Claims (18)
- Mobile Hubarbeitsbühne (100), insbesondere für Arkadengebäude (200), mit einem Fahrgestell (10) mit seitlich angeordneten Rollelementen (11, 12), an dem an einer ersten vertikalen Drehachse (21) ein Horizontalschwenkarm (20) gelagert ist, und mit einem Armausleger (30), der an einer zweiten vertikalen Drehachse (22) an dem Horizontalschwenkarm (20) gelagert ist und der einen gekröpften Verbindungsarm (41) aufweist, der einen Arbeitskorb (40) trägt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der Arbeitskorb (40) mit seiner Unterseite an dem gekröpften Verbindungsarm (41) befestigt ist,dass die Drehachsen (21, 22) jeweils an den Enden des Horizontalschwenkarms (20) angeordnet sind unddass die erste Drehachse (21) an einer Rückseite (14) des Fahrgestells (10), in der hinteren Hälfte der in Fahrtrichtung durch die Rollelemente (11, 12) definierten Abstützlänge (L) angeordnet ist. - Mobile Hubarbeitsbühne (100) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem gekröpften Verbindungsarm (41) und der Längsachse des Armauslegers (30) ein Winkel von 30° bis 60° eingeschlossen ist.
- Mobile Hubarbeitsbühne (100) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Armausleger (30) drei ineinander schiebbare Teleskopelemente (31, 32, 33) umfasst. - Mobile Hubarbeitsbühne (100) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein erstes Paar von Teleskopelementen (31, 32) durch einen Hubzylinder gegeneinander verschiebbar ist und ein zweites Paar von Teleskopelementen (32, 33) manuell gegeneinander verschiebbar ist.
- Mobile Hubarbeitsbühne (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Armausleger (30) an einer Armauslegerschwenkachse (34) gelagert ist, welche an wenigstens einem Grundträger (35) angeordnet ist, der sich von einem an der zweiten Drehachse (22) drehbar gelagerten Drehteller erstreckt.
- Mobile Hubarbeitsbühne (100) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der wenigstens eine Grundträger (35) schräg angestellt ist und von der mit dem Arbeitskorb (40) verbundenen Seite des Armauslegers (30) weg weist.
- Mobile Hubarbeitsbühne (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberkante des Arbeitskorbs (40) nicht über den nieder gelegten Armausleger (30) ragt.
- Mobile Hubarbeitsbühne (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkbereich des Horizontalschwenkarms (20) an der ersten Drehachse (21) bezogen auf eine Längsachse des Fahrgestells (10) bis zu +100° beträgt und dass an der zweiten Drehachse (22) der Armausleger (30) mit einer zwischen den Drehachsen (21, 22) verlaufenden Längsachse des Horizontalschwenkarms (20) einen Winkel von -15° bis zu +110° einschließt.
- Mobile Hubarbeitsbühne (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Arbeitskorb (40) mit dem gekröpften Verbindungsarm (41) eine von dem Armausleger (30) abnehmbare Arbeitskorbeinheit bildet.
- Mobile Hubarbeitsbühne (100) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arbeitskorbeinheit im Bereich ihres Massenschwerpunkts wenigstens ein Rad (42) aufweist.
- Mobile Hubarbeitsbühne (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollelemente Gleisketten (11, 12) sind.
- Mobile Hubarbeitsbühne (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in das Fahrgestell (10) eine palettierte Antriebseinheit einschiebbar ist.
- Mobile Hubarbeitsbühne (100) nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebseinheit wenigstens einen Verbrennungsmotor mit Treibstofftank, einen Vorratsbehälter für Hydraulikflüssigkeit und eine Hydraulikpumpe enthält.
- Mobile Hubarbeitsbühne (100) nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebseinheit wenigstens einen Akkumulator, einen Vorratsbehälter für Hydraulikflüssigkeit und eine elektrische Hydraulikpumpe enthält.
- Mobile Hubarbeitsbühne (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fahrgestell (10) aus einem Leichtbauwerkstoff gebildet ist und wenigstens ein Massenelement enthält.
- Verfahren zum Durchführen von Wartungsarbeiten in einem Arkadengebäude (200) mit einer mobilen Hubarbeitsbühne (100) nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15,
welches Arkadengebäude (200) wenigstens ein vollflächiges Basisgeschoss und ein Dach mit wenigstens einem Lichtband (204) oder mit einer Lichtkuppel (202) und wenigstens einen Galeriegang (211) aufweist, welcher mit einer Brüstung (204) wenigstens teilweise um einen sich zwischen Basisgeschoss und Dach erstrekkenden Luftraum (206) angeordnet ist,
mit folgenden SchrittenAusrichten der Hubarbeitsbühne (100) in einer Transportstellung, in der der Arbeitskorb (40) an der Rückseite (14) des Fahrgestells (10) positioniert ist und der Horizontalschwenkarm (20) um die erste Drehachse (21) nach zu einer Vorderseite (15) geschwenkt ist;Verbringen der Hubarbeitsbühne (100) auf den Galeriegang (211) und Positionieren des Fahrgestells (10) in einer Ausgangsstellung parallel zur Brüstung (204);Positionieren der zweiten Drehachse (22) und des Armauslegers (30) mit Arbeitskorb (40) im Luftraum (206) durch seitliches Verschwenken des Horizontalschwenkarms (20) um die erste Drehachse (21),Anfahren einer Arbeitsposition des Arbeitskorbs (40) wenigstens durch Teleskopieren und/oder Anheben des Armauslegers (30) und/oder Drehen des Armauslegers um die zweite Drehachse (22). - Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Anfahren einer Arbeitsposition des Arbeitskorbs (40) der Horizontalschwenkarm (20) zusätzlich um die erste Drehachse (21) gedreht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Anfahren der Ausgangsstellung auf dem Galeriegang (211) der Hubarbeitsbühne der Horizontalschwenkarm (20) zur Rückseite (14) und der Arbeitskorb (40) am Armausleger (30) zu Vorderseite ausgerichtet ist.
