Description

The invention relates to an accessory intended to be positioned on a shoe, the accessory serving to add adjustment, closure and tightening-type functionalities, such as, for example, a lever-and-rack device as used for ski boots or surf.

The sports shoes consist of slippers and / or hulls whose flexibility is sought to allow them to marry at best the shape of the foot for the comfort of their users. However, some accessories are necessarily added to the surfaces of these shoes, such as closing and clamping devices for example. The latter consist for example of an attachment member connected to a tensioning lever attached to a first portion of a shoe, and intended to be hooked in a rack attached to a second portion of the shoe to bring these two parts together of shoe and get the closure and tightening of the shoe.

These accessories are often rigid metal parts. For example, the racks of the closing and clamping devices of the prior art are rigid metal parts in order to obtain the resistance necessary for the effort they undergo when closing the boot and the length of which makes it possible to offer several possibilities of tightening the shoe to make it suitable for all kinds of foot and lower leg forms. These racks have the disadvantage of inducing an opposite effect to the overall comfort sought by the rest of the shoe structure since their rigidity removes the flexibility of the shoe where they are placed, which can represent pain points for users . To limit this harmful effect, their length is reduced to a minimum, to the detriment of the adjustment possibilities of the shoe.

Other solutions of the prior art provide racks whose position is adjustable on the surface of the shoe, which allows to increase their range of use without increasing their length. These solutions therefore make it possible to respond to the contradictory constraints imposed on the length of these racks. However, they have the disadvantage of adding complex adjustment mechanisms for their positioning. In addition, they do not completely eliminate the disadvantage due to the rigidity of a rack and there are hard points on the shoe having an uncomfortable and often painful effect.

The foregoing examples and disadvantages also apply to accessories formed of a base with a buckle or lever, or representing devices for advancing or flexing a shoe. More generally, the invention relates to an accessory consisting of at least one part adapted for attachment of the accessory on a shoe and at least one adjustment part, to provide the type of closure and tightening proper to a shoe.

A general object of the present invention is to provide a shoe accessory which does not have the drawbacks of the prior art.

More specifically, a first object of the present invention to provide a shoe accessory that has a good resistance to efforts to be compatible with the use for ski boots for example.

A second object of the present invention is to provide a sports shoe accessory that keeps the comfort of the shoe, which does not induce the pain points of the solutions of the prior art.

A third object of the present invention is to provide a shoe accessory that is suitable for all types of foot and ankle shapes.

A fourth object of the present invention is to provide a shoe accessory which is particularly suitable for use as a closure and clamping device for a ski boot.

The shoe accessory according to the invention comprises the features of claim 1.

The shoe accessory of the invention may comprise at least three parts movably connected to each other in pairs by an axis penetrating through corresponding openings of the two parts so as to allow rotation about the axis of the shoe. one part relative to the other.

The boot accessory according to the invention may comprise at least one link.

The accessory for sports shoe according to the invention is a rack whose toothed portion is divided into at least two movable parts relative to each other.

  • La figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un accessoire selon un premier mode de réalisation de l'invention ;
  • la figure 2 est une vue en perspective d'un accessoire selon un second mode de réalisation de l'invention ;
  • la figure 3 est une vue en perspective d'un maillon de l'accessoire selon le second mode de réalisation de la figure 2 ;
These objects, features and advantages of the present invention will be set forth in detail in the following description of a particular embodiment made in a non-limiting manner in relation to the appended figures among which:
  • The figure 1 is a perspective view of an accessory according to a first embodiment of the invention;
  • the figure 2 is a perspective view of an accessory according to a second embodiment of the invention;
  • the figure 3 is a perspective view of a link of the accessory according to the second embodiment of the figure 2 ;
  • the figure 4 is a view of an accessory according to the invention.

The first embodiment relates to an accessory 1 corresponding to a rack with five teeth of a device for closing and tightening a ski boot.

This rack 1, shown in FIG. figure 1 , consists of a rigid portion 2, preferably of minimum length, for fixing the rack on the shoe by a fastening means of the rivet type, placed in an opening 6 provided for this purpose. It consists of more than one adjustment part 3 comprising the teeth of the rack and to fulfill the function of closing and tightening of the shoe. The Adjustment portion 3 is divided into two parts 4 and 5, respectively comprising a tooth and four teeth of the rack. These two parts 4, 5 are connected in rotation with respect to each other via an extension 7 of the part 5 which enters an opening 8 of the end of the part 4. This end comprises two wings 9 around the opening 8, each wing comprising an opening 10. The extension 7 of the part 5 comprises a corresponding opening 11. The connection of the parts 4 and 5 is effected by a transverse axis 12 which passes respectively through the openings 10 and 11 of the two parts 4, 5. This connection can be easily understood and seen using the figure 3 which represents this geometry in a disassembled position, in a second embodiment which has similarities and whose same references are used for the same elements and which will be described later.

  • si l'organe d'accrochage est fixé sur la dent de la partie 4 de la crémaillère afin de fermer et serrer les deux parties d'une chaussure, alors la partie 5 de la crémaillère ne supporte aucune charge et peut épouser la forme de la surface de la chaussure sans la presser grâce à l'articulation au niveau de l'axe 12. Le point dur se limite alors à la partie 4 de la crémaillère. On obtient donc une réduction significative de la longueur sur la chaussure susceptible de créer des points douloureux, sans diminuer la longueur totale de la crémaillère ;
This rack makes it possible to obtain the following advantageous technical effects:
  • if the attachment member is fixed on the tooth of the part 4 of the rack in order to close and tighten the two parts of a shoe, then the part 5 of the rack does not support any load and can match the shape of the surface of the shoe without pressing it through the hinge at the axis 12. The hard point is then limited to the part 4 of the rack. We thus obtain a significant reduction in the length on the shoe likely to create painful points, without reducing the total length of the rack;
  • if the attachment member is fixed on a tooth of part 5, this part then supports a load that can be transmitted to the shoe surface at the hooked tooth. The load transmitted depends on the distance of this tooth to the axis 12 by a lever effect. It is therefore important that this axis 12 is not too far towards the end of the House warming party. Regarding the rest of the rack which does not support the attachment member, the load will be little noticeable due to the flexibility provided to the rack by the freedom of movement of the part 4 compared to part 5.

In conclusion, this separation of the toothed part 3 of the rack into two articulated parts 4, 5 gives it a flexibility which reduces the drawbacks of the rigidity of the solutions of the prior art, and for the same length of rack, the solution allows reduce discomfort while maintaining strength and resistance.

The figure 2 represents a second embodiment of an accessory being a rack and fastening device for a ski boot. The adjustment part 3 of the rack consists of three parts: a part 5 having only three teeth, a link 13 of a single tooth, and the part 4 comprising a tooth. These three parts are interconnected in a manner similar to the link described above in the context of the first embodiment. Two axes 12 are used to connect these three parts 5, 13, 4.

The figure 3 represents the link 13 outside the accessory 1. It consists of a first portion representing a rack tooth, comprising an opening 8 surrounded by two wings 9 each having an opening 10, and a second portion corresponding to an extension 7 having an opening 11. The opening 8 is intended to receive the extension 7 of the part 5 and its extension 7 is intended to be inserted in the opening 8 of the part 4, in the manner of a chain. A link in the sense of the invention is more generally defined as being a small element comprising a male part and a female part that can be linked in a mobile manner to other elements so as to form a sport shoe accessory. Alternatively, a link 13 of two rack teeth could be used without departing from the concept of the invention.

This second variant further increases the flexibility of the rack and thus reduces the adverse effects related to the rigidity of the racks of the prior art, while maintaining their strength.

A third embodiment not shown is to provide a rack composed only of links so as to form a flexible chain. For example, the rack could comprise four links 13. This embodiment would thus allow to obtain the maximum flexibility of the rack.

It is noted that a further advantage of the invention and particularly the last two embodiments is that it is possible to easily add or remove links 13, to change the length of the rack according to the needs of users . Thus, it is possible to choose the minimum length necessary for each user. The solution thus brings the double advantage of a reduced length and a quasi-suppressed rigidity.

Cette crémaillère permet le réglage de l'angle de la tige 15 par rapport à la coque 16 par l'accrochage d'un organe d'accrochage 14 lié à la coque 16, la tige 15 étant mobile en rotation par rapport à la coque 16 autour d'un axe 17.The principle of the invention can be applied to any accessory attaching to a sports shoe, such as the base of a buckle or lever, a device for advancing or flexing a shoe. For example, the figure 4 represents the implementation of the invention on an accessory for adjusting the advance of a ski boot. A rack 1 of three teeth mounted on the stem 15 of the shoe consists of two links 13 of a tooth and an additional tooth connected to the attachment part 2 on the shoe.
