Das Mittel (12) besteht aus unter Feuchtigkeit aushärtendem Polyuret­han. Es wird einem Bauteil (10) entweder im Zuge seiner Herstellung oder im Zuge einer Substanzerhaltungs- oder Sanierungsmassnahme appli­ziert.

Mittel zur Verbesserung der Witterungsbestandig eit eines Holzbauteils
Beschreibung
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Mittel zur Verbesserung der Witterungsbestandigkeit eines Bauteils aus Holz oder Holzwerkstoff an einem Fenster oder an einer Tur.
Desweiteren betrifft die Erfindung ein entsprechendes Bauteil, dem das Mittel im Zuge seiner Herstellung oder einer Substanzerhaltungs- oder Sanierungsmaßnahme appliziert ist.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein derartiges Mittel zu schaffen, mit dem die Witterungsbestandigkeit eines Bauteils der genannten Art nachhaltig verbessert wird, so daß bei präventiver Anwendung im Tur- und Fensterbau von Haus aus weniger resistente und deshalb kostengünstigere Holzer und Holzmaterialien eingesetzt, die Wartungsintervalle verlängert und schon verloren geglaubte Bauteile gerettet werden können.
Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelost, daß das Mittel aus unter Feuchtigkeit aushärtendem Polyurethan besteht.
Bei einer bevorzugten Ausfuhrungsform wird das Mittel dem Bauteil direkt appliziert.
Bei einer alternativ bevorzugten Ausfuhrungsform wird das Mittel einer auf das Bauteil aufgebrachten Grundierung appliziert.
Das Mittel kann durch oberflächliches Auftragen, durch Tranken, durch Druckimpragnieren oder durch Vakuumimpragmeren appliziert werden.
Das Mittel kann mit einem Anstrich überdeckt werden.
Das Mittel kann einem Bauteil aus Holz oder Holzwerkstoff an einem Fenster oder an einer Tur im Zuge seiner Herstellung oder im Zuge ei- ner Substanzerhaltungs- oder Sanierungsmaßnahme appliziert sein, und zwar entweder direkt oder einer auf das Bauteil aufgebrachten Grundierung, und zwar durch oberflächliches Auftragen, Tranken, Druckimpragnieren oder Vakuumimpragmeren. Das Mittel kann mit einem Anstrich überdeckt sein.
Die Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand von zwei in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausfuhrungsbeispielen naher erläutert. Schematisch gezeigt sind mögliche Schichtaufbauten bei der Anwendung des erfindungsgemaßen Mittels zur Verbesserung der Witterungsbestandigkeit eines Bauteils aus Holz oder Holzwerkstoff an einem Fenster oder an einer Tur.
Gemäß Fig. 1 ist ein Bauteil 10 aus Holz oder Holzwerkstoff an einem Fenster oder einer Tur der Trager einer Schicht Mittel 12 zur Verbesserung der Witterungsbestandigkeit, das aus unter Feuchtigkeit aushärtendem Polyurethan besteht. Die Schicht Mittel 12 ist außen mit einer Lackschicht als Anstrich 14 überdeckt.
Gemäß Fig. 2 ist das Bauteil 10 mit einer Grundierung 16 versehen, auf die die Schicht Mittel 12 aufgebracht ist. Letztere ist wiederum außen mit einer Lackschicht 14 überdeckt.

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Mittel zur Verbesserung der Witterungsbestandigkeit eines Bauteils aus Holz oder Holzwerkstoff an einem Fenster oder an einer Tur, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel (12) aus unter Feuchtigkeit aushärtendem Polyurethan besteht.
2. Mittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es dem Bauteil (10) direkt applizierbar ist.
3. Mittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es einer auf das Bauteil (10) aufgebrachten Grundierung (16) applizierbar ist.
4. Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es durch oberflächliches Auftragen applizierbar ist.
5. Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es durch Tranken applizierbar ist.
6. Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es durch Druckimpragnieren applizierbar ist.
7. Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es durch Vakuumimpragnieren applizierbar ist.
8. Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es mit einem Anstrich (14) uberdeckbar ist.
9. Bauteil aus Holz oder Holzwerkstoff an einem Fenster oder an einer Tur, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ihm im Zuge seiner Herstellung ein Mittel (12) zur Verbesserung der Witterungsbestandigkeit in Form eines unter Feuchtigkeit aushärtenden Polyurethans appliziert ist.

Bauteil aus Holz oder Holzwerkstoff an einem Fenster oder an einer Tur, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ihm im Zuge einer Substanz- erhaltungs- oder Sanierungsmaßnahme ein Mittel (12) zur Verbesserung der Witterungsbestandigkeit in Form eines unter Feuchtigkeit aushärtenden Polyurethans appliziert ist.
11. Bauteil nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ihm das Mittel (12) direkt appliziert ist.
12. Bauteil nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel (12) einer auf das Bauteil (10) aufgebrachten Grundierung
(16) appliziert ist.
13. Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel (12) durch oberflächliches Auftragen appliziert ist.
14. Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel (12) durch Tranken appliziert ist.
15. Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel (12) durch Druckimpragnieren appliziert ist.
16. Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel (12) durch Vakuumimpragnieren appliziert ist.
17. Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel (12) mit einem Anstrich (14) überdeckt ist.
