Claims (11)
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung (1) für Bearbeitungsmaschinen, insbesondere Bearbeitungszentren, mit einer Abtrenneinrichtung (2) zum Abtrennen eines Kanten- bzw. Schmalseitenabschnitts, insbesondere eines Kantenüberstandes (a), bei platten- oder leistenförmigen Werkstücken (4), die bevorzugt zumindest teilweise aus Holzwerkstoffen bestehen, wodurch zumindest ein Span gebildet wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Bearbeitungsvorrichtung (1) einen Spanaufnahmeabschnitt (8) und eine Spanumformeinrichtung (10), in welcher der mindestens eine Span (6) geometrisch veränderbar ist, aufweist. - Bearbeitungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spanumformeinrichtung (10) eine Scherkante (12) und eine Schneidwerkzeug (14), insbesondere ein Fräswerkzeug, aufweist.
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spanaufnahmeabschnitt (8) als Spanleitkanal ausgeformt ist, der sich zwischen der Abtrenneinrichtung (2) und der Spanumformeinrichtung (10) erstreckt.
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abtrenneinrichtung (2) zumindest eine Ziehklinge aufweist.
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein integrales Bündigfräsaggregat aufweist, dessen Fräswerkzeug bevorzugt als Werkzeug der Spanumformeinrichtung dient.
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie in die Aufnahme einer Spindel eines Bearbeitungszentrums einwechselbar ist.
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie stationär vorgesehen ist und bevorzugt einen eigenen Antrieb besitzt.
- Verfahren zum Bearbeiten der Kanten (4') bzw. Schmalseiten von platten- oder leistenförmigen Werkstücken (4), bei denen ein Kanten- bzw. Schmalseitenabschnitt, insbesondere ein Kantenüberstand (a), mittels einer Abtrenneinrichtung (2) abgetrennt wird, wodurch zumindest ein Span (6) gebildet wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Span (6) nach dem Abtrennen geometrisch umgeformt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das geometrische Umformen ein Zerkleinern des mindestens einen Spans (6) umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine, abgetrennte Span (6) aus einem zähen Material besteht, das bevorzugt dazu neigt, beim Abtrennen einen langen Span zu bilden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geometrische Umformung des mindestens einen Spans (6) im Wesentlichen unmittelbar nach dessen Abtrennen und/oder im Wesentlichen simultan zu einem Bündigfräsen der Kante (4') erfolgt.
