Definitions
- the invention relates to a bulk material classifier according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the hopper is penetrated by a displacer having a conical tip which projects into the mouth portion and defines together with this a downwardly expanding bulk material supply channel.
- the hopper is surrounded by a further downwardly extending container-like housing portion, in the upper region of an inlet nozzle for sighting air opens, above the lower end of the funnel.
- an outlet cone connects to a lower outlet nozzle. The sighting of the bulk material fed through the bulk material feed tube takes place immediately below the mouth section.
- the bulk material is accelerated to an expanding bulk material jet, which enters the guide funnel as a cone-shaped bulk material jet.
- the of Viewing air entering below into the guide funnel flows through this bulk material stream or bulk material essentially from the bottom to the top and from the inside to the outside, and takes along dust and filaments and the like, ie in total fine particles of the bulk material.
- the classifying air enters the region between the bulk material feed tube and the cylindrical jacket section and exits through the outlet connection.
- the disadvantage is that the bulk material impinges on the outlet cone, resulting in a noise and on the other hand also grain breakage occurs. Furthermore, the sighting quality is not always satisfactory.
- the sifter jacket is formed of two down to each other adjoining sheath sections. It is provided a displacement body, which passes through a portion of the lower shell portion and the upper shell portion. From the upper shell section opens an outlet nozzle for air and fines of the bulk material.
- the lower shell section is surrounded in its lower part by an air supply space in which an inlet connection piece for visible air enters. Down to this is followed by an outlet cone. The classifying air enters from the air feed space around the lower edge of the lower jacket section and rises upwards while viewing the bulk material.
- the invention has the object of developing a bulk material classifier of the generic type so that the sighting quality is improved while reducing the development of sound.
- Claim 2 specifies measures by which the air inflow is optimized from below into the second viewing zone bounded by the viewing space boundary wall.
- the development according to claim 3 indicates that the hopper already represents the outer wall of the bulk material classifier. As a result, the bulk material classifier becomes smaller and the material required for its production is reduced. As a result, the production costs are reduced at the same time.
- Trained as a deflecting countercurrent sifter shown in the drawing bulk material separator has a substantially vertically arranged, rotationally symmetrical sifter jacket 1. This consists in its upper part of a first cylindrical shell portion 2, from which opens a lateral outlet nozzle 3 for air and light bulk material shares. At the cylindrical shell section 2 is followed by a downwardly frusto-conical tapered jacket section 4, in turn, followed by a downwardly truncated cone-shaped Leittrichter 5 follows.
- the baffle plate 9 serves to equalize the deflection of a bulk material flow.
- the bulk material supply pipe 6 is designed as an acceleration pipe and has for this purpose a subsequent to the deflection flange 8 first pipe section 10, whose cross-section is smaller than that of the bulk material delivery pipe 7.
- the bulk material feed tube 6 has a second tube section whose cross section is in turn smaller than the cross section of the first tube section.
- the second tube section 11 goes down into a conically widening mouth section 12 of the bulk material feed tube 6.
- the mouth opening 13 of this mouth portion 12 is located approximately at half the height of the frusto-conically tapered jacket portion 4 of the separator shell.
- a displacement body 14 In the mouth portion 12 protrudes a displacement body 14 with a conical tip 15, which forms an acute angle ⁇ of about 20 °.
- the displacement body 14 is held in a holder 16 in the lower region of the sifter jacket 1.
- a second cylindrical jacket section 17 connects downwards, from which a conically tapering outlet cone 18 opens downwards.
- the holder 16 is attached.
- the outlet cone 18 goes down into a spout 19.
- a conically downwardly tapering viewing space boundary wall 20 is provided, which is connected at the transition from the funnel 5 to the second cylindrical jacket section 17 with the separator jacket 1. At its lower end, it merges into a cylindrical wall section 21. This extends into the outlet cone 18 and defines between its lower submitzonen- opening 22 and the outlet cone 18 an annular throttle gap 23.
- the cross-section of this annular throttle gap 23 is smaller by a multiple than the largest cross-section of the annular air feed space 24, the between the second cylindrical wall portion 17 and the viewing space boundary wall 20 and the cylindrical wall portion 21 is limited.
- the cross section of the throttle gap 23 is 30 to 50 percent of the cross section of the annular space 24 in the region between the second cylindrical shell portion 17 and the cylindrical wall portion 21. In this annular space 24 opens in the lower region of the second cylindrical shell portion 17, an inlet nozzle 25 for classifying air.
- a first viewing zone 26 is formed in the region of the frustoconical jacket section 4. Within the cylindrical wall portion 21 and the viewing space boundary wall 20, a second viewing zone 27 is formed.
- the only indicated bulk material 28 passes through the bulk material delivery pipe 7 and the deflection flange 8 with the baffle plate 9 in the bulk material supply pipe 6 and is accelerated in this by the narrowing of the first pipe section 10 to the second pipe section 11.
- an expanding annular bulk material introduction channel 29 is formed.
- the bulk material 28 is expanded to a conical bulk material jet, which widens along the dashed line 30, which is the extension of the conical mouth Section 12 forms. Since the cross section of the bulk material introduction channel 29 does not change over its length, an acceleration of the bulk material 28 takes place in the bulk material introduction channel 29.
- high-flow clearing air passes through and takes dust and threads and the like.
- the bulk goods veil expanded approximately along the dashed line 30 enters the second viewing zone 27 at the lower end of the sifter jacket 1. Due to the rising against the flow direction 31 of the preparefory preparation takes place in conjunction with the lowered by the expansion of the Schüttgutschleiers volume concentration of the bulk material, a cleaning. Dust and filaments that traverse the first viewing zone 26 could be taken out of the preparefory here and transported with the prepare Kunststoff to the top. These fines, which are already removed from the bulk material 28 by sighting in the second zone 27, can pass through the first zone 26 in their outer area, which is formed by the dashed line 30 bordering the bulk material jet and the frustoconical jacket section 4. Since there is little or no bulk material 28 in this area, unimpeded outflow is possible. In addition, loose fines can move through a bulk curtain in countercurrent or crossflow without being entrained by them.
- the rate of rise of the classifying air in the second classifying zone 27 is adjusted as a function of the falling rate of the bulk material 28, i. H. it is dependent on the grain size, the density of the bulk material 28 and its entry speed into the first viewing zone 26.
- the rate of rise of the classifying air in the second classifying zone 27 is set to be 30 to 150 percent, preferably 40 to 80 percent, of the free falling rate of the individual grains of the bulk material 28. As a result, inter alia, a desired braking of the bulk material 28 occurs. If, on the other hand, the rate of rise were too great, the individual grains of the bulk material 28 could be blown back, which would be undesirable.
- the classifying air enters through the inlet connection 25 into the air supply chamber 24. Due to the flow resistance occurring in the throttle gap 23, a uniform distribution of the classifying air over the entire circumference of this air supply chamber 24 occurs, so that a uniform classifying air stream over the entire cross section of the classifying zone opening 22 enters the second classifying zone 27.
- the bulk goods curtain is braked before striking the conically tapering viewing space boundary wall 20 in the classifying air stream, the sound generated by the impact of the bulk material on the classifying boundary wall 20 and also the grain breakage is reduced. Further, since the classifying room boundary wall 20 is disposed within the second cylindrical shell portion 17 of the classifier shell 1, the sound generated in the classifying space boundary wall 20 is not output directly to the outside.

Description
The invention relates to a bulk material classifier according to the preamble of
From DE 197 40 013 C1 a trained as a deflection countercurrent sifter bulk material classifier of the generic type with a substantially rotationally symmetrical, vertically oriented sifter jacket is known, which has a cylindrical shell portion in its upper region, from a Outlet nozzle for air and light bulk material flows out. The cylindrical shell section is adjoined by a frusto-conically tapering jacket section, which in turn merges into a frustoconically widening guide funnel. In the cylindrical shell section opens from the top of a bulk material supply pipe, which has at its lower end a frusto-conically widening mouth portion which terminates in the region of the frusto-conically tapering shell portion. The hopper is penetrated by a displacer having a conical tip which projects into the mouth portion and defines together with this a downwardly expanding bulk material supply channel. The hopper is surrounded by a further downwardly extending container-like housing portion, in the upper region of an inlet nozzle for sighting air opens, above the lower end of the funnel. At this container-like housing area, an outlet cone connects to a lower outlet nozzle. The sighting of the bulk material fed through the bulk material feed tube takes place immediately below the mouth section. In the bulk material feed channel, the bulk material is accelerated to an expanding bulk material jet, which enters the guide funnel as a cone-shaped bulk material jet. The of Viewing air entering below into the guide funnel flows through this bulk material stream or bulk material essentially from the bottom to the top and from the inside to the outside, and takes along dust and filaments and the like, ie in total fine particles of the bulk material. In the region of the frusto-conically tapered jacket section, the classifying air enters the region between the bulk material feed tube and the cylindrical jacket section and exits through the outlet connection. The disadvantage is that the bulk material impinges on the outlet cone, resulting in a noise and on the other hand also grain breakage occurs. Furthermore, the sighting quality is not always satisfactory.
From DE 44 16 757 C2 a likewise designed as a deflecting countercurrent sifter bulk material classifier is known, the sifter jacket is formed of two down to each other adjoining sheath sections. It is provided a displacement body, which passes through a portion of the lower shell portion and the upper shell portion. From the upper shell section opens an outlet nozzle for air and fines of the bulk material. The lower shell section is surrounded in its lower part by an air supply space in which an inlet connection piece for visible air enters. Down to this is followed by an outlet cone. The classifying air enters from the air feed space around the lower edge of the lower jacket section and rises upwards while viewing the bulk material.
The invention has the object of developing a bulk material classifier of the generic type so that the sighting quality is improved while reducing the development of sound.
This object is solved by the features in the characterizing part of
The development according to
Other features, advantages and details of the invention will become apparent from the following description of an embodiment with reference to the drawing, the single figure shows a bulk separator sifter according to the invention in vertical longitudinal section.
Trained as a deflecting countercurrent sifter shown in the drawing bulk material separator has a substantially vertically arranged, rotationally
In the
At the
In the second
The only indicated
The bulk goods veil expanded approximately along the
The rate of rise of the classifying air in the second classifying
The classifying air enters through the
Since the bulk goods curtain is braked before striking the conically tapering viewing
