Claims (12)

  1. Installation de prétraitement d'injection avec un tunnel d'injection (12, 12a) à l'intérieur duquel au moins une station de traitement (18, 18a) avec des dispositifs de traitement (20) pour le traitement par injection ou immersion de pièces (16) est prévue, les dispositifs de traitement (20) étant alimentés avec du liquide de traitement provenant d'un récipient placé sous ces derniers (22, 22a), et avec un convoyeur (14, 14a) pour transporter des pièces (16) à travers le tunnel d'injection (12, 12a), caractérisée en ce qu'en amont de la station de traitement (18, 18a) est montée une station d'admission (32), dans laquelle les pièces (16) sont soulevées par le convoyeur (14, 14a) vers la station de traitement (18, 18a) à un niveau surélevé après leur arrivée par une ouverture d'admission (34).
  2. Installation de prétraitement d'injection selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la station d'admission (32) présente un récipient collecteur (38) de liquide.
  3. Installation de prétraitement d'injection selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture d'admission (34) présente un bord supérieur (36) qui se trouve à un niveau en-dessous des dispositifs de traitement (20) disposés tout en bas.
  4. Installation de prétraitement d'injection selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'une surface d'entrée (28) est affectée au récipient (22, 22a) de la station de traitement, laquelle est inclinée de préférence en direction du récipient (22, 22a), et en ce que le bord supérieur (36) de l'ouverture d'admission (34) se trouve à un niveau en-dessous de la surface d'entrée (28).
  5. Installation de prétraitement d'injection selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une aspiration (50) est prévue dans la zone de l'ouverture d'admission (34).
  6. Installation de prétraitement d'injection selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le convoyeur (14, 14a) présente un parcours tel que les pièces (16) sont abaissées à un niveau plus bas à la sortie du tunnel d'injection (12, 12a) ou sur une zone intermédiaire.
  7. Installation de prétraitement d'injection selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le tunnel d'injection (12, 12a) présente une ouverture de sortie (34a) avec un bord supérieur (36a), laquelle se trouve à un niveau en-dessous des dispositifs de traitement (20) disposés tout en bas.
  8. Installation de prétraitement d'injection selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce qu'une aspiration (50a) est prévue dans la zone de l'ouverture de sortie (34a).
  9. Installation de prétraitement d'injection selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un piège frigorifique (52) est prévu dans la zone de l'ouverture d'admission (34).
  10. Procédé de prétraitement d'injection de pièces, dans le cadre duquel les pièces (16) sont déplacées à travers un tunnel d'injection (12, 12a) et sont traitées au moyen d'un liquide dans au moins une station de traitement (18, 18a) par immersion ou injection et dans le cadre duquel les pièces (16) sont d'abord amenées à travers une ouverture d'admission (34) puis soulevées à un niveau surélevé dans la station de traitement (18, 18a).
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, dans le cadre duquel les pièces (16) sont abaissées à un niveau plus bas à la sortie du tunnel d'injection (12, 12a) ou dans la zone d'une zone intermédiaire.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, dans le cadre duquel les pièces (12, 12a) sont amenées dans le tunnel d'injection à travers une ouverture d'admission (34) dont le bord supérieur (36) se trouve à un niveau en-dessous des dispositifs de traitement (20) disposés tout en bas.
