Definitions
- the invention relates to a tent with the features of claim 1.
- a tent is known to consist of a plurality of support rods, each supported by a plate or a base support the tent roof.
- the tent roof may comprise a hinged roof structure, which consists of a plurality of hinged hinged rods or hinged elements with one or more hinge rods, which correspond to the main part of the tent roof.
- the roof structure is thereby brought into the operating position or folded out that sliding parts are pushed along corresponding support rods up against the roof structure.
- the sliding of each sliding part leads to lifting the supporting roof structure of the tent roof from a support surface to the height of the use position.
- this blocking element in the form of a movable pin member 11 which is disposed within an opening 10 of the support rod 2 and against the force of a mounted in the support rod 2 spring perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the support rod 2 from the opening 10 is movable out.
- the pin member 11 is located at a position of the support rod 2, on which the sliding part 3 happens to him when it rises along the support rod 2 and thus away from the support surface.
- the bolt member 11 then slides under the sliding part 3, when this has reached the desired working height, in which the tent roof is located at an optimum distance from the support surface.
- the sliding part 3 is above the bolt part 11, this is automatically pushed out of the opening 10 and snaps out of the opening 10 due to the force of the spring after passing the sliding part 3, to prevent the sliding part 3, again along the support rod 2 to slide down towards the support surface.
- the bolt part 11 thus supports the sliding part 3.
- each bolt part 11 assigned to a sliding part 3 has to be pushed individually inwards into the opening 10 (see FIG. 1B) until the sliding part 3 can slide down the support bar 2 again.
- the user 13 exercises to directly, preferably with a finger 14 ( Figure 1B) from a pressure on the bolt part 11, whereupon the sliding part 3 begins immediately, due to its weight and the weight of the associated joint rods of the roof structure, the support bar 2 along to slip down.
- the sliding part 3 suddenly touches the finger 14 of the user 13, which may lead to unpleasant consequences for the user 13 in the form of injuries.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a tent which, compared with known tents, is substantially improved, particularly in view of the problems described above.
- the tent according to the invention guarantees a secure release of each sliding part along the corresponding support rod when the tent from the open or unfolded position to be folded out again. This unlocking is without any risk for the user exporting it.
- Another advantage of the invention is that the present tent of the aforementioned type is both easy to manufacture and easy to use.
- Figures 1A and 1B show perspective views of a known tent in the open use position with unlocked blocking.
- Figures 2A and 2B show the views of Figures 1A and 1B corresponding views of a tent according to the invention.
- FIG. 3 shows a perspective view and enlarges a detail of FIGS. 2A and 2B.
- FIG. 4 shows a detail of FIG. 3 in frontal view.
- FIG. 5 shows section 5-5 of FIG. 4.
- FIG. 6 shows section 6-6 of FIG. 4.
- Figure 7 shows the section 5-5 of Figure 4, but in a different state of use of the tent.
- Figure 8 shows a development of the invention.
- the present tent 1 comprises a plurality of support rods 2 which are preferably wholly or partly hollow.
- support rods 2 which are preferably wholly or partly hollow.
- only one support rod 2 is shown, which rests on a support surface, not shown.
- a sliding part 3 is slidably disposed, which, as shown, preferably contains two parallel wing parts 4 and 5, which are connected to the ends 6 of the scissors or hinge rods 7 of the roof structure. The latter are aligned and arranged so that they hold the above the support rod 2 mounted tent roof 9 or wear. It should be noted, the number of wing parts 4, 5, not necessarily limited to two.
- an opening 10 or a bearing is provided with an opening 10 in which a rod or pin member 11 or the like is arranged or mounted so that it is aligned perpendicular to the longitudinal axis W of the support rod 2 movable, as by the reference character K ( Figure 5) is indicated.
- the pin member 11 slides under the sliding part 3, as soon as it is in the use position in which it supports the roof structure, so that the tent roof 9 can be lifted from the support surface. In this position, the pin member 11 supports the sliding part 3. If the user 13 ( Figures 1B, 2B) wants to fold the tent 1 again, he must push the pin member 11 with a finger 14 back into the opening 10. This leads in the prior art to a sudden downward movement of the sliding part 3 (arrow X in Figure 1A), with the effect that the sliding part 3 the Finger 14 of the user 13 with the known harmful consequences violate, for example, can squeeze.
- the bolt part 11 preferably has an inner projection 15 which projects into the cavity 16 of the support rod 2.
- the projection 15 is connected to a bent or folded part 17 of a spring plate, which forms a spring member 18 which pushes the bolt member 11 resiliently in a position outside the support rod 2, but also the re-entry of the same allowed in the opening 10, as soon as is pressed in the direction of K against the force of the spring member 18 in the direction of the support rod 2.
- the automatic snapping of the pin member 11 is also effected by the spring member 18, as soon as the sliding member 3 has moved in its movement along the support rod 2 on the pin member 11.
- the spring member 18 may also be in a differently designed energy storage, for example, a spiral or coil spring, which can exert pressure on the bolt part 11 by compression.
- the sliding part 3 is attached to the body part 20.
- the body part 20 may be made of a material having a low coefficient of friction, so that its Sliding movement and thus also that of the sliding part 3 along the support rod 2 is simplified or facilitated.
- the movable in an opening of the housing part 21 of the body part 20 actuator 22 is preferably rod-shaped or peg-shaped, is actuated by the pin member 11 and occurs in the use position of the housing part 21 out so that it can be actuated by a user 13.
- the opening of the housing part 21 to the opening 10 of the support rod 2 is aligned so that the pin member 11 can act on the actuator 22 and abut against this when the sliding part 3 is in the use position in which the tent roof 9 of the Support surface of the tent 1 is removed.
- the bolt part 11 then engages in the opening of the housing part 21 in order to block the body part 20 and thus also the sliding part 3 on the support rod 2.
- the user 13 can press with a finger 14 against the element 22, so that this and the pin member 11 are pressed in the direction of the support rod 2 until the pin member 11 moves back into the support rod 2 and the body part 20 is released.
- the body portion 20 preferably has, at its opposite sides, tapered portions 30 serving as insertion slopes to permit movement of the body portion 20 via the pin portion 11 as the body portion 20 moves with the sliding portion 3 along the support bar 2. More specifically, these tapered portions 30 are each tapered with the tip of the cone facing the support rod 2 to return the pin member 11 to the corresponding opening 10 as the sliding member 3 moves up or down along the support rod 2 reaches the bolt part 11.
- the movable Betsch Trentslement 22 is freely movable within the opening of the housing part 21 so that it can be pushed out of the housing part 21 of the pin member 11.
- the actuator 22 may also be pressed by an attached inside the housing part 21 elastic element from the housing part 21 to the outside.
- the actuating element 22 has, on its side facing the bolt part 11, a widened flange part 25 which guarantees good contact with the bolt part 11 protruding from the support rod 2 in the position of use.
- the widened flange 25 also prevents the actuator 22 can be moved out of the opening of the housing part 21, since it engages behind the edge region of the opening of the housing part 21.
- the annular flange portion 25 and radial projections on the actuating element 22 may be provided, which engage in corresponding longitudinal grooves of the inner wall of the bore of the housing part 21.
- the invention can be exercised for folding the tent 1, a pressure on the pin member 11 in a secure, yet simple manner.
- the user 13 presses according to the figure 2B on the projecting out of the housing part 21 of the sliding part 3 movable actuating element 22 and thereby directly on the bolt part 11 to let it snap back into the support rod 2 or due. This prevents that the finger 14 of the user 13 can fall under the sliding part 3 when it acts on the bolt part 11.
- the security is increased according to an advantage of the invention.
- the movable Actuator 22 also be arranged and designed so that it is not, as described above, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis W of the support rod 2 but on one side of the longitudinal axis W moves, as Figure 8 shows schematically.
- a laterally moving actuating element 22 '(arrow B) is wedge-shaped to transmit its movement to the bolt part 11 in order to move it into the opening 10 or to move it out of the opening 10.
- the arrangement of the actuating element 22 'in the housing part 21 or on the body part 20 is not shown in FIG. 8 for the sake of simplicity.
- this housing part 21 can also be positioned elsewhere on the body part 20, always in relation to the sliding part 3, eg above or in the middle.
- the essence of the invention is that the bolt part 11 is not actuated directly by the user 13, but indirectly via the actuating element 22 or 22 '. This is achieved by the special design of the sliding part 3 with the body part 20 and the same in the housing part 21 thereof, acting on the pin member 11 actuating element 22 or 22 '.
- the invention can also be advantageously used in connection with a sunshade or umbrella.
- a sunshade or umbrella In this case, only a single support bar is provided.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a tent with the features of
A tent is known to consist of a plurality of support rods, each supported by a plate or a base support the tent roof. The tent roof may comprise a hinged roof structure, which consists of a plurality of hinged hinged rods or hinged elements with one or more hinge rods, which correspond to the main part of the tent roof. The roof structure is thereby brought into the operating position or folded out that sliding parts are pushed along corresponding support rods up against the roof structure. The sliding of each sliding part leads to lifting the supporting roof structure of the tent roof from a support surface to the height of the use position.
The aforementioned sliding movement ends as soon as the
Das Bolzenteil 11 stützt somit das Schiebeteil 3.More specifically, the
When the tent is to be folded up again, each
An object of the present invention is to provide a tent which, compared with known tents, is substantially improved, particularly in view of the problems described above.
Advantageously, the tent according to the invention guarantees a secure release of each sliding part along the corresponding support rod when the tent from the open or unfolded position to be folded out again. This unlocking is without any risk for the user exporting it.
Another advantage of the invention is that the present tent of the aforementioned type is both easy to manufacture and easy to use.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims.

Figur 8 eine Weiterbildung der Erfindung.Figure 8 shows a development of the invention.
With reference to Figures 1A and 1B, the
Along each
As can be seen from Figures 1B and 2B, the
These undesirable and dangerous situations are avoided by the present invention, as shown in particular Figures 2A and 7. In Fig. 7, details already shown in Figs. 1A and 1B are denoted by the corresponding reference numerals.
According to the figures, in particular according to FIGS. 5 and 7, the
The
According to the invention, a preferably
The
The
Thanks to the invention can be exercised for folding the
The invention has been described in connection with the preferred embodiment. But there are also different embodiments possible. For example, the
These alternative approaches also fall within the scope of the present invention and are therefore also encompassed by the following patent application.
22' erreicht. The essence of the invention is that the
For example, the invention can also be advantageously used in connection with a sunshade or umbrella. In this case, only a single support bar is provided.
