Definitions
- the invention relates to a firearm, in particular a one-shot or Mehrschüssige Bolt action rifle.
- Such a weapon is known for example from DE-OS-22 63 378.
- the one on one Guide rod sliding bearing barrel has a closure part end, in the closed position the weapon form-fitting with a likewise longitudinally displaceable Locking head is brought into engagement.
- a spring mounted slide a pawl actuated, which has a locking pin on the closure head releases. This is together with the run of a compression spring in the direction against pressed a stop.
- two positively coupled shutter rollers are pivoted, so that the closure head can be detached from the closure part.
- the latter slides continue along with the barrel while the breech head stops.
- GB-PS-756 769 dispenses with a closure device on the run and used Instead, a coil spring, the longitudinally movable barrel permanently against presses a stop surface in a housing. So that the weapon in the closed position is secured and can not be accidentally opened, engages behind a swivel stored locking element a recess in the barrel assembly. To open the Weapon is released with the weft hand, the locking element from its rest position. Subsequently, the barrel assembly over the forend against the closing force the coil spring is moved forward to the empty cartridge case to be able to eject.
- a guide tube axially displaceably mounted barrel also by a coil spring permanently pressed against a housing-side stop and by means of an am front end of the guide tube arranged locking device locked.
- radially displaceable locking pins are provided, which in corresponding Locking recesses in the guide tube and engage in the barrel.
- the latter carries one Gas cylinder, the one between and the front end of the guide tube Piston volume limited, the gas wells with the inner bore of the gun barrel fluidly connected. If a cartridge shot down, this penetrates emerging gas both in the gas cylinder and in the locking recesses.
- the Locking pins are counter to a spring force from the locking recesses in the barrel pushed out and moves the gas cylinder together with the barrel to the front; the emptiness Cartridge sleeve is ejected via an ejector mechanism. Once the gas pressure falls off the barrel of the coil spring is immediately brought into its closed position. The locking pins again engage in their locking recesses.
- US-PS-3 020 662 discloses a bolt action rifle, wherein the running end of the axially displaceable mounted barrel via a bayonet-type closure form-fitting with a fixed in the housing closure head is connected.
- the entire barrel must have a laterally projecting Repetierhebel turned around its axis and then moved forward. therefore the locking and unlocking of the weapon takes place as in a conventional closure chamber, only that the often disturbing Repetierhebel not backwards, but still forward is moved.
- the aim of the invention is to overcome these and other disadvantages of the prior art avoid and develop a firearm with longitudinally moving barrel that easy is constructed and easy to handle.
- the entire mechanics including the Closure device and the locking device should from as few Parts exist that are manufactured and assembled inexpensively with little effort can be.
- the aim is also a always play and rattle-free closing Weapon, which at the moment of firing a tipping and torque-free power flow guaranteed.
- the rifle should always work reliably.
- the invention provides that the closure device is substantially axially symmetrical and / or rotationally symmetrical to the running axis and the Determining the closure head in the running radial and / or radial-acting Closing organs, by longitudinal movement of the barrel with corresponding Closure elements in the running are engageable, and that the closure head axially displaceable and / or rotatable on a coaxial with the running axis Carrier is stored, the stationary on or in a fixed to the shaft Housing is arranged.
- Closure device allows together with the longitudinally movable barrel a extremely simple and compact design of the weapon.
- the realize entire closure device with only a few parts, which - as well as the Run itself - as simple turned parts can be produced. This not only works cheap on the manufacturing costs.
- the weapon is quick to assemble and can due to the relatively easy to implement movements always work reliably. Wear and susceptibility are low.
- the locking device in the region of the closure device is trained. This can further simplify the entire construction, in particular, even if the locking device is axially symmetrical and / or rotationally symmetrical.
- the firearm generally indicated at 10 in FIG. 1 has a shank 11 with a Shaft main body 12, the rear has a rifle piston 13 and the front side in a forend 14 passes. Between the shaft main body 12 and the rifle butt 13 is a pistol grip 15 is formed, the convenient operation of a Deduction 16 allows. The latter is for the purpose of firing a shot (not shown) clamping and release mechanism with a (also not shown) cock in conjunction, which actuates a firing pin 18.
- Rifle barrel 30 is arranged above the shaft main part 12 .
- This carries circumferentially an elongated sliding sleeve 22, with a trained parallel to the running axis A slide bore 23 positively a cross-sectionally polygonal, preferably square, guide pin 28th is pluggable.
- Whose rear end is fixed to or in a housing 90, which is firmly connected to the shaft main body 12.
- the free end of the guide pin 28 carries a cross-sectional widening 29, for example in the form of a screw, whose head is wider than the maximum width of the guide pin 28, so that the Sliding sleeve 22 finds it a front stop.
- the cross-sectional broadening is preferred 29 of a (not shown) pivotally mounted, sprung transversely Pawl formed at rest with a locking arm of at least a side surface of the guide pin 28 protrudes.
- the rearward end 32 is formed by a closure sleeve 33, which with a Threaded bore 37 screwed onto the tubular body of the barrel 30 or with this is one piece. Opposite the threaded bore 37, the sleeve 33 has a centric Recess 34 for receiving a closure head 41 during the firing an end formed in the barrel 30 cartridge chamber 31 terminates and thereby forms the abutment for a cartridge P to be fired. For this purpose is frontal in the center of the closure head 41 a thrust plate 42 with an axial bore 43 for introduced the firing pin 18.
- a side (not shown) extractor claw as well an eccentrically arranged, axially sprung (also not shown) ejector serve the ejection of the remaining after the shot cartridge case the weapon 10.
- the rear end of the closure sleeve 33 has concentric with the axis A of a Butting surface 38, which in the closed position of the barrel 30 at a corresponding Stop surface 94 in the housing 90 comes to rest and at the moment of firing the entire recoil force directly on the housing 90 and thus on the Shank 11 transmits.
- the closure head 41 has a rear cylindrical shaft 44 with a centric Inner bore 45. Thus he sits limited axialverschiemp on a coaxial with the Running axis A of the barrel 30 formed cylindrical support 50. This is the end attached to a flange 92, which is open in the weft direction S housing 90th closes on the back.
- the carrier 50 and the flange 92 may also be in one piece be with the housing 90, or it forms the carrier 50 so that this releasably with the housing 90 is connectable.
- a likewise central axial bore 52 in the carrier 50 takes the spring-loaded Impact pin 18, which is the shot hole with a tip 19, the axial bore 43rd pierces in the closure head 41.
- the closure head 41 is part of a closure device 40, which is designed in the manner of a radial collar closure. She points in With respect to the barrel axis A radially acting closure members 60, which through the Longitudinal movement of the barrel 30 and a coupled thereto, radially to the axis A extending adjusting movement with a corresponding closure element 65 in the closure sleeve 33 are engageable, so that the run 30 at the moment of Firing fee is always securely closed.
- the closure members 60 are e.g. hardened detent balls 61, the circumference in a Row of radial openings 48 in the shaft 44 of the closure head 41 used are.
- the closure element 65 in the closure sleeve 33 is an edge in the inner circumference the recess 34 formed circumferential recess 66, which is the detent balls 61 positively receives in the closed position of the barrel 30.
- the repulsive force is via the closure head 41, the balls 61st and the closure sleeve 33 concentric with the axis A and thus tilting and torque-free in the housing 90 and introduced from this into the shaft 12.
- the actuation of the detent balls 61 takes place in the radial direction R over the cylindrical Carrier 50, which is provided for this purpose at its free end with a control member 54.
- This is, for example, a conical surface sloping down in the weft direction S. 54 with a narrower cylindrical extension 55. The latter emerges when Closing the weapon 10 expedient in a stepped bore 46 in the lock head 41st one.
- the conical surface 54 can also circumferentially separate oblique or Wrench surfaces are formed, which correspond to the detent balls 61 in Active compound stand.
- the stop for the axial movement of the closure head 41 on the carrier 50 forms an off-center transverse pin 56 which penetrates the shaft 44 perpendicular to the axis A and can move within a lateral key surface 57 in the carrier 50.
- an anti-rotation of the closure head 41 is created, but this is not absolutely necessary.
- On the shaft circumference of the closure head 41 a locking sleeve 63 is mounted longitudinally displaceable. This has at the rear a re-entrant collar 64, which engages behind a step-shaped shoulder 49 of the closure head 41.
- a coaxial with the barrel axis A trained coil spring 58 pushes the sleeve 63 permanently in the weft direction S forward, so that the collar 64 comes in an open run 30 at the level 49 to rest.
- the closure head 41 is thereby pushed into its front stop position (see Fig. 3) and held there with the weapon 10 open.
- the radial openings 48 are closed by the sleeve 63, so that the resting on the outer circumference of the cylindrical support extension 55 balls 61 can not escape to the outside.
- the locking sleeve 63 prevents as a fuse element so that not only the Falling out of the balls 61 with the barrel 30. It also fixes the closure head 41 positively in its front stop position with the weapon open 10. Will If you push it back by hand, the balls 61 from the cone surface 54 of the carrier 50 is pressed radially outward against the sleeve 63. A Movement of the closure head 41 in the closing direction Z is therefore not initially possible.
- the closure head 41 is already positively engaged with the barrel 30, the Weapon 10, however, is not completely closed yet.
- the rear Impact surface 38 of the barrel 30 and the stop surface 94 in the housing 90 is still a (Not shown in detail) remaining distance available.
- This one is very for security important, because the firing pin 18 is arranged so that the tip 19 of the Shock bottom 42 just can not reach. This will only be possible if the detent balls 61 lie completely on the outer circumference of the carrier 50 and the Verschlußmuffe 33 with its abutment surface 38 positively against the stop surface 94 in Housing 90 comes to plant.
- the barrel 30 is now in its rear Stop position.
- the weapon 10 is completely closed and ready to fire.
- the (not shown) cocking and tripping mechanism for the tap for example be formed within the main body part 12 or in the housing 90, so that at Retracting the barrel 30 automatically in the closed position of the cock cocked becomes (so-called self-tensioner).
- the clamping mechanism rests in the closed position for example, on the impact surface 38, i. once the barrel 30 to open the weapon 10 in the weft direction S moves forward, the cock is relaxed, what for the safety is very important.
- the executable Opening or closing movement takes place in only one direction, namely along the Barrel axis A, i. the guide shaft of the shooter engaging the fore-end 14 must neither embrace nor perform any other actuating movements in other directions.
- a locking device 80 is provided. This consists of one or more Latching elements 81, e.g. Locking balls in the transverse bores 82 of the sliding sleeve 22nd are guided and whose diameter d is greater than the thickness D of the transverse bores 82 receiving wall 24 of the sliding sleeve 22 (see Fig. 4). By doing of the sliding sleeve 22 enclosed guide pin 28 are locking recesses 83rd brought in.
- the sliding sleeve 22 carries an axially displaceable mounted actuator 84.
- the sliding sleeve 22 facing Top 86 receiving cavities 87 are provided. Not shown Stops limit the axial movement of the bracket 84 forward and backward.
- the transverse bores 82 in the sliding sleeve 22, the locking recesses 83 in the guide pin 28 and the receiving recesses 87 in the console 84 are so to each other arranged that the Rastkuglen 81 always then non-positively and positively in the locking recesses 83 are pressed once the barrel 30 its rear stop position has reached.
- the console 84 closes here with its flat inner surface 86th the transverse bores 82 from the outside and fixes the locking balls 81 in the Locking recesses 83.
- the latter are shaped so that the sliding sleeve 22 and thus the Run 30 are acted upon in the closing direction Z with a clamping force, so that the run 30 always rests without play and rattling in the housing 90.
- the receiving recesses 87 lie in the closing direction Z offset behind the transverse bores 82nd
- the console 84 against the compression spring 85 against the front against her stop moves.
- the receiving recesses 87 under the transverse bores 82 of the sliding sleeve 22 are located (see Fig. 5)
- the locking balls 81 dodge down, creating the detent between the guide pin 28 and the sliding sleeve 22 is released.
- Further advancing the Forearm 14 in the weft direction S takes the console 84 over its stop the Sliding sleeve 22 with, so that the barrel 30 moves forward.
- the detent balls 81 are now from the guide pin 28 in the receiving recesses 87 of the Console 84 held.
- the closure sleeve 33 releases from the housing 90. It pulls the Locking head 41 on the lying in the radial openings 48 balls 61 after at the front until they can slide radially on the conical surface 54 of the carrier 50. The pressed by the compression spring 58 forward locking sleeve 63 covers the Radial openings 48 and thereby fixes the closure head 41 in its front End position. The barrel 30 finally releases the capping head 41 completely; the Cartridge bearing 31 is opened (see Fig. 6).
- the Forearm 14 in the closing direction Z runs the barrel 30 and the closure sleeve 33 back into the housing 90.
- the console 84 Once the console 84 has reached its rear end position, engage the locking balls 81 non-positively and positively in the locking recesses 83 of the Guide mandrel 28 a.
- the barrel 30 is actively locked and can not be accidentally to be moved.
- the weapon 10 can not by the firing pin 18th be opened because the spring force of the (not shown here) firing pin spring is smaller than the (to) holding force of the barrel lock 80. An opening of the weapon 10 is only over the forend 14 possible, the overcoming the compression spring 85 of the Guide hand in the weft direction S must be moved.
- the closing force of the locking device 80 is about the number and the formation of the locking elements 81st established.
- the compression spring 85 determines the force with which the weapon 10 is opened must become. However, this is not very large overall, because the compression spring 85 only is responsible for the barrel lock and not - such. at (semi) automatic Weapons - for holding the weapon 10 at the moment of firing.
- the (still not shown) tensioning mechanism be coupled with the console 84. Will this unlock the barrel 30 actuated via the forend 14, the cock relaxes; the firing pin 18 can not be operated anymore. So that when closing the weapon 10 no Foleschuß can solve unintentionally, the trigger 16 in a conventional manner with a breaker (not shown).
- the closure device 40 is in the nature of a Rotary cylinder closure formed.
- the closure head 41 is axially displaceable and rotatably mounted on the coaxial with the axis A trained carrier 50. He has Radially peripheral closure members 60 in the form of (not shown) radial pins or an outer toothing 67, by the longitudinal movement of the barrel 30 and a coupled thereto rotational movement of the closure head 41 about the barrel axis A. corresponding closure elements 65 in the closure sleeve 33 into engagement can be brought. The latter has this in the inner circumference to the radial pins or the External teeth 67 gegentechnische internal teeth 68, so that the weapon 30 in the Moment the firing is always safely closed.
- the internal toothing 68 of the closure sleeve 33 is in the weft direction S in front of the recess 34, which at the opposite end in front of the chamber 31 is limited by a flat stop surface 35.
- the distance a between the Internal teeth 68 and the stop surface 35 is slightly larger than the axial Length L of the external toothing 67 of the closure head 41.
- Its outer diameter b is slightly smaller than the inner diameter c of the recess 34, so that the closure head 41 completely engage in the recess 34 and the Closing the weapon 10 with its external teeth 67, the internal teeth 68th can engage.
- a slotted guide 70 is provided which a or may be formed on both sides. It consists of a in the shaft 44 of the Locking head 41 formed guide recess 72 and a guided therein Control member 74.
- the latter is preferably a cross pin, the shaft 44 and the carrier 50 passes perpendicular to the axis A.
- a concentric to the barrel axis A lying hole 75 in the transverse pin 74 is from the top 19 of the (not shown here) Striker 18 passes through, so that the control member 74 is secured in position.
- the guide recess 72 has a front slot 76 and a circumferential direction thereto angularly offset rear slot 77, both parallel to Running axis A and a helical transition region 78 with each other are connected.
- the angular distance of the slots 76, 77 with respect to the Barrel axis A corresponds to half the tooth pitch of the outer and inner teeth 67, 68, wherein the closure head 41 in its front stop position on the carrier 50 aligned in a first angular position so to the rotatably mounted barrel 30 is that the teeth of the external toothing 67 to the longitudinal grooves of the internal toothing 68 are aligned and vice versa.
- the front stop position for the shutter head 41 is from the rear End of the slot 77 or - in the absence of the slot 77 - at the rear end of helical transition region 78 adjacent transverse pin 74 defined, wherein the Slot 77 at the same time an additional rotation for the lock head 41st forms.
- the coaxial with the barrel axis A formed coil spring 58 engages as Closure head spring directly on the shaft 44 of the closure head 41 and pushes this permanently in the weft direction S forward.
- the closure sleeve 33 When closing the loaded weapon 10, the closure sleeve 33 initially inverts via the position-fixed closure head 41, wherein the outer teeth 67 unhindered the internal teeth 68 of the sleeve 33 penetrates. Once in the Cartridge 31 inserted cartridge P the impact bottom 42 in the closure head 41st achieved, this is against the compression spring 58 from the front stop position pushed out on the support 50 to the rear until the transverse pin 74 of the slotted guide 70 passes in the rear slot 77 to the helical transition groove 78. - the tap strikes the firing pin 18, the opposite the firing pin spring 114 is pushed in the weft direction S.
- the severed Tap remains under the pressure of the relatively strong striker spring on the housing flange 92 lie and holds the firing pin 18 against the pressure of the firing pin spring 114 in its forward position. Lose with the rash of the firing pin 18 the detent balls 81 their radial support. They slide down on the cone surface 112 on the cylinder portion 113 and thereby release the closure head 41.
- the closure sleeve 33 takes the Locking head 41 via the teeth 67, 68 as long with, until this from the Slotted guide 70 is rotated from the second angular position in the first angular position. Subsequently, the closure sleeve 33 or its internal toothing 68 gives the Locking head 41 completely free, that of the closure head spring 58 in its front Sliding stop pushed and held there. This will be the cross holes 82 covered in the carrier 50 of the shaft 44 (see Fig. 10). The detent balls 81 can not fall out. The barrel 30 passes along the linear guide 20 in his front stop position.
- the locking device 80 not only locked the weapon 10. It is also similar to manufacturing tolerances and wear-related dimensional changes, i. the weapon 10 is always closed without play and rattling.
- the firearm 10th can be opened immediately after the firing, without any Operating element must be pressed. If the weapon 10 also as a bolt action rifle with a magazine (not shown) formed, for example, in a recess 96 can be used in the housing 90 (see Fig. 1), so can without time delay and without attitude change a so-called quick second shot delivered become. Moreover, no spring force has to overcome to open the weapon 10 more which has a very favorable effect on the handling.
- the fore-end 14 is opposite the embodiment of Fig. 4 to 6 - rigid with the sliding sleeve 22 and thus with play connected to the barrel 30, which is the handling and in particular the "feeling" for the Weapon 10 further improved. Even if you have the weapon 10 on the barrel 30 or am Forearm 14 receives the shutter 40 can not open accidentally. The Active and passive security of the weapon 10 is very high.
- the Locking device 80 as well as the closure device 40 substantially is formed rotationally symmetrical to the axis A, which is extremely favorable Frame size and on the manufacturing and assembly costs.
- the locking and unlocking takes place synchronously with the running movement in only one direction, namely perpendicular to the running axis A. Further swiveling, turning or lifting movements of the locking or locking elements 81 are not required here.
- the entire kinematics of Gun 10 is extremely simple and therefore hardly prone to failure.
- FIG. 11 Another embodiment of a combined closure and locking unit is shown in Fig. 11.
- Their closure device 40 is substantially as above described carried out only with the difference that the closure head 41 with its shaft 44 axially displaceable and rotatable in the axial bore 52 of the carrier 50 is stored.
- the shaft 44 In the outer circumference of the shaft 44 is symmetrical to the axle A ever a slide guide 70 with a guide recess 72 and a transverse pin 74th educated. The latter are fixed perpendicular to the axis A fixed in the carrier 50.
- the shaft 44 receives the firing pin 18 in its central inner bore 45, which has a uniform diameter from the tip 19 to the main part 111.
- the inner bore 45 is accordingly equal diameter in the axial bore 43 in the closure head 41 via.
- End bears the firing pin 18 in diameter wider tail 118, which is slidably guided in the axial bore 52 of the carrier 50.
- the Stop for the axial movement of the firing pin 18 forms the transverse to the barrel axis A. lying locking pin 115 of the tail 118 in a slot 116 vertically to the barrel axis A protrudes.
- the locking pin 115 is in the axial bore 52 of the Carrier 50 secured against falling out.
- the closure head spring 58 is also concentric with the axis A in the axial bore 52 of the carrier 50. It rests against the rearward end of the shaft 44 and the tail 118 of the firing pin 18 and thereby simultaneously serves as Striker pin 114, i. while the closure head 41 in its front Stop position is pressed, the firing pin 18 slides permanently into Closing direction Z to the rear. An additional spring is therefore not required.
- the locking device 80 is at least one transverse to the axis of rotation A. slidably mounted locking pin 120 formed, the spring loaded in a transverse bore 53 sits in the carrier 50 and at its the axle A end facing with a frusto-conical tip 122 is provided.
- FIG. 11 shows the weapon 10 in the open position, i. of the Locking head 41 is in its front stop position and in the first Angle position by the transverse pin 74 end in the rear slot 77 of the Guide recess 72 abuts.
- Fig. 11 shows the weapon 10 in closed and locked Position.
- the closure head 41 is in its second angular position with the Verschlußmuffe 33 into engagement with its abutting surface 38 is positively against the Stop surface 94 in the housing 90 abuts.
- the locking pin 120 with its cone tip 122 in the rear slot 77 of the guide recess 72nd intervenes. Due to the spring load and the cone shape of the tip 122 of the Locking head 41 in the closing direction Z pulled permanently backwards, causing the Run 30 via the teeth 67, 68 with a defined clamping force against the Housing 90 is pressed.
- the weapon 10 is thus also always play and rattle free here closed. Production- or wear-related inaccuracies are caused by the Locking device 80 permanently balanced. The during the firing occurring forces are always tilt and torque-free in the housing 90th derived. The formation of additional locking recesses is not required, which the entire structure further simplified.
- the actuation of the latching pin 120 can via an operative connection, not shown by Run the run 30 or by the (not shown) cocking slide on the Top of the pistol grip 15 is arranged and a total of three locking positions can take.
- a first forward position is the (still not visible) Tension spring tensioned and the closure device 40 by the locking pin 120 of Locking device 80 locked.
- a middle position position is the Striker relaxed, the weapon 10 but still locked. Only when you have the Clamping moves in a third rear position, the locking element 120 and the closure head 41 is disengaged so that the weapon 10 over the forend 14 can be opened.
- the firearm according to the invention 10 is designed as a kit and with only a few simple steps tool-free in two about the same length main assemblies H1, H2 can be dismantled, in the assembled state be moved axially to each other when loading or repetition. It serves the Forearm 14 directly as an actuating handle for the barrel 30th
- the first assembly H1 essentially comprises the shaft main body 12 with rifle butts 13 and pistol grip 15, the firmly anchored in the shaft main body 12 housing 90, arranged on the carrier 50 closure head 41 with firing pin 18 and Ejector mechanism, the (still not shown) clamping and release mechanism and - depending on the version of the weapon 10 - a (also not shown) insertion magazine, if necessary inserted into a recess 96 provided in the housing 90 for this purpose can be (see Fig. 1).
- the second assembly H2 consists essentially of the forearm 14, the barrel 30 and the sliding sleeve fixed thereto 22.

- other shots be used. It is important that the riflescope 102 directly on the barrel 30th is fixed and is moved when repeating with the barrel 30. This ensures that that the match determined at the time of shooting matches Breakpoint is always maintained, i. Manufacturing tolerances between the moving Sharing does not affect the repeatability of the shots.
- the forend 14 closes flush with the Shaft main part 12, whereby the shaft 11 an overall uniform appearance having. Moreover, the linear guide of the fore-end 14 is complete obscured, i. The weapon 10 is visually unlikely of a conventional weapon differ, except that the length compared to conventional bolt action rifles is significantly reduced.

- the profile piece 130 of FIG. 12 is preferred for the formation of the firearm 10 as Single loader designed. This eliminates the recess 96 in the housing 90 for the Insertion magazine and the guide pin 28 closes immediately in the area of the trigger 16 to the housing 90 at. The latter is relatively flat due to the omission of the magazine educated. Furthermore, the forend 14 is relatively short, the fixed to the in bottom portion defined in cross-section slightly conical profile piece 130 is.
- the sleeve 10 has a total of delicate outer contour on, how one was used to it so far only by Kipplaufwaffen. Simultaneously simplified However, the construction quite considerably, although the weapon 10 like a bolt action rifle can be opened and closed.
- the profile piece 130 takes over here a total of 5 functions. It takes up the barrel 30, serves as a support for the forend 14 and the scope 102, it is part of the closure device 40 and it serves as a sliding sleeve 22 for the linear guide 20. The design effort is so significantly reduced compared to conventional weapons.

- the closure sleeve 33 in the receiving profile 140 releases the closure head 41.
- the Weapon 10 can be fully opened via the forend 14. It slides the Locking head 41 first on the carrier 50 in its front stop position, i. the transverse pin 74 slides in the guide recess 72 of the slide guide 70 to the end of the rear slot 77 or - depending on the embodiment - to the rear end of the helical groove 78. Subsequently, the closure head 41 passes through - the inner toothing 68, which is continued therein, is secured against rotation - the longitudinal bore 146 to the barrel 30 finds its front stop via the receiving profile 140. An im Bumper bottom 42 of the closure head 41 sitting empty cartridge case is of the Ejector pin ejected through the ejection window 145 therethrough.
- the dimensions of the individual modules selected are that the closure head 41 can not detach from the receiving profile 140, i.e. the external teeth 67 and the internal teeth 68 permanently act as Rotation.

- Another important advantage is the ability to run 30 at any time to be able to replace another without having to change the module H1. As a result, for example, change the caliber with just a few simple steps. Also, the closure head 41 can be relatively easily replaced when the Carrier 50 releasably fixed to the housing 90 and the housing flange 92. Thus, the entire weapon 10 both dealer side and customer designed as a kit become.
- the receiving profile 140 is no longer cuboid, but designed for economic production as a tubular sleeve, the concentric to the axis A and at its bottom 133 end with two feet 148th is provided. - the weapon 10 has an extreme sleek and elegant appearance, which equals that of a dump weapon. Nevertheless, it is a full-fledged multi-lobe forearm reptiser, It is extremely easy and convenient to use compared to conventional weapons is. In the open position of the weapon 10 (Fig. 18) can be quickly and easily the Change magazine, which is now accessible from below in the receiving profile 140. is no magazine desired, you can easily the weapon 10 as a single loader use.
- the invention is not limited to one of the above-described embodiments, but changeable in many ways.
- the transition from the recess 34 in the closure sleeve 33 to the cartridge chamber 31 in the barrel 30 as réellekegel 35 be designed, on the one hand, the introduction of a cartridge P in the Cartridge 31 facilitates and on the other hand a centering for the closure head 41 forms. This is the end face with a corresponding inclined surface 36th Mistake.
- the guide pin 28 is not in the weft direction S extends, but formed by two parallel running, fork-shaped spars is fixed to the end of the closure sleeve 33 or the profile piece 130 and are positively guided with their free ends in or on the housing 90.
- the latter is for this purpose laterally with corresponding slide holes or Gleitnuten Mistake.

- a further embodiment provides that those provided in Figs. 9 and 10 Locking depressions 83 in the shaft 44 omitted.
- the locking of the weapon 10 takes place in In this case, only via the between the cone surface 112 radially outwardly displaced balls 81 and the inner circumference of the shaft 44 resulting Friction.
- this is sufficient to hold the weapon 10 in Closed position to lock reliably, again here the cone surface 112th compensates for all manufacturing tolerances and wear-related dimensional changes.

- the (still not shown) ejector pin in the impact bottom 42 of the closure head 41 also comes through the inventive design of the weapon 10 a special role too.
- This relies on closed weapon 10 spring loaded on Cartridge bottom of an inserted into the cartridge chamber 31 cartridge P, so that the Locking head 41 when it engages with the recess 34 and its second Has reached angular position, and the barrel 30 are pressed apart.
- This has to Consequence, that the rear end face of the external toothing 67 is always free of play on the front end face of the internal gear 68 abuts, i. the closure head 41, the closure sleeve 33 and the barrel 30 form a biased in the axial direction A. Unit, when reaching the closed position of the locking device 80th is pulled positively against the housing 90.
- the ejector pin has an effect positive for the timing of the repeating process, which always smoothly and runs smoothly.
- the modules H1 and H2 are kept free of play. The entire kinematics always works reliably. If you assign the ejector pin moreover offset radially outwards, he can not only on the bottom of the cartridge, but at unloaded weapon 10 on the stop surface 35, i. also the uncharged one Weapon 10 is permanently closed without play.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a firearm, in particular a one-shot or Mehrschüssige Bolt action rifle.
Repeating rifles for hunting purposes are usually from the rear running ago loaded and closed by a longitudinally displaceable chamber. The latter is relative long trained to insert the cartridge and eject the cartridge case to enable. To open the weapon, the shutter chamber must have a Chamber stems with velvet the lock head out of the system housing be completely moved backwards, resulting in collisions with the shooter's head can lead. In addition, to avoid collisions with the butt, this must be designed correspondingly low. The entire weapon is therefore not satisfactory to handle; their overall length often disturbing.
To counter this, you have next to long guns with fixed barrel rifles and shotguns with longitudinal motion developed. Design-related can be This makes shorter weapons, because the weapon length to the Repetierhub shortened.
Such a weapon is known for example from DE-OS-22 63 378. The one on one Guide rod sliding bearing barrel has a closure part end, in the closed position the weapon form-fitting with a likewise longitudinally displaceable Locking head is brought into engagement. To open the weapon is a spring mounted slide a pawl actuated, which has a locking pin on the closure head releases. This is together with the run of a compression spring in the direction against pressed a stop. Then pull the barrel over the forend further forward, two positively coupled shutter rollers are pivoted, so that the closure head can be detached from the closure part. The latter slides continue along with the barrel while the breech head stops. Shortly before the barrel assembly reaches a front stop position becomes a cartridge magazine pivoted upwards and turned over a lever mechanism, so that one in it held cartridge is supplied to the shock bottom in the closure head. While closing The weapon is the magazine is pivoted back down. The fixed in the shock bottom Cartridge is inserted axially into the cartridge chamber in the barrel.
The disadvantage of this is that the overall complex mechanics always accurate Coordination of all closure components required, in addition to longitudinal movements different axes must also perform swivel movements. A complete play-free closure of the weapon is therefore difficult to realize. Manufacturing and Assembly is complex and expensive, not least because of tight manufacturing tolerances are to be kept. Another disadvantage is that the pivot axes of Locking rollers lie laterally next to the closure head, so that the power flow in Moment of firing is not free of tilting and torques, resulting in can have a negative impact on shot precision. In addition, the handling The weapon cumbersome, because the barrel must be moved very far forward, so the cartridge magazine can even swing up. The entire closure mechanism is completely exposed. The relatively complicated lifting and turning mechanism can easily become dirty or even damaged. The functionality of the Weapon is further affected.
The same applies to a firearm known from US Pat. No. 2,699,006, the closure head thereof in addition to the longitudinal movement still has to perform an upward movement to the rear running to lock. The closure head or its guide mechanism is characterized by a multitude of parts, which is not only the manufacturing costs, but also - as always with complicated constructions - the susceptibility to failure elevated. The reliability should be but especially for firearms in the foreground stand.
Anschließend muß die Lauf-Baugruppe über den Vorderschaft entgegen der Schließkraft der Schraubenfeder nach vorn bewegt werden, um die leere Patronenhülse auswerfen zu können.GB-PS-756 769 dispenses with a closure device on the run and used Instead, a coil spring, the longitudinally movable barrel permanently against presses a stop surface in a housing.
In a gas-powered automatic weapon shown in US-PS-2 628 536, the in a guide tube axially displaceably mounted barrel also by a coil spring permanently pressed against a housing-side stop and by means of an am front end of the guide tube arranged locking device locked. For this purpose, radially displaceable locking pins are provided, which in corresponding Locking recesses in the guide tube and engage in the barrel. The latter carries one Gas cylinder, the one between and the front end of the guide tube Piston volume limited, the gas wells with the inner bore of the gun barrel fluidly connected. If a cartridge shot down, this penetrates emerging gas both in the gas cylinder and in the locking recesses. The Locking pins are counter to a spring force from the locking recesses in the barrel pushed out and moves the gas cylinder together with the barrel to the front; the emptiness Cartridge sleeve is ejected via an ejector mechanism. Once the gas pressure falls off the barrel of the coil spring is immediately brought into its closed position. The locking pins again engage in their locking recesses.
The implementation of a manual repeating process at the ready is in such a Weapon only difficult possible, because the fore-end first turned and then must be moved against the coil spring with force to the front. This is not only exhausting in the long term, it requires good coordination and Concentration. In addition, here the rear running is not form-fitting closed, which is not always desired for security reasons. The disadvantage is further, that the locking recesses are introduced in the front region of the barrel, the this is to be provided with separate hardened inserts. This is expensive in the Production and may also be unfavorable to the shooting characteristics of the weapon impact. The production costs are correspondingly high.
To open and Close the weapon, the entire barrel must have a laterally projecting Repetierhebel turned around its axis and then moved forward. therefore the locking and unlocking of the weapon takes place as in a conventional closure chamber, only that the often disturbing Repetierhebel not backwards, but still forward is moved.
The aim of the invention is to overcome these and other disadvantages of the prior art avoid and develop a firearm with longitudinally moving barrel that easy is constructed and easy to handle. The entire mechanics including the Closure device and the locking device should from as few Parts exist that are manufactured and assembled inexpensively with little effort can be. The aim is also a always play and rattle-free closing Weapon, which at the moment of firing a tipping and torque-free power flow guaranteed. The rifle should always work reliably.
angegeben. Ausgestaltungen sind Gegenstand der Ansprüche 2 bis 21 und 23 bis 26.Main features of the invention are in the characterizing part of
In a firearm, in particular a one- or multi-shot bolt action rifle, with a shaft, a relative to the shaft on or in a linear guide axially displaceable stored barrel, in which a cartridge chamber for receiving a cartridge is formed, a closure device for closing the cartridge chamber has a closure head, the axially when closing the weapon in the running can be fixed and is penetrated centrally to the barrel axis of a firing pin, and with a locking device for locking the weapon in the closed position, the invention provides that the closure device is substantially axially symmetrical and / or rotationally symmetrical to the running axis and the Determining the closure head in the running radial and / or radial-acting Closing organs, by longitudinal movement of the barrel with corresponding Closure elements in the running are engageable, and that the closure head axially displaceable and / or rotatable on a coaxial with the running axis Carrier is stored, the stationary on or in a fixed to the shaft Housing is arranged.
The overall axisymmetric and / or rotationally symmetrical structure of Closure device allows together with the longitudinally movable barrel a extremely simple and compact design of the weapon. In particular, can the realize entire closure device with only a few parts, which - as well as the Run itself - as simple turned parts can be produced. This not only works cheap on the manufacturing costs. The weapon is quick to assemble and can due to the relatively easy to implement movements always work reliably. Wear and susceptibility are low.
Contributing to the radial or radially acting closure organs, by simple longitudinal movement of the barrel with the running end are engageable. The Operating outwardly projecting levers or performing separate ones Hand or Stellbewegungen is not necessary, what the handling of the weapon completely considerably simplified.
Another advantage is that in the firing by the axially symmetric and / or rotationally symmetrical structure within the weapon neither Kippnoch Torques occur which could affect the shot accuracy. The Supporting the barrel in the housing rather ensures an always optimal power flow along the barrel axis, with the recoil of the cartridge charge directly from the barrel into the barrel Transfer case and from there over the shaft into the shoulder of the shooter is directed.
In one embodiment, for which independent protection is claimed, is according to the invention provided that the locking device in the region of the closure device is trained. This can further simplify the entire construction, in particular, even if the locking device is axially symmetrical and / or rotationally symmetrical.
Endlage.

The firearm generally indicated at 10 in FIG. 1 has a
Baugruppen H1 und H2 zerlegbar, was
den Transport erheblich vereinfacht.Above the shaft
It can be seen that the sliding
der Waffe 10.The
The rear end of the
The
Depending on the embodiment, the
It is always important that the
In the embodiment of Fig. 2, the
Dadurch befindet
The
Wirkverbindung stehen.The actuation of the
Laufachse A ausgebildete Schraubenfeder 58 schiebt die Hülse 63 permanent in
The stop for the axial movement of the

Will
The locking
However, closing the
Anschlagposition. Die Waffe 10 ist vollständig verschlossen und schußbereit. Thus, the
The (not shown) cocking and tripping mechanism for the tap, for example

It can be seen that the
eingebracht. At the moment of the firing and also during the ready to fire the
To actuate the latching
liegen in Schließrichtung Z versetzt hinter den Querbohrungen 82.The transverse bores 82 in the sliding
Konsole 84 gehalten.Moving the
Patronenlager 31 wird geöffnet (siehe Fig. 6).At the same time, the
If you pull after inserting a new cartridge P in the
To further increase safety, the (still not shown) tensioning mechanism

Drehzylinderverschlusses ausgebildet.
In the embodiment of FIG. 7, the
As shown in FIG. 8, the
For the execution of the coupled to the axial movement of the rotational movement of
The
The front stop position for the
When closing the loaded
Upon further retraction of the
As long as the running 32 is not yet applied to the
When closing the unloaded
The caused by the
The formed between the sliding
Bezugszeichen versehen.Another advantageous embodiment of the locking device 80 - for the
independent protection is claimed - is not shown in Figs. 9 and 10 im

It can be seen that radially acting latching or locking
The actuation of the
The
Langloch 116 senkrecht zur Laufachse A durchragt.
An letzterem
To secure the
114 bildet.However, the locking
ab.Another constructive simplification of the combined
Yet another variant provides that the sliding in the closing direction
Fig. 9 shows the
It can be seen in Fig. 9 and 10, that the
geringfügig in Schußrichtung S versetzt ausgebildet. Dadurch wirkt der Lochrand der
Radialbohrung 83 in gleicher Weise wie die Konusfläche 88. The same effect is achieved if instead of the
114 in seiner vorderen Position.
If the shot is fired, the tap strikes the
vordere Anschlagposition.Now draw the
Closing the
An important advantage of this embodiment is that the locking
Further advantages of this embodiment are that the firearm 10th
can be opened immediately after the firing, without any
Operating element must be pressed. If the
By locking the
Another important advantage of this embodiment is that the
Another embodiment of a combined closure and locking unit

zur Laufachse A durchragt. Der Sicherungsstift 115 ist in der Axialbohrung 52 des
Trägers 50 gegen Herausfallen gesichert.The
The

The locking
The upper half of Figure 11 shows the
gesamten Aufbau weiter vereinfacht. The lower half of Fig. 11 shows the
The actuation of the latching
beim Laden bzw. Repetieren axial zueinander bewegt werden. Dabei dient der
Vorderschaft 14 unmittelbar als Betätigungshandhabe für den Lauf 30.The illustrated embodiments show that the firearm according to the
werden kann (siehe Fig. 1).The first assembly H1 essentially comprises the shaft
The second assembly H2 consists essentially of the
If the mounted
In the embodiment of Fig. 12, the sliding
The
By these measures, the
Verriegelungseinrichtung 80 ausbilden.A variant of the embodiment of FIG. 12, not shown, may provide that

konzentrisch zur Laufachse A liegt. While in the previous embodiments of the firearm 10 (continue

In the weft direction S behind the

20 für den Lauf 30.In the region of the sliding

profile 140 receives thebarrel 30, - it integrates the function of the
closure sleeve 33, - it forms within the longitudinal bore 146 a longitudinal guide with anti-rotation for the
closure head 41, - it is part of the
linear guide 20, - it serves as a support for the
forend 14, - it forms a receiving
device 100 for atelescopic sight 102, - it integrates the
insertion opening 143 as a receiving opening for a magazine, - it has an ejection window for shotgun cartridge cases, which also serves as a loading window, if one does not form the
firearm 10 as a repeating rifle, but as a single loader (for this purpose, one can simply close theinsertion opening 143, for example), - it defines over its length the longitudinal stroke stops for the
barrel 30 in both axial directions and - it serves as a receptacle for a (not shown) operating button, with which you can solve for easy disassembly of the
weapon 10, the barrel assembly H2 of the housing assembly H1.
140 ergibt sich aus Fig. 14 bis 16.The operation of the
In Fig. 14, the
gelangen (Fig. 15).If you release the
The
It can be seen in Fig. 16 that the dimensions of the individual modules selected
are that the
Only when the
Significant advantages of this embodiment are in the extremely simple and
robust embodiment of a
Another important advantage is the ability to run 30 at any time
to be able to replace another without having to change the module H1.
As a result, for example, change the caliber with just a few simple steps.
Also, the
In the embodiment of FIG. 17, the receiving
verwenden.To the length of the
sondern in vielfältiger Weise abwandelbar.
versehen. The invention is not limited to one of the above-described embodiments,
but changeable in many ways. For example, the transition from
the
Führungsdorns 28 erhöht die Stabilität und Präzision der Linearführung 20.Yet another variant provides that the
angeordneten elastischen O-Ring ausgleichen.A further embodiment provides that those provided in Figs. 9 and 10
The slidably guided in the
The (still not shown) ejector pin in the
