Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for circulation control in hot water circuits for buildings with personal use and therefore with the requirement of hot water, with drinking water quality. In such buildings, such as larger dwellings, hotels, administrative buildings, offices, hospitals or retirement homes, the immediate availability of hot water at a constant temperature, e.g. 57 ° C, today's standard. In order to achieve this, hot water can be circulated in a regulated manner, whereby not only comfort but also water consumption should be reduced. When providing hot water in such circuits but also raises the problem of ensuring the quality of drinking water. For the destruction of legionella and other introduced or emerging biological, especially microbiological contaminants, thermal disinfection is therefore used in hot water circuits. For this purpose, the circulation is periodically rinsed with heated water of elevated temperature, e.g. from 80 ° C. The subject of the present invention is a circulation control even with a large number of strands of different lengths, which regulates the hydraulic balancing at one or more temperatures.
For the circulation control in the above-defined field, various devices using a thermostatic control element or a strand regulating valve have been proposed, cf. in the patent specification DE 298 05 921 U1, DE 298 23 960 U1, DE 198 34 151 C1, DE 199 32 795 A1 and DE 100 56 715 A1; and in the company literature, eg Danfoss GmbH, D-63073 Offenbach, "Modular Thermostatic Circulation Valve MTCV, Pressure No .: VD.57.Y4.03, 04/2004; and FW Oventrop GmbH & Co. KG, D-59939 Olsberg, "Aquastrom T plus", Thermostatic Control Valve for Circulation Lines, No: ti 130-0 / 20 / MW, 2004 Edition. In practice, significant expenditures have been made, especially for large buildings, to determine accurate calculation bases for the hydraulic balancing by means of dimensioning of the pipes and actuators. Today's balancing valves must be manually adjusted, while the thermostatic control valves automatically perform hydraulic balancing at a defined temperature.
The extent known devices with thermostatic control valves work only conditionally reliable, which occurs especially in a larger number of strands by the mutual influence of changing flow rates. This can lead to the provision of hot water in the defined temperature range at sampling points within the circuit is no longer guaranteed and also occur in the thermal disinfection greater uncertainties, whether in all places in the network was actually flushed with the increased target treatment temperature.
Eine derartige Arbeitsweise ist mit den genannten thermischen Steuerventilen in der Praxis jedoch nur mit grösstem Aufwand möglich.1 shows the scheme of a hot water supply network with respective thermostatic control valve in the strand return according to the prior art. Such a thermostatic control valve has been sold successfully for about 10 years by the applicant under the trade name JRGUTHERM®. The supply network is based on a
Given the current imperfections in the previously available control methods and apparatuses, the invention has the object to provide a method and an associated device that guarantee a consistent hot water supply in the specified temperature tolerance even with a variety of different strands, everywhere and also in the Carry out the thermal disinfection in the hot water circuit to ensure flushing with the prescribed treatment temperature controlled in all strands of the network.
- die Temperatur des im Rücklaufstrang befindlichen Warmwassers als Istwert gemessen und geregelt wird;
- the temperature of the hot water in the return line is measured and regulated as an actual value;
- a temperature setpoint of a control box is specified; and
- the measured actual value is compared by the temperature sensor and the predetermined temperature setpoint in a valve control and when the negative deviation is exceeded, the actuator of a 2/2-way valve is acted upon to open the flow through the return line.
Specific embodiments of the method according to the invention are defined below: The temperature set point is transmitted to each control box by a central control via a first signal line or a wireless interface. Each control box can be given an individual temperature setpoint. Control in the hot water circuit may be with the plurality of strands at multiple temperature levels, e.g. with 57 ° C for normal operation and 80 ° C for a temporary phase of thermal disinfection.
At the central control, the hysteresis in the control behavior is set for each string, and the central control is directed by a higher-level building management system. The control of the single string can also be operated in the self-learning cycle. In the central control, LOG files are recorded for process control. In the single strand, in addition to the temperature, further parameters, such as e.g. Flow rate and pH, recorded.
The above method can be carried out with the following device: In each return line, a functional unit with a 2/2-way valve, a control box with a temperature sensor and a valve control is installed. The control box is intended to guide the control with a predetermined temperature setpoint. The valve control acts as a result of the comparison between the actual and setpoint with Tolerance exceeded negative deviation on an actuator of the 2/2-way valve to open the flow through the return line. The control circuits of the individual strands are closed in principle in each case.
Specific embodiments of the device according to the invention are defined below: Each control box is connected via a first signal line or a wireless interface to a central control, in particular for the transmission of the predetermined temperature setpoint to the control box and for the return of the process flow to the central control. Each control box can be set to an individual temperature setpoint. The central control is to guide the control in the hot water circuit with the Variety of strands designed for multiple temperature levels, eg 57 ° C for normal operation and 80 ° C for a temporary phase of thermal disinfection.
At the central control, the hysteresis in the control behavior can be set for each string. The central controller is connected to a superordinate building management system and has a display, first and second function keys, a control system connection and a bus connection. In the single strand in addition to the temperature sensor other sensors for e.g. Flow rate and pH, arranged, the results of which flow into a complex process control.
To attach the functional unit, a fitting that can be installed in the return line is provided with connecting pieces on both sides. In the fitting a transverse to the flow direction gutter to the barrier is arranged, which may have an axial web passage. On one longitudinal side in the pipe wall of the fitting on the one hand of the gutter an outlet and on the other hand of the gutter an inlet exist. The outlet and inlet are closed or released by the 2/2-way valve. Opposite of the outlet and inlet, a regulating element is inserted into the gutter, with which the opening width of the web passage can be adjusted.

In the method according to the invention, the supply network also starts from a
In contrast to the embodiment according to FIG. 2, a
Here, the installation of a single
The
Hereinafter, the operation of the circulation control will be explained by way of example. Assuming the setpoint for all strands S1-S5 in the associated
If, for example, the temperature determined in the
In principle, the same control sequence takes place when you switch the operating mode to "thermal disinfection" with a setpoint for the water temperature of eg 80 ° C, which is done practically from the
