Abstract

Bei einem Ausführungsbeispiel weist ein Kochfeld (11) eine Glaskeramikplatte (13) auf und eine Strahlungsheizung (18) darunter. Zwei Quotienten-Pyrometer (20a, 20b) sind im wesentlichen auf dieselbe Stelle an der Unterseite eines aufgestellten Kochgeschirrs (15) gerichtet. Sie sind jeweils auf einen Wellenlängenbereich eingestellt. Beim ersten Wellenlängenbereich ist die Transmission der Glaskeramikplatte (13) nahe null und beim zweiten nahe eins. So kann die Strahlungsintensität der Glaskeramikplatte (13) aufgrund eigener Erwärmung ermittelt werden und aus der Temperaturberechnung der Unterseite eines aufgestellten Kochgeschirrs (15) herausgerechnet werden.
