- a recess for collecting lubricant are performed in the bottom plate. In the text below, this depression is referred to as a suction point.
- the lubricant dripping down from the crankshaft space is supplied to this suction point via a fluid guide device.
- the lubricant in the suction point is then conveyed through a channel in the bottom plate of a suction pump in the chambers of the crankcase.
- the bottom plate is made of cast aluminum.
- the packing density and free channel length of the bottom plate is determined by the smallest possible core height and the minimum wall thickness. The problem is therefore that the integration of additional functions, such. B. preheating, only a redesign of the bottom plate with a correspondingly larger volume is possible.
- the invention is based on the object to develop a bottom plate, which allows greater freedom of choice.
- the bottom plate consists of individual plates of the same circumference. These individual plates can be the same thickness or have a different thickness.

Description

- In
- In
- die Bodenplatte gestattet eine höhere Packungsdichte;
- eine nachträglich geänderte Positionierung von z. B. einer Pumpe kann mit einfachem Austausch der jeweiligen Einzelplatten realisiert werden;
- in die Bodenplatte können zusätzliche Funktionalitäten wie etwa die Führung von Kraftstoff, Kühlung und Vorwärmung integriert werden;
- in der Bodenplatte entfallen die Öffnungen zum Gießen, d. h. ein Verschließen derartiger Öffnungen gegenüber der Umwelt ist nicht mehr notwendig;
- die Herstellung der Einzelplatten verursacht nur minimale Werkzeugkosten;
