Claims (12)

  1. Parasol à bras libre comprenant un mât (2) portant un bras (10) qui peut rentrer et sortir en direction axiale et basculer autour de son axe, ce bras portant à une extrémité un parasol (12) et pouvant tourner par son autre extrémité dans un palier (14) auquel est articulé un élément porteur (16) qui est lui-même relié de manière articulée au mât (2), avec de plus sur le palier (14) un dispositif d'arrêt (24) pour bloquer la position basculée du bras (10),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif d'arrêt (24) présente, dans le prolongement du bras (10), une barre directrice (26) qui peut basculer autour d'un axe perpendiculaire à l'axe du bras, cette barre pouvant d'une part être bloquée avec l'élément porteur (16), et d'autre part basculer à l'état débloqué autour de l'axe du bras (10) et être accouplée de manière amovible au bras, selon un angle quelconque par rapport à celui-ci, par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif d'accouplement (30).
  2. Parasol à bras libre selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le palier (14) à l'extrémité du bras (10) est disposé dans un boîtier (52) dont un côté est articulé à l'élément porteur (16), tandis que l'autre côté est une partie de boîtier (84) qui, portant la barre directrice (26), peut basculer autour de l'axe du bras (10) et loge le dispositif d'accouplement (30).
  3. Parasol à bras libre selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif d'accouplement (30) comprend une première partie d'accouplement (80) montée sans pouvoir tourner mais en pouvant coulisser dans la direction de l'axe du bras (10), tout en étant précontrainte par un ressort (66) en direction d'une seconde partie d'accouplement (82) qui est reliée sans pouvoir tourner à la barre directrice (26), et à la première partie d'accouplement (80) est associée une pièce de pression (88) qui, pour libérer le dispositif d'accouplement (30) peut être actionnée par une came (86) montée sur la barre directrice (26), quand cette barre est basculée pour venir dans une zone de désaccouplement.
  4. Parasol à bras libre selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la zone de désaccouplement de la barre directrice (26) se trouve entre la position d'arrêt de cette barre (26) sur l'élément porteur (16) et la position dans laquelle le bras (10) est étiré en direction axiale.
  5. Parasol à bras libre selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la zone de désaccouplement de la barre directrice (26) présente de part et d'autre de la came (86) des portées d'appui (92, 94) qui coopèrent avec la pièce de pression (88) de manière à fixer temporairement la barre directrice (26) dans les positions situées de part et d'autre de la came (86).
  6. Parasol à bras libre selon une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif d'accouplement 36) est un dispositif à verrouillage par combinaison de formes, de préférence un accouplement à dents.
  7. Parasol à bras libre une des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le bras (10) présente des butées qui délimitent l'angle de basculement.
  8. Parasol à bras libre selon une des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le bras (10) et la barre directrice (26) sont creusés de manière à servir de passage à un organe de traction (40) servant à ouvrir et à fermer le parasol (12).
  9. Parasol à bras libre selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    à l'extrémité libre de la barre directrice (26) est monté un treuil (46) pour manoeuvrer l'organe de traction (40).
  10. Parasol à bras libre selon une des revendications 1 à 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la barre directrice (26) présente une pince (50) permettant de la bloquer sur l'élément porteur (16).
  11. Parasol à bras libre selon une des revendications 1 à 10,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le bras (10) peut être bloqué dans sa position sortie au moyen d'un cliquet d'arrêt (32) qui peut être dégagé par l'intermédiaire d'un organe de libération (36) passant à l'intérieur du mât.
  12. Parasol à bras libre selon une des revendications 1 à 11,
    caractérisé en ce que
    pour le transport, il peut être rabattu sur lui-même pour former un paquet compact et élancé, en étant raccourci par coulissement télescopique du bras.
