Claims (11)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Kuppeln eines Ladearms (C) an einen Traktor (T), wobei der Kupplungsrahmen (1) des Ladearms (C) mit jeweils einem der zwei männlichen (11, 12) oder weiblichen (21, 22) Kupplungselemente jedes von zwei Paaren von Kupplungselementen, die als "vorderes" (11, 21) und "hinteres" (12, 22) bezeichnet werden, und einem Verriegelungsschnapper (14), auf den eine Feder (15) einwirkt, ausgestattet ist, und wobei der Kupplungskopf (2) eines am Traktor (T) angebrachten Adaptationsgestells (BA) mit zwei Kupplungselementen (12, 11, 22, 21), die zu den am Kupplungsrahmen (1) angebrachten komplementär sind, und mit Verriegelungsmitteln (25, 25') ausgestattet ist, wobei der Verriegelungsschnapper (14) mit den Verriegelungsmitteln (25, 25') zusammenarbeitet, um eine Position einzunehmen, die als "verriegelt" bezeichnet wird und in der die männlichen Elemente (11, 12) an die weiblichen Elementen (21, 22) vollständig angekuppelt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kupplungskopf (2) Vorverriegelungsmittel (24, 24') umfasst, mit denen der Verriegelungsschnapper (14) zusammenarbeiten kann, um eine als "vorverriegelt" bezeichnete Position einzunehmen, in der die männlichen (11, 12) und weiblichen (21, 22) Elemente jedes Paares in unvollständiger Weise im Eingriff sind, derart, dass der Ladearm (C) am Traktor (T) eingehängt ist, dass jedoch zwischen diesen männlichen (11, 12) und weiblichen (21, 22) Elementen ein Spiel vorhanden ist, das eine Korrektur der Position des Ladearms (C) relativ zum Traktor (T) gestattet, wobei die Feder (15) ununterbrochen darauf abzielt, den Verriegelungsschnapper (14) in der verriegelten Position oder der vorverriegelten Position zu halten.
  2. Kupplungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die männlichen Kupplungselemente (11, 12) durch einen Stab und die weiblichen Kupplungselemente (21, 22) durch eine U-förmige Aufnahme gebildet werden, wobei der Stab (11, 12) an der Mündung der U-förmigen Aufnahme (21, 22) angeordnet ist, wenn der Verriegelungsschnapper (14) sich in der vorverriegelten Position befindet, und vollständig in den hinteren Teil der U-förmigen Aufnahme eingeführt ist, wenn der Verriegelungsschnapper (14) sich in der verriegelten Position befindet.
  3. Kupplungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die männlichen Kupplungselemente (11, 12) fest mit dem Kupplungsrahmen (1) verbunden sind und die weiblichen Kupplungselemente (21, 22) fest mit dem Kupplungskopf (2) verbunden sind.
  4. Kupplungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verriegelungsschnapper (14) um eine Achse drehbar montiert ist, die am Kupplungsrahmen (1) angebracht ist.
  5. Kupplungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehachse des Verriegelungsschnappers (14) der Stab (12) des hinteren Paares von Kupplungselementen (12, 22) ist.
  6. Kupplungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kupplungskopf (2) eine Rollrampe (23) umfasst, die sich vor der U-förmigen Aufnahme (22) des hinteren Paares von Kupplungselementen befindet, wobei auf jeder Seite der Wälzrampe eine Einkerbung zur Vorverriegelung (24, 24') und ein Verriegelungsanschlag (25, 25') vorgesehen sind, die dafür geeignet sind, mit dem Verriegelungsschnapper (14) zusammenzuarbeiten, und dadurch, dass der Verriegelungsschnapper (14) zwei Halb-Verriegelungsschnapper (140, 140') umfasst, die dazu fähig sind, auf beiden Seiten dieser Rampe (23) einzugreifen.
  7. Kupplungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stab (12) des hinteren Paares von Kupplungselementen (12, 22) in seinem mittleren Abschnitt eine lose montierte Rolle (122) aufweist, die dazu fähig ist, auf der Rollrampe (23) des Kupplungskopfs (2) abzurollen.
  8. Kupplungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verriegelungsschnapper (14) von der verriegelten Position oder der vorverriegelten Position in eine als "entriegelte Position" bezeichnete Position bewegt werden kann, in der er nicht mit den Mitteln zur Verriegelung (25, 25') oder zur Vorverriegelung (24, 24') zusammenarbeitet, derart, dass der Ladearm (C) vom Traktor (T) abgehängt werden kann, wobei seine Bewegung in diese entriegelte Position mit Hilfe eines Betätigungshebels (17) ausgeführt wird, der gegen die Rückholkräfte der Feder (15) des Verriegelungsschnappers wirkt.
  9. Kupplungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kupplungsrahmen (1) eine Feststellaussparung (100') umfasst, die es gestattet, den Betätigungshebel (17) in der Position festzustellen, in der der Verriegelungsschnapper (14) sich in der entriegelten Position befindet.
  10. Kupplungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das hintere Ende (26) des Kupplungskopfs (2) eine Freigabevertiefung (260) umfasst, die es beim Abkuppeln des Ladearms (C) und des Traktors (T) gestattet, den Betätigungshebel (17) aus der Feststellaussparung (100') herauszuholen, um den Verriegelungsschnapper (14) freizugeben.
  11. Kupplungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kupplungskopf (2) eine seitliche Rolle (27) umfasst, zur Führung des unteren Rands einer der Wangen (10) des Kupplungsrahmens (1) des Ladearms bei Vorgängen des Ankuppelns und Abkuppelns des Ladearms (C) und des Traktors (T).
