Claims (14)
- Elektrische Verbinderanordnung (1), umfassend:- eine Platte (2), die mindestens eine Öffnung (3) umfasst,- einen elektrischen Verbinder (4), der derart vorgesehen ist, dass er durch die Öffnung (3) der Platte hindurch montiert wird, wobei der Verbinder einen erweiterten Teil (16) umfasst, der derart vorgesehen ist, dass er sich an eine erste Seite (5) der Platte anlegt, wenn der Verbinder auf der Platte montiert ist,wobei die Anordnung derart ist, dass:- die Platte (2) mindestens erste (12) und zweite (14) Anschlagelemente umfasst, wobei sich zumindest das erste Anschlagelement (12) aus einer zweiten Seite (6) der Platte, die der ersten (5) gegenüberliegt, herausragend erstreckt,- der Verbinder mindestens ein Verriegelungsteil (10) umfasst, das derart vorgesehen ist, dass es insbesondere durch Einrasten das erste Anschlagelement der Platte nach einer Drehbewegung des Verbinders in Bezug zur Platte überwindet, um die Verriegelung des Verbinders auf der Platte zu ermöglichen, wobei der Verbinder derart vorgesehen ist, dass er in Bezug zur Platte durch Auflage auf den ersten und zweiten Anschlagelementen festgestellt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (2) mindestens eine elektrisch leitende Zone umfasst, und dass der Verbinder mindestens einen elektrisch leitenden Abschnitt umfasst, der mit der leitenden Zone der Platte in Kontakt kommt, wenn der Verbinder auf der Platte verriegelt ist. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das zweite Anschlagelement (14) aus der zweiten Seite (6) der Platte (2) herausragend erstreckt, und dass das Verriegelungsteil (10) des Verbinders derart vorgesehen ist, dass es zwischen den ersten und zweiten Anschlagelementen eingreift, wenn der Verbinder auf der Platte verriegelt ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Anschlagelement in der Dicke der Platte in der Öffnung derselben ausgeführt ist, und dadurch, dass der Verbinder mindestens eine Lasche (40) umfasst, die derart vorgesehen ist, dass sie sich an das zweite Anschlagelement anlegt, wenn der Verbinder auf der Platte verriegelt ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erweiterte Abschnitt (16) des Verbinders elektrisch leitend ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungsteil (10) des Verbinders eine Verriegelungsfläche (20) umfasst, die derart vorgesehen ist, dass sie sich an das erste Anschlagelement (12) anlegt, wenn der Verbinder in Drehung in Bezug zur Platte im Hinblick auf die Verriegelung angetrieben wird.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsfläche (20) derart vorgesehen ist, dass sie von der zweiten Fläche (6) der Platte zumindest dann entfernt ist, wenn der Verbinder auf der Platte verriegelt ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Anschlagelement (12) eine erste Rampe (13) umfasst, und dass die Verriegelungsfläche (20) eine zweite Rampe (22) umfasst, die sich an die erste Rampe des Anschlagelements anlegen kann, wenn der Verbinder in Drehung in Bezug zur Platte im Hinblick auf die Verriegelung angetrieben wird, wobei die erste und die zweite Rampe insbesondere flach sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagelemente (12; 14) der Platte und das Verriegelungsteil (10) des Verbinders derart vorgesehen sind, dass das Verriegelungsteil des Verbinders nicht demontierbar zwischen die Anschlagelemente der Platte eingreift.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagelemente der Platte und das Verriegelungsteil des Verbinders derart vorgesehen sind, dass das Verriegelungsteil des Verbinders demontierbar zwischen die Anschlagelemente der Platte eingreift.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbinder eine Spannfläche (21) umfasst, die derart vorgesehen ist, dass sie sich an die zweite Seite (6) der Platte zumindest dann anlegt, wenn der Verbinder auf der Platte verriegelt ist, und auch insbesondere wenn der Verbinder in Drehung in Bezug zur Platte im Hinblick auf die Verriegelung angetrieben wird.
- Anordnung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannfläche (21) zumindest teilweise auf dem Verriegelungsteil (10) des Verbinders ausgebildet ist, wobei sich diese Spannfläche zum Beispiel im Wesentlichen parallel zu einer Verriegelungsfläche (20) des Verriegelungsteils erstreckt.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Verbinder mindestens zwei im Winkel beabstandete Verriegelungsteile (10) umfasst, und die Öffnung der Platte zwei Zonen (8) umfasst, die derart vorgesehen sind, dass sie die Einführung der Verriegelungsteile des Verbinders durch die Öffnung ermöglichen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsteile des Verbinders und die Zonen der Öffnung der Platte derart vorgesehen sind, dass die Verriegelung des Verbinders auf der Platte nur für eine Ausrichtung des Verbinders in Bezug zur Platte erhalten werden kann.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 12, wobei der Verbinder eine Längsachse umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsteile des Verbinders nicht symmetrisch in Bezug zu einer Ebene, die durch die Längsachse des Verbinders verläuft, angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren zur Durchführung der Montage einer Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:- Einführen des Verbinders (4) durch die Öffnung (3) der Platte, so dass der erweiterte Abschnitt (16) des Verbinders der ersten Seite der Platte gegenüberliegt, und das Verriegelungsteil (20) der zweiten Seite gegenüberliegt,- Verschieben des Verbinders in Drehung in Bezug zur Platte, so dass das Verriegelungsteil (10) das erste Anschlagelement überwindet, und dass mindestens eine elektrisch leitende Zone der Platte (2) mit mindestens einem elektrisch leitenden Abschnitt des Verbinders (4) in Kontakt kommt.
