Claims (10)
- Appareil de pliage, avec au moins un moulinet (38 ; 39), avec au moins un chemin de transport pour l'amenée de signatures au moulinet (38 ; 39) et au moins un dispositif de transport de bande (41 ; 42) pour le transport d'évacuation de signatures, la direction de transport d'alimentation du dispositif de transport de bande (41 ; 42) étant disposée en s'étendant parallèlement à l'axe de rotation du moulinet (38 ; 39), caractérisé en ce que la direction de transport d'alimentation du chemin de transport (03) est disposée transversalement à l'axe de rotation du moulinet (38 ; 39), et en ce qu'au dispositif de transport de bande (41 ; 42) sont associées les lames coupant les bords, disposés dans la direction de transport, des signatures.
- Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque dispositif de sortie (06 ; 07 ; 26) du chemin de transport (03) présente respectivement un moulinet (38 ; 39) et un dispositif de transport de bande (41 ; 42), transportant parallèlement à l'axe de rotation du moulinet (38 ; 39).
- Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le chemin de transport (03) et les dispositifs de sortie (06 ; 07) lui étant associés forment un groupe de construction modulaire.
- Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le groupe de construction est disposé au-dessous du dispositif de pliage (02).
- Appareil de pliage sleon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil de pliage présente deux entrées, pour l'entrée, individuelle ou simultanée, de bandes partielles de matériau dans l'appareil de pliage, et des moyens pour le regroupage des bandes partielles de matériau, pour former la bande de matériau (04).
- Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'une des entrées est équipée d'un entonnoir de pliage (51 ; 52).
- Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil de pliage comprend des moyens pour la re-séparation des deux bandes partielles de matériau et pour l'amenée d'une première bande partielle de matériau au chemin de transport (03) et de la deuxième bande partielle de matériau au dispositif de pliage (02).
- Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que, en amont de l'appareil de pliage est installé un dispositif de découpage longitudinal, pour découper une bande de matériau (04), en la première et la deuxième bande partielle de matériau.
- Appareil de pliage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au dispositif de pliage (02) et au chemin de transport (03) est respectivement associé un dispositif de découpage (01 ; 26).
- Appareil de pliage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de pliage (02) est susceptible d'être mis hors service lorsque les signatures sont guidées par le chemin de transport (03), ou bien le chemin de transport est susceptible d'être mis hors de service lorsque les signatures sont amenées au dispositif de pliage (02).
