the design, but in principle without the fixation in a transport container is not able to carry loads.

The webs and / or walls are preferably made of flexible material selected from flexible plastic films and among woven, braided and knitted fabrics of natural or artificial fibers. Particularly preferred are webs and walls of technical textiles of various kinds. In the material of the webs or walls in preferred embodiments of the invention, at least one reinforcing element incorporated or applied thereto, for example, a profile or a strip of plastic or metal, wherein the foldability the dividing element thereof should not be affected.

Preferably, the webs extending in a first direction are each connected at opposite edges of the web to at least one rigid element. However, this invention also includes that the rigid elements are provided at adjacent edges of the webs. However, it is advantageous if opposite tensile forces are transmitted from the rigid elements to the webs by means of rigid elements arranged at opposite edges. In this way, the subdivision element is optimally clamped and the forming subjects or Segemente have the desired shape.

Particularly preferred embodiments of the invention are those in which the rigid elements are provided in the form of separate struts and / or continuous strut systems and or frames. While plates and frames as rigid elements are particularly advantageous if they extend completely over two respective opposing od. Or adjacent sides of the partitioning element and thereby v.a. For complex dividing elements with many webs and for larger dividing elements facilitating the positioning and fixing of the dividing element in the transport container, separate struts or strut systems are preferred if it is desired to save weight since i.d.R. less strut material is needed to establish an effective system. Particularly preferred are strut systems and / or frames whose struts are arranged substantially on one level or on substantially parallel, adjacent planes, so that the struts in plan view of the plane or the planes span a surface.

At least part of the struts are provided across the plane of the webs. At least a portion of these struts are connected to at least two corners of the panels in some embodiments. In other embodiments, they are connected to opposite edges of the webs. By transverse to the plane of the web is meant that the struts are arranged at an angle of 45 ° - 90 ° to the plane of the webs. Preferably, the struts are arranged at an angle of 70 ° - 90 °, and more preferably at an angle of 85 ° - 90 °, to the plane of the webs. In particular, it is preferred that these transverse struts are inclined at an angle of 45 ° -90 ° to both a first edge of the web and a second edge of the web adjacent to this first edge, preferably the angle to one of these edges of the web is substantially 90 °.

In preferred embodiments of the present invention, the struts disposed transversely to the plane of the web are inclined relative to the plane of the at least one web such that the plane of the at least one web is from outside to inside, i.e. from the outside. away from the outwardly facing opening of the dividing element and down to the center of the dividing element is arranged. Due to the sloping arrangement of the webs can be dispensed with a special cover of the opening in some cargo because the goods to slide into the compartment due to the obliquity of the plane, it being understood that the cargo at the end of the tray either from a rear wall or a Partition of the Unterteilugnselements or is picked up by a frame member or a wall of the transport container.

Still other embodiments of the present invention are further characterized in that at least a portion of the struts are connected to opposite edges of the webs, which struts extend on web levels and preferably extend substantially parallel to the edges of the one web.

Particularly preferred embodiments have struts extending at least partly on track planes which are at least partially connected to at least one strut extending transversely to a track. This combination of struts and cross struts arranged on track planes is referred to here as a strut system, wherein the struts running on track planes are preferably guided through the at least one transversely arranged strut. In particular, it is preferred that struts running on track planes of substantially circular cross-section are rotatably mounted in a strut extending transversely to a track. Alternatively, the struts can also be fixed to one another on their outer sides or connected to one another via a connecting piece. Furthermore, it is preferred that a dividing element according to the invention is characterized in that the struts running on web levels are connected to at least two struts extending transversely to a web. This gives the system of struts on the web level and cross struts additional stability and resilience.

A significant advantage of the combination of struts running on track planes and struts disposed transversely to the track is that load transfer thereby also occurs over vertical elements of the subdivision element, assuming that the track planes are oriented either horizontally or vertically. That is, at a horizontally extending web surface, the weight on their first weight then derived on the then horizontal struts on the web plane and from these struts in the installed state substantially perpendicular to slightly angled arranged to cross members is transmitted and then vertically on this eg a floor unit, vertical frame member or a vertical frame member of the transport port container removed. This is of great advantage, since in subdivision elements in which the entire load resting on a horizontal track is borne by the connections between horizontal and vertical components of the transport container, these connections must be made correspondingly solid. By contrast, in the preferred subdivision elements according to the present invention just described, the main load is preferably removed over the vertical struts. Accordingly, other more flexibly applicable or easier-to-implement fixation methods can be used in mounting such dividing elements in transport containers.

In preferred embodiments, the length of a strut along an edge of the web is substantially equal to the length of that edge of the web. However, this does not exclude that in other embodiments it may be advantageous to choose the strut longer than the edge length. To avoid sliding down a web longitudinally from the ends of the struts, in preferred embodiments, slip-offs are provided at the ends of the struts.

If the struts arranged transversely to the webs are arranged directly at the ends of the struts running on the web plane, this is disadvantageous if the web has a recess across the width of the cross struts which is not fixedly connected to the struts on the web plane. In this case, a corresponding dividing element mounted in a transport container would not be tensioned along the edge of the web which extends at the level of the recesses between the struts on the web plane. For web materials with low rigidity, this edge often hangs down due to the low tension. With somewhat stiffer materials, this edge, while remaining essentially at the level of the rest of the well-tensioned web, can not carry a greater load. This is particularly disadvantageous because of this edge must be frequently loaded and unloaded. That is, especially in this area is particularly high stability and support required.

The edge defining the width of a tensioned web is therefore preferably arranged over its entire length, in particular including the corner regions, at one on the web plane Strut attached, and optionally attached to a transverse to the web strut. Preferred strut systems are characterized in that a web-level strut is disposed along one edge of the one web and connected to one edge, preferably at least one strut transverse to the plane of the one web spaced from both endpoints the one edge of the web is connected to the one at the level of the web extending strut. In this way, the tension is also significantly improved by an edge that extends between the arranged on the web plane struts is stretched and stretched by the moving apart of the struts.

Further embodiments of the invention have between the struts connected to webs at least one partition wall or a side wall or a rear wall. Such additional walls are connected to the struts connected webs. Preferably, separating and side walls are substantially parallel to a strut arranged on the web plane and preferably perpendicular to the web plane. However, in the context of this invention, the dividing walls can also be realized running diagonally or perpendicularly to a strut arranged on the web plane. In addition, all conceivable combinations of number and design of separation, side and rear walls can be realized. For example, an embodiment has two sidewalls arranged in the vicinity of a strut arranged on the web plane and extending parallel thereto, and either a back wall and one or more partitions arranged parallel to the strut arranged on the web plane or no back wall and instead one or more arranged perpendicular to the arranged on the web plane strut partitions.

Particularly preferred embodiments of the present invention, which have a number of webs arranged between struts and preferably also have a corresponding number of arranged between these webs separating, side and / or back walls. For example, a preferred embodiment, three webs extending horizontally between horizontal struts, wherein between each two webs two side walls, a rear wall and centrally between the two side walls a substantially parallel to the horizontal struts extending partition wall is arranged.

Preferably, partition members according to the present invention comprise a number of at least 2 webs arranged between struts. Preferably, the subdivision elements have at least 2 and optionally up to 60 webs arranged between the struts, and subdivision elements with 2 to 8 webs arranged between longitudinal struts are particularly preferred. Preferably, the subdivision elements additionally have a corresponding number of separating, side and / or rear walls arranged between these webs.

The advantage of dividing elements according to the invention with a number of more than two arranged between struts webs is that with a clamping operation between the struts extending webs are stretched simultaneously and evenly. To install a dividing element according to the invention in a transport container, first a supporting element, for example a strut arranged transversely to the web planes of the dividing element introduced into the transport container, is fixed on one side of the transport container and then a further supporting element, such as e.g. another transverse strut at another location of the transport container, e.g. fixed on the opposite side, with the number of webs stretched simultaneously. This eliminates the tedious, separate hanging of webs of a conventional subdivision and it saves time and effort.

As an additional enhancement of the carrying capacity of horizontal webs, in some embodiments, the webs are each connected to at least one further strut at a distance from the edges connected to web struts. This further strut preferably runs parallel to the two other struts and is particularly preferably connected to at least one strut arranged transversely to the web plane.

The connection of the web or webs with struts running along web edges preferably takes place via in each case at least one loop, which is formed by folding over an edge of the web and fixing this edge to an untransformed region of the web. Alternatively or additionally, the flexible web can also be stapled or glued to the struts. In addition, it is also possible to screw the track to the strut or nail down or pinch the web in provided on the struts slots. Other connection possibilities between the track and struts are attached to the tracks rings or loops of different material from the web material for mounting on the strut and the like.

The subdivision elements according to the invention are used to divide the transport space of transport containers of various kinds. Transport containers are understood here as transport frames, transport containers, transport racks, crates, containers and comparable transport containers for the transport of piece goods. The connection of transport container and subdivision element is referred to here as a transport system.

Preferred transport systems according to the present invention comprise a transport container or a transport frame and at least one subdivision element of the aforementioned type. The transport containers or racks are designed so that at least one subdivision element according to the invention in this transport container / frame can be clamped and detachably connected thereto or in this temporarily fixable. Preferred transport containers for transport systems with subdivision elements according to the invention have a basic framework made integral with one another or firmly interconnected horizontal and vertical frame members. Such transport containers are referred to below as transport racks. The transport racks preferably have joints arranged on the frame elements, which make it possible to fold the transport frame after unloading and possibly also after the removal of the subdivision element.

The struts of subdivision elements according to the invention are releasably connectable to the transport container or transport frame, for example, by cord, tape, Velcro, straps, cable ties, which are preferably provided on the frame members, and / or struts hooks, eyelets and / or holes. The struts may preferably be detachably connectable to the transport container but also by screwing. However, such detachable connections that can be formed or loosened without the use of tools are particularly advantageous.

Particularly preferred transport systems according to the present invention are characterized in that the subdivision element or its struts, strut system or frame in the transport container or transport frame can be fixed via detents or latches. Here, the locking pin and / or locking bolt may be provided either on the struts of the dividing element and the latching opening and / or latch openings on the frame members of a caddy or on the wall, floor, ceiling or frame elements of a transport container, such as a container provided. On the other hand, the latching pins and / or locking bolts may alternatively be provided on the frame elements of the transport frame or on the wall, floor, ceiling or frame elements of a transport container and the latching openings and / or latch openings on the struts of the partitioning element. Furthermore, within the scope of this invention are non-movable, rigid plug-in pins which engage in correspondingly configured openings.

Particularly preferred embodiments of transport systems according to the invention, in which a number of separate subdivision elements in a transport container or frame side by side, one above the other and / or one behind the other are fixable. For this purpose, the superterting elements are designed such that they represent fractions of the transport container interior volume. In this way, several fraction (even with different compartmentalization) can be arranged in a transport container. Preferably, in this case, the adjoining subdivision elements with double adhesive tape, Velcro strips, rivets, hooks and / or eyes are detachably connected to each other.

After a longer useful life of subdivision elements according to the invention, it may happen that the flexible webs expand slightly and consequently lose tension in the clamped state. Therefore, in particularly preferred embodiments, the present invention Invention on the subdivision element or the transport container or frame a system for tensioning the webs provided. Also manufacturing tolerances of different subdivision elements can be compensated.
