Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Aufstecken von Ventilsäcken auf die Füllrohre einer Füllmaschine, bei der die aufzusteckenden Ventilsäcke flachliegend in einem Bündel auf einem steuerbaren Hubtisch aufliegen und die mittels einer um eine oberhalb des Hubtisches quer zu den Sacklängskanten angeordnete Horizontalachse schwenkbare Anhebebevorrichtung von der flach liegenden Lage in eine hängende Transportstellung bewegbar sind und an eine Ventilöffnungs- und Transporteinrichtung übergebbar sind, so daß sie unter Öffnung des Ventils transportierbar sind. Dieser ist in der Höhe so gesteuert verstellbar, daß eine stets gleichbleibende Positionierung gegenüber der Anhebevorrichtung gegeben ist. Diese Anhebevorrichtung besteht üblicherweise aus einer Saugerleiste, deren Vakuum gesteuert wird. Die Schwenkachse der Anhebevorrichtung steht in Richtung der Transporteinrichtung zur Zufuhr der Ventilsäcke zu den Füllrohren. Die Anhebevorrichtung bzw. die Saugnäpfe der Saugerleiste greifen den Ventilsack im Bereich unterhalb der dem Ventil zugeordneten Querkante. Die Anhebevorrichtung übergibt die Ventilsäcke an Formelemente, die so ausgelegt sind, daß die Ventile geöffnet werden. Der Transport erfolgt durch einen Bandförderer, dessen Umlenkrollen um vertikale Achsen drehbar sind und an den Bandförderer andrückbaren Rollen. Im Bereich des oberen Endes des Anschlages 15 bzw. des vertikalen Schenkels ist ein bewegliches Ausrichtelement 16 montiert, welches mittels eines Linearantriebes in Form einer Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit 17 hin und her verfahrbar ist, und zwar in horizontaler Richtung. Die Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit 17 ist außerdem schwenkbar gelagert, und wird mit einem weiteren Linearantrieb in Form einer Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit 18, deren Angriffspunkt außerhalb des Drehpunktes der Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit 17 liegt, um eine Horizontalachse geschwenkt, die parallel und im Abstand zum Anschlag 15 steht, bzw. parallel und im Abstand zur Transportrichtung der vereinzelten Ventilsäcke verläuft, bevor diese auf ein Füllrohr aufgesteckt werden. Nach dem Abtransport des oberen Ventilsackes im Bündel 12 und ein entsprechendes Anheben des Hubtisches 11 schwenkt das Ausrichtelement 16 von der ausgeschwenkten Stellung 16' in Richtung des Pfeiles A auf das Sackbündel 12 zu und erreicht zunächst eine ausgefahrene Stellung 16". Das Ausrichtelement ist mit einer Ausrichtleiste 16a ausgestattet, die beim Einfahren des Ausrichtelementes 16 die freie Kante des Reiterbandes hintergreift, so daß sichergestellt ist, daß die dem Ventil des jeweiligen Ventilsackes zugeordnete Querkante an dem vertikalen Schenkel des Anschlages 15 anliegt. Claims (7)

  1.
