Definitions

  • the invention relates to an air layer anchor for clam shell masonry of outer shell, air layer and inner shell with an elongated central portion for bridging the air layer, a folded section for walling into the outer shell of the masonry and a flat section for walling into the inner shell of the masonry.
  • Such air layer anchors are for example from DE 37 175 63 C2 (referred to as “hollow wall anchor”) and the DE 297 18 804 U1 known. From the latter air layer anchor the present innovation goes out.
  • the folded portion has recesses for receiving mortar on its two lateral edges.
  • the part of the air layer anchor referred to as "folded section” in the present application is referred to as the "second flat end section.”
  • this German utility model shows the installation of the air layer anchor with said sections into the two-shell masonry.
  • the invention has for its object to further develop an air-layer anchor of the type mentioned so that with low manufacturing costs, especially in terms of material and tools, a stable and well-manageable in construction operation air layer anchor is available.
  • the flat portion is usually walled into the inner shell of the masonry, while the folded portion is inserted into the outer shell.
  • the air layer anchor in accordance with the above-mentioned prior art after DE 297 18 804 U1 formed from a single piece of flat steel (sheet steel), wherein the piece of sheet steel in the middle section is bent round and folded flat in the folded section, ie the two edges of the elongated steel sheet are struck in this area inward, so that they touch approximately in the middle and pressed flat.
  • recesses are preferably provided on the side edges, in accordance with the above-mentioned prior art, in which engages for better anchoring mortar or adhesive or the like.
  • An air-layer anchor so angled into the mortar can no longer fall down before the next stone layer is put on. Even with not lying at the same height joints of outer shell and inner shell of this flexibility is easy to bend on the said bead.
  • beads are formed in a U-shape at least in the flat portion of the armature, wherein the base of the "U" is facing the round central portion.
  • the area of the folding from the middle section into the flat section is reinforced by a first bead, which is for example "V" -shaped, whereby preferably a short third bead is provided centrally and in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the air layer anchor, in particular in the base portion of the above-mentioned "U" -shaped bead can go over.
  • a first bead which is for example "V” -shaped, whereby preferably a short third bead is provided centrally and in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the air layer anchor, in particular in the base portion of the above-mentioned "U" -shaped bead can go over.
  • the folded portion is preferably tapered at its end, so that, for example, an insulating material can be easily pushed onto the air layer anchor.
  • the folded portion may, as stated above, have laterally semicircular recesses which are preferably offset from one another on both sides, and according to a further preferred embodiment of the invention a portion of the folded portion is in the range of e.g. 1 to 2 cm is left to improve stability without Randaus strictly adopted. Also, in this area to further promote the stability of a central bead may be provided, for example by pressing a depression at the interface between the two bent, abutting edges of the steel sheet.
  • a second bead which extends from the cylindrical central portion via its transition to the folded portion of the anchor, i. this bead is formed both in the cylindrical central portion, the transition from this portion into the folded portion and in the folded portion itself.
  • a further preferred embodiment of the invention provides that for further promotion of the stability of the so far particularly critical folded portion of this over a range of, for example, 20 to 40% of its longitudinal extent, in particular 25 to 35% of its longitudinal extent, at the side edges has no recesses.
  • the two measures mentioned above mean that the armature has a very good rigidity, even if the armature as a whole is relatively long.
  • the air layer anchor 10 is in FIG. 1 shown in a side view, ie in a view in the horizontal direction, based on the installation state of the air layer anchor in a masonry.
  • a double-shell masonry with inner shell and outer shell is well known as such and described in more detail, for example, in the aforementioned prior art ( DE 297 18 804 U1 ).
  • the flat portion 14 of the air layer anchor 10 is inserted into the joints of an inner wall and a folded portion 16 in the joints of an outer shell of the masonry (not shown).
  • the round central portion 12 of the air layer anchor then bridges the air gap between the inner shell and outer shell of the masonry.
  • the air layer anchor is formed overall from a single piece of flat steel.
  • the flat steel in the embodiment has a thickness of, for example, 0.5 to 0.6 mm. This is then also the strength of the air layer anchor in the region of the flat section 14.
  • an air layer anchor for example, a length of 36 cm.
  • the width in the region of the flat portion 14 may be 1.8 cm and the diameter in the region of the circular cylindrical round portion 12, in which the piece of flat steel is bent, is for example about 0.6 cm.
  • the piece of flat steel is folded in the region of the folded portion 16 to the center line, so that the edges on a seam line 42 touch (see. FIG. 4 ), so that the width of the folded portion 16 in the illustrated embodiment is about 0.9 cm (the drawings are therefore not to scale).
  • the round center section 12 merges along a fold 18 into the flat section 14.
  • a plurality of holes 20 are punched in the sheet for better anchoring in the mortar, adhesive or the like on the axis.
  • the two side edges 22, 24 of the flat portion 14 are slightly angled, cf.
  • the central strip 26 of the flat portion 14 is flat, cf. also FIG. 5 ,
  • FIG. 2 in the region of the fold 18 and in the flat portion 14 a series of beads 28-36, namely two beads (recesses) 30, 32 which extend parallel to the longitudinal direction of the armature, approximately between the central axis and the edges.
  • the two beads 30, 32 are connected by a transverse bead 28 with each other, so that a total of the beads 28, 30, 32 form a "U" shape.
  • the mentioned beads 28-36 may, for example, have a depth of up to 1 mm.
  • recesses 44 are provided on both sides, so that the bending of the edges 22, 24 is facilitated.
  • the circular central portion 12 can be angled slightly with respect to the flat portion 14.
  • the folded portion 16 has at its two edges staggered ("gap" standing) recesses 40 in a semicircular shape for better anchoring in mortar or adhesive or the like.
  • a bead 46 is pressed in such a way that the bulge of the bead lies on that side of the folded portion which has no seam (in FIG. 4 so the bulge would be directed downwards).
  • the side recesses 40 in the folded portion 16 do not extend all the way to the round portion 12, but a range of, for example, 1.5 to 2.2 cm is free from recesses in the edges. As a result, the folded portion becomes more stable in this area and the air layer anchor can be used for different masonry with different dimensions.
  • the transition from the round central portion 12 to the folded portion 16 is relatively "soft", i. the radius of curvature of the sheet at location 48 is relatively large, for example 10 cm or greater.
  • the radius of curvature in the folding portion 18 is also relatively large, for example, 10 cm or larger for the purpose of a stable construction.
  • Typical dimensions of the illustrated air layer anchor (10) are as follows: total length: 36 cm; Length of the folded section: approx. 7 cm; Length of the flat section: approx. 10 cm; Diameter of the circular cylindrical middle section: 0.6 cm; Length of the fold between middle section and folded section: approx. 0.8 cm; and length of the fold between middle section and flat section: approx. 1.2 cm.
