Claims (15)
- Auspuffkrümmer zur Verbindung einer Auspuffanlage mit mindestens einem Zylinder eines Verbrennungsmotors, der mindestens einen Schalenkrümmer (3, 9, 17, 31, 38) aufweist, wobei der mindestens eine Schalenkrümmer (3, 9, 17, 31, 38) aus mindestens zwei durch mechanischen Formschluß aneinandergefügten Formschalen (4, 14, 10, 20, 18, 28, 32, 34, 39) zusammengesetzt ist und mindestens einen Einlass (5, 11, 19, 35, 46) aufweist, wobei der Schalenkrümmer (3, 9, 17, 31, 38) so ausgebildet ist, dass der mindestens eine Einlass (5, 11, 19, 35, 46) in den mindestens einen Zylinder mündet.
- Auspuffkrümmer nach Anspruch 1, bei dem der mindestens eine Schalenkrümmer (3, 9, 17, 31, 38) zur Befestigung an dem mindestens einen Zylinder ausgebildet ist.
- Auspuffkrümmer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem der mindestens eine Schalenkrümmer (3, 9, 17, 31, 38) über einen an dem mindestens einen Zylinder angeordneten Flansch (23) zu befestigen ist.
- Auspuffkrümmer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem der mindestens eine Schalenkrümmer (3, 9, 17, 31, 38) durch Schweißen zu befestigen ist.
- Auspuffkrümmer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei dem die mindestens zwei Formschalen (4, 14, 10, 20, 18, 28, 32, 34, 39) des mindestens einen Schalenkrümmers (3, 9, 17, 31, 38) durch Verklammern aneinandergefügt sind.
- Auspuffkrümmer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei dem die mindestens zwei Formschalen (4, 14, 10, 20, 18, 28, 32, 34, 39) des mindestens einen Schalenkrümmers (3, 9, 17, 31, 38) durch Verbördeln aneinandergefügt sind.
- Auspuffkrümmer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei dem die mindestens zwei Formschalen (4, 14, 10, 20, 18, 28, 32, 34, 39) des mindestens einen Schalenkrümmers (3, 9, 17, 31, 38) durch Vernieten aneinandergefügt sind.
- Auspuffkrümmer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei dem die mindestens zwei Formschalen des mindestens einen Schalenkrümmers (3, 9, 17, 31, 38) durch Verclipsen aneinandergefügt sind.
- Auspuffkrümmer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, bei dem die mindestens zwei Formschalen (4, 14, 10, 20, 18, 28, 32, 34, 39) des mindestens einen Schalenkrümmers (3, 9, 17, 31, 38) zusätzlich durch eine thermische Fügemaßnahme punktuell verbunden sind.
- Auspuffkrümmer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, der aus mindestens zwei Schalenkrümmern (3, 9, 17, 31, 38) ausgebildet ist, wobei einer der Schalenkrümmer (3, 9, 17, 31, 38) in den anderen Schalenkrümmer (3, 9, 17, 31, 38) eingeschoben ist.
- Auspuffkrümmer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, bei dem der mindestens eine Schalenkrümmer (3, 9, 17, 31, 38) als gasführendes Innenteil, das von einer Außenschale (27) umschlossen ist, ausgebildet ist.
- Auspuffkrümmer nach Anspruch 11, bei dem die den mindestens einen Schalenkrümmer (3, 9, 17, 31, 38) umschließende Außenschale (27) gasdicht ausgebildet ist.
- Auspuffkrümmer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, bei dem zwischen der den mindestens einen Schalenkrümmer (3, 9, 17, 31, 38) umschließenden Außenschale (27) und dem mindestens einen Schalenkrümmer (3, 9, 17, 31, 38) ein Luftspalt vorhanden ist.
- Schalenkrümmer als mindestens eine Komponente eines Auspuffkrümmers (1) zum Verbinden einer Auspuffanlage mit mindestens einem Zylinder eines Verbrennungsmotors, der aus mindestens zwei durch mechanischen Formschluß aneinandergefügten Formschalen (4, 14, 10, 20, 18, 28, 32, 34, 39) zusammengesetzt ist, mindestens einen Einlass (5, 11, 19, 35, 46) aufweist, und so ausgebildet ist, dass der mindestens eine Einlass (5, 11, 19, 35, 46) in den mindestens einen Zylinder mündet.
- Schalenkrümmer nach Anspruch 14, der als gasführendes Innenteil eines luftspaltisolierten Auspuffkrümmers (1) ausgebildet ist.
