State-monitoring device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a cylindrical accommodation collar (14) for accommodating the disc (15) is integrally formed on the base plate (13), the locking pin (3) passing through the said disc in an interlocking manner in the mounted state, so that the disc (15) rotates together with the locking pin (3) of the handle (2).
  4. State-monitoring device according to Claim 3, characterized in that the guide (14, 18) has a first section (14) which surrounds the disc (15) in the manner of an arc of a circle and tangentially merges with a second linear section (18).
  5. State-monitoring device according to Claim 4, characterized in that the strip (16) is of flexible design and, at its narrow end, is situated in the guide (14, 18).
  6. State-monitoring device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the at least one element (19) which switches or can be sensed is designed as a magnet.
  7. State-monitoring device according to Claim 6, characterized by at least one or more sensor elements (20, 21), for sensing the movement of the element (19) which can be sensed, on the strip (16).
  8. State-monitoring device according to Claim 7, characterized in that the at least one sensor element (20, 21) is designed as a reed contact.
  9. State-monitoring device according to Claim 8, characterized in that two or more of the reed contacts (20, 21) are arranged in a manner spaced apart from one another in a straight line on the movement path of the magnets (19).
  10. State-monitoring device according to either of the preceding Claims 8 and 9, characterized in that the reed contacts (20, 21), together with an evaluation circuit, are arranged on a printed circuit board (12) which has apertures for the locking pin (3) and possibly further elements of the handle (2) or of the gear mechanism (23).
  11. State-monitoring device according to Claim 10, characterized in that the evaluation circuit comprises a transmission unit which transmits switching states to an external receiving unit, for example to a building management system or an alarm system, preferably wirelessly, for example by means of radio or infrared.
  12. State-monitoring device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the strip (16) is composed of an elastic plastic.
  13. State-monitoring device according to Claim 10, characterized in that the evaluation circuit is designed to detect a closed position (0°), a turned position (90°) and a tilted position (180°) of a tilt-and-turn window.
  14. State-monitoring device according to one of the preceding Claims 7 to 13, characterized by a further reed contact which, in the mounted state, outputs a pulse together with a permanent magnet which is arranged on the fixed frame, as a result of which the closed or open position of the window leaf is detected.
