Abstract
Verfahren zum Trennen von Gummi und Metall im Rahmen der Wiederverwertung von Alt-Stahlseil-Fördergurten, wobei der Fördergurt eine tragseitige und laufseitige Gummideckplatte sowie einen eingebetteten Zugträger in Form von Stahlseilen umfasst, wobei der Stahlseil-Fördergurt in einen bearbeitbaren Fördergurtabschnitt (1) überführt wird, gekennzeichnet durch wenigstens folgende Verfahrensschritte: – der Fördergurtabschnitt (1) wird einem Schredder (4) zugeführt, wo dieser in kleine Stücke unter Bildung eines Schnittgutes geschnitten wird; – das Schnittgut wird einem Walkkratzer (6) zugeführt, in dem der Gummi mittels eines Rotors (7) von den Stahlseilen geschabt wird; – mittels eines Siebes (8) werden die großstückigen und nichtsiebbaren Stahlseile von dem zerkleinerten Gummi und den kleinstückigen Stahlseilresten sowie von eventuell vorhandenen zerkleinerten textilen Werkstoffen, die alle als Siebgut unter Pressdruck durch die Siebmaschen dringen, getrennt; – das gesamte Siebgut wird auf einer Fördervorrichtung (9) an einem Magnetabscheider (10) vorbeigeführt, wobei die kleinstückigen Stahlseilreste aus dem Siebgut entfernt werden; – schließlich wird das im Wesentlichen stahlfreie Siebgut in einem Granulator (11) endbearbeitet.A method for separating rubber and metal in the context of the recycling of old steel cable conveyor belts, wherein the conveyor belt comprises a load-side and running side rubber cover plate and an embedded tensile member in the form of steel cables, wherein the steel cable conveyor belt is transferred to a workable Fördergurtabschnitt (1) characterized by at least the following method steps: - the conveyor belt section (1) is fed to a shredder (4) where it is cut into small pieces to form a cut material; - The clippings are fed to a walker scraper (6), in which the rubber by means of a rotor (7) is scraped by the steel cables; - By means of a sieve (8), the large and nondesible steel cables from the crushed rubber and the small pieces of steel rope remnants as well as any existing shredded textile materials, all of which penetrate as Siebgut under pressure through the sieve mesh separated; - The entire screenings is passed on a conveyor device (9) on a magnetic separator (10), wherein the small pieces of steel rope remnants are removed from the screenings; Finally, the essentially steel-free screenings are finished in a granulator (11).

- – mittels eines Siebes werden die großstückigen und nichtsiebbaren Stahlseile von dem zerkleinerten Gummi und den kleinstückigen Stahlseilresten sowie von eventuell vorhandenen zerkleinerten textilen Werkstoffen, die alle als Siebgut unter Pressdruck durch die Siebmaschen dringen, getrennt;
- – das gesamte Siebgut wird auf einer Fördervorrichtung an einem Magnetabscheider vorbeigeführt, wobei die kleinstückigen Stahlseilreste aus dem Siebgut entfernt werden;
- – schließlich wird das im Wesentlichen stahlfreie Siebgut in einem Granulator endberbeitet.
