Claims (10)
- Bauelement (1,1') aus Holz zur Erstellung von Aussenund Innenwänden von Gebäuden, umfassend einen im Querschnitt viereckigen Balken mit an zwei Verbindungsflächen (9) ausgebildeten Nuten (11) zum Einfügen einer als Verbindungselement dienenden Feder (21), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Nuten (11) an den einander gegenüberliegenden Verbindungsflächen (9) durch mindestens eine Verbindungsnut (15) an mindestens einer der beiden Stirnseiten (13) des Bauelements (1) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Bauelement aus Holz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den genuteten Verbindungsflächen (9) je mindestens eine das Bauelement (1) lotrecht durchdringende Verbindungsbohrung (19) angebracht ist.
- Bauelement aus Holz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf drei oder allen vier Längsseiten mindestens eine längs verlaufende Nut (11) eingelassen ist.
- Bauelement aus Holz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Bauelement (1,1') aus mehreren miteinander verleimten Holzschichten aufgebaut ist.
- Bauelement aus Holz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tiefe (T) der Nuten (11,15) kleiner oder gleich ist wie die Breite (h) der Federn (21).
- Bauwerk aufgebaut mit Bauelementen (1) gemäss einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Wandflächen bildenden Bauelemente (1,1') vertikal stehend angeordnet und durch Federn (21) direkt verbunden sind.
- Bauwerk nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nebeneinander hochkant stehenden Bauelemente (1,1') durch horizontal durch benachbarte Bauelemente (1) geführte Dübelstangen (47) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Bauwerk nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bauelemente (1,1') oben und/oder unten durch Federn (21) mit gleichartigen, horizontal liegenden Bauelementen (1) verbunden sind.
- Bauwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich von Wandöffnungen (27,29) keine Bauelemente (1) oder Bauelemente (1) mit kleinerer Länge (1) eingesetzt sind und deren der Wandöffnung (27,29) zugewandten Stirnflächen durch eine Feder (21) mit der Nut (11) eines horizontal die beiden anliegenden, die seitlichen Laibungen verbindenden Sims- oder Sturzbalkens (X) verbunden sind.
- Bauwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass seitlich der Feder (21) im Spalt (23) zwischen den sich gegenüberliegenden Flächen der benachbarten Bauelemente (1) ein elastisches Element (25) eingesetzt ist.
