Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wickelvorrichtung zum Auf- und Abwickeln einer bahnförmigen Ware, insbesondere eines Fördergurtes, wobei die Wickelware auf einem Unterbau gelagert ist, der wenigstens zwei Tragrollen aufweist, die in einem Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind, wobei die Tragrollen unter Abstandsänderung verstellbar sind, um sich jedem Wickeldurchmesser anzupassen, wobei der Bewegungsablauf der Tragrollen so erfolgt, dass die Wickelware zudem sicher gelagert ist, wobei ferner die Tragrollen horizontal und vertikal verstellbar sind. Von besonderer Bedeutung sind Fördergurte, die eine Tragseite und Laufseite sowie zumeist einen eingebetteten Festigkeitsträger in Form von Gewebe, Stahlseilen oder Aramidseilen umfassen. Claims (5)
- Winding device (1) for winding up and unwinding a web-shaped product (2) the windable product (3) being mounted on a base (4) having at least two carrying rollers (5, 6) which are arranged at a distance (A1, A2, A3) from one another, the carrying rollers being adjustable, such that a change of distance takes place, in order to adapt to each winding diameter (D1, D2), the movement sequence of the carrying rollers taking place such that the windable product is additionally mounted securely, furthermore the carrying rollers (5, 6) being adjustable horizontally and vertically, characterized in that horizontal adjustment takes place essentially by means of the change in diameter of the windable product (3), and vertical adjustment takes place indirectly via a regulation of the height of the base.
