Das bezüglich der Arbeitsrichtung 12 hintere Schienenfahrwerk 3 ist durch einen Antrieb 13 relativ zum Arbeitsaggregatrahmen 2 höhenverstellbar. Im Bereich der Baustelle werden unter Betätigung der beiden Antriebe 13,14 die beiden Schienenfahrwerke 3 des Arbeitsaggregatrahmens 2 vom Gleis 7 abgehoben, wonach sich der Rahmen 2 über die beiden Gelenke 9 auf den angrenzenden Maschinenrahmen 10,11 abstützt. Die beiden zuvor von den Schwellen 5 gelösten (sowie durch einen Trennschnitt getrennten) Schienen 4 werden mit Hilfe von höhen- und querverstellbaren Spreizeinrichtungen 30 auf einen der Schwellenlänge entsprechenden Abstand voneinander distanziert. Zu ersetzende Altschwellen 5 werden durch die Schwellenaufnahmevorrichtung 15 erfasst, von einer Schotterbettung 31 abgehoben und auf die Fördereinrichtung 16 abgelegt. Altschwelle 6,5 gebildet wird. Anschließend erfolgt ein Auffüllen dieses Schwellenzwischenfaches 25 durch im Schotterspeicher 21 zwischengespeicherten Schotter 23.
Während die Schwellenablagevorrichtung 18 mitsamt einer Neuschwelle 6 zu deren Ablage vorgeschwenkt bzw. die Maschine 1 in Arbeitsrichtung 12 bewegt wird, erfolgt parallel dazu eine Verschiebung des Abwurfförderbandes 24 in dessen dargestellte Ausgangsposition. Die Neuschwellen 6 werden durch den Portalkran 28 auf die Fördereinrichtung 19 abgelegt. Im Bereich des hinteren Schienenfahrwerkes 3 des Arbeitsaggregatrahmens 2 werden die beiden Schienen 4 wiederum durch die Spreizeinrichtungen 30 bis zur Spurweite zueinander bewegt und auf die Schwellen 6, 5 abgelegt.While the

- A machine for replacing a group of old sleepers (5) of a track (7) with new sleepers (6), comprising a working unit frame (2) which may be supported at the ends by a respective on-track undercarriage (3) on a track (7) formed of rails (4) and old and new sleepers (5, 6), wherein the rear on-track undercarriage (3), with respect to the working direction (12), is vertically adjustable relative to the working unit frame (2) by means of a drive (13) and, between the two on-track undercarriages (3) of the working unit frame (2), there are provided a sleeper pick-up device (15), a sleeper laying device (18) for laying the new sleepers (6) upon a sleeper bearing formation (17), and spreading devices (30) for the rails (4) detached from the sleepers (5), characterized in that a ballast store (21) is arranged between the sleeper pick-up device (15) and the sleeper laying device (18).
- A machine according to claim 3, characterized in that a discharge end (22) of a discharge conveyor belt (24) of the ballast store (21) is arranged between the sleeper pick-up device (15) and the sleeper laying device (18).
