Claims (11)

  1. Seitenanschlagvorrichtung für eine Matratze, die auf einem Lattenrost angeordnet ist, wobei die Vorrichtung ein Seitenanschlagelement (2) in Form eines L umfasst, das von einem Sockel (26) gebildet ist, der durch eine Wiederkehr (27) verlängert ist, mit der die Kante der Matratze in Kontakt kommen soll, verbunden mit einer Grundfläche (1), die mit geeigneten Mitteln zu seiner Befestigung an einem Lattenpaar (36a, 36b) des Lattenrostes, das in einer selben Horizontalebene angeordnet ist, versehen ist, jeweils umfassend eine so genannte "äußere" Kante (36'a, 36'b) und eine so genannte "innere" Kante (36"a, 36"b), wobei die "inneren" Kanten (36"a, 36"b) der Latten zueinander in einem Abstand angeordnet sind, um einen Zwischenlattenraum (37) zu bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundfläche (1) und das Anschlagelement (2) in zwei getrennten Teilen bestehen, wobei die Grundfläche (1) in Form eines flachen Körpers (3) vorhanden ist, der dazu bestimmt ist, auf der Oberseite der Latten (36a, 36b) angeordnet zu werden, und dessen Endumrandungen (3') mit Elementen (8) versehen sind, die für die Befestigung an den "äußeren" Kanten (36'a, 36'b) der Latten (36a, 36b) geeignet sind, wobei der Mittelteil des flachen Körpers (3) mit einer Öffnung (10) versehen ist, die dazu bestimmt ist, in dem Zwischenlattenraum (37) angeordnet zu werden, und die für den Durchgang eines Verriegelungszapfens (28) vorgesehen ist, der auf dem Sockel (26) des Anschlagelements (2) angeordnet ist, wobei der Zapfen (28) Mittel umfasst, die geeignet sind, nach seinem Einsetzen in die Öffnung (10) der Grundfläche (1) einerseits die lösbare Verriegelung des Anschlagelements (2) auf der Grundfläche (1) und andererseits die lösbare Verriegelung der Grundfläche (1) auf dem Trägerlattenpaar (36a, 36b) zu ermöglichen.
  2. Anschlagvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verriegelungszapfen (28) des Anschlagelements (2) einen Fuß (31) und einen Endkopf (32) umfasst, wobei die Fläche des Kopfes (32), die zur Seite des Sockels (26) des Anschlagelements (2) gewandt ist, von dem Sockel (26) um einen Abstand (d) getrennt ist, der ungefähr der Dicke (h) des flachen Körpers (3) der Grundfläche (1) entspricht, wobei der Endkopf (32) nach dem Einsetzen des Zapfens (28) in die Öffnung (10) der Grundfläche (1) und Drehung dieses Zapfens (28) um die Achse der Öffnung (10) unter der Wirkung einer Drehbetätigung des L-förmigen Anschlagelements (2) dazu geeignet ist, sich einerseits direkt unter einen Teil des Körpers der Grundfläche (3) zu bewegen, um den Körper der Grundfläche (3) zwischen dem Anschlagsockel (26) und dem Endkopf (32) des Verriegelungszapfens (28) zu blockieren, und andererseits mit den "inneren" Kanten (36"a, 36"b) gegenüber den beiden Trägerlatten (36a, 36b) mit einer leichten Wirkung zur Entfernung der Latten (36a, 36b) in Kontakt zu kommen, um die Verriegelung der Grundfläche (1) auf dem Lattenpaar (36a, 36b) zu gewährleisten.
  3. Anschlagvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper der Grundfläche (3) eine längliche Öffnung (10) umfasst, wobei der Anschlagsockel (26) einen kreisförmigen Zapfenfuß (31) umfasst, der im Winkel von zwei diametral gegenüber liegenden Flügeln (33) verlängert ist, die den Endkopf (32) des Zapfens (28) bilden, wobei die seitlichen Flügel (33) als Verriegelungsnocke beim Anbringen des Anschlagelements (2) auf der Trägerfläche (1) durch Drehung dienen.
  4. Anschlagvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel (15, 16, 19, 35) umfasst, die die Drehverriegelung des Anschlagelements (2) auf seiner Trägerfläche (1) gewährleisten, wenn das Anschlagelement (2) in der aktiven Position mit seiner Wiederkehr (27) richtig in der Ebene der Kante der Matratze, mit der es zusammenwirken soll, angeordnet ist.
  5. Anschlagvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Drehverriegelung des Anschlagelements (2) auf seiner Trägerfläche (1) in mindestens einem vorspringenden Haken (35) bestehen, der auf der Unterseite des Anschlagsockels (26) vorgesehen ist, wobei dieser Haken (35) dazu bestimmt ist, in ein Verriegelungsloch (16) eingesetzt zu werden, das in der Oberseite (6) der Grundfläche (1) vorgesehen ist.
  6. Anschlagvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorspringende Haken (35) mit einer Einsetznut (15) zusammenwirkt, die in der Oberseite (6) der Grundfläche (1) vorgesehen ist, wobei eines der Enden der Nut (15) das Einsetzloch (16) für den Haken (35) in Verbindung mit einer Einsetzrampe (19) bildet.
  7. Anschlagvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei Paare Nuten (15, 16, 19)/Feststellhaken (35) umfasst.
  8. Anschlagvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenseite der Befestigungselemente (8) der Grundfläche (1) Befestigungszähne (22) umfasst, die dazu bestimmt sind, an den "äußeren" Kanten (36'a, 36'b) der Trägerlatten (36a, 36b) zur Anlage zu gelangen.
  9. Anschlagvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundfläche (1) ein Element (24) umfasst, das die Befestigung des Anschlagelements (2) ermöglicht, wenn dieses nicht mit der Grundfläche (1) mit seinem Verriegelungszapfen (28) verbunden ist.
  10. Anschlagvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundfläche (1) und das Anschlagelement (2) aus einem transparenten Kunststoff bestehen.
  11. Lattenrost, der mit Seitenanschlagvorrichtungen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 ausgestattet ist.
