Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine modulare Waffenstation, insbesondere zur Anordnung auf einem Kampffahrzeug, mit einer als Maschinenkanone ausgebildeten Primärwaffe und einer der Primärwaffe mechanisch nachgeführten Sekundärwaffe sowie einem mit der Primärwaffe gekoppelten Sichtgerät.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine modulare Waffenstation dieser Art so aufzubauen, dass sie äußerst vielseitig einsetzbar ist und insbesondere auf Kampffahrzeugen sehr unterschiedlicher Bauart und zwar sowohl auf Radfahrzeugen als auch auf Kettenfahrzeugen angeordnet werden kann. Die Waffenstation sollte ein möglichst geringes Eigengewicht aufweisen und vor allem im Hinblick auf ihre Bauhöhe so dimensioniert sein, dass die Gesamtkontur eines Kampffahrzeugs, auf dem die Waffenstation angeordnet ist, vor allem im Hinblick auf die Höhe innerhalb der vorgeschriebenen Abmessungen bleibt, mit denen ein Transport des gesamten Kampffahrzeugs in Starrflüglern und Drehflüglern möglich ist.
- Die Möglichkeit der Anordnung der modularen Waffenstation auf verschiedenen Typen von Kampffahrzeugen hat u.a. den Zweck, den Selbstschutz der Kampffahrzeuge im Nahbereich zu verstärken. Dies ist von besonderer Bedeutung, wenn Kampffahrzeuge eingesetzt werden, auf denen Flugabwehrsystemmodule angeordnet sind und die im allgemeinen nur eingeschränkte Möglichkeiten für den Selbstschutz aufweisen. Mit der modularen Waffenstation soll es ermöglicht werden, jeweils auf einigen derartiger Kampffahrzeuge anstelle eines Flugabwehrsystemmoduls die modulare Waffenstation anzuordnen, so dass diese Kampffahrzeuge dann den Selbstschutz übernehmen können.
- Weiterhin soll es prinzipiell möglich sein, die modulare Waffenstation auch auf anderen Fahrzeugen, Schiffen oder auch auf festen Strukturen, wie beispielsweise Gebäuden, anzuordnen.
- Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe erfolgt erfindungsgemäß mit den Merkmalen aus dem kennzeichnenden Teil des Patentanspruchs 1. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen beschrieben.
- Ein Grundgedanke der Erfindung besteht darin, durch eine besondere Anordnung und Koppelung von Primärwaffe, Sekundärwaffe und Sichtgerät die modulare Waffenstation in einem sehr kompakt aufgebauten Gehäuse unterzubringen, das ein relativ geringes Gewicht und eine möglichst geringe Bauhöhe aufweist und bei dem die in der horizontalen Ebene herausragenden Bauteile, wie beispielsweise das Waffenrohr der Primärwaffe und der Lauf der Sekundärwaffe, so angeordnet sind, dass die modulare Waffenstation bei sehr unterschiedlichen Fahrzeugtypen auf der Dachplatte des Kampffahrzeugs angeordnet werden kann, ohne den Zugang zu anderen auf der Dachplatte angeordneten Einrichtungen, wie beispielsweise den Ein/Ausstiegs-Luken, zu beeinträchtigen.
- Zu diesem Zweck ist die Elevationsachse der Sekundärwaffe von vorne gesehen hinter dem Schildzapfen der Primärwaffe angeordnet, und die Anlenkung zur Übertragung der Elevationsbewegung auf die Sekundärwaffe erfolgt über ein Parallelogrammgestänge, das mit dem Schildzapfen der Primärwaffe gekoppelt ist. Diese Verlagerung der Elevationsachse der Sekundärwaffe bringt den Vorteil einer geringen Eintauchtiefe der Sekundärwaffe und somit eine niedrigere Bauhöhe der modularen Waffenstation sowie eine verbesserte Anordnungsmöglichkeit auf der Dachplatte unterschiedlicher Kampffahrzeuge.
- Dies wird weiter unten anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert.
- Die erfindungsgemäße modulare Waffenstation ist u.a. für den Selbstschutz von Fahrzeugen und Kampfeinheiten im Nahbereich einsetzbar. Flugzeuge, Helikopter, Kampffahrzeuge und Objekte im Nahbereich können mit großer Treffwahrscheinlichkeit und hoher Munitionswirkung bekämpft werden.
- Die erfindungsgemäße modulare Waffenstation kann fernbedient über ein im Trägerfahrzeug angeordnetes Bediengerät betrieben werden. Auch der abgesetzte Betrieb des Bediengerätes ist möglich. Das an der erfindungsgemäßen modularen Waffenstation angeordnete Sichtgerät erlaubt sowohl eine automatische Zielverfolgung als auch eine rein manuelle Ausrichtung der Waffe. Die modulare Waffenstation kann stabilisiert sein und aus der Bewegung heraus betrieben werden. Auch die Nutzung bereits vorhandener Sichtgeräte ist möglich.
- Im folgenden werden anhand der beigefügten Zeichnungen ein Ausführungsbeispiel für die modulare Waffenstation nach der Erfindung sowie Beispiele für Anwendungsmöglichkeiten auf Kampffahrzeugen näher erläutert.

Fig. 1 bis 6 mit dem sie umgebenden Gehäuse und in denFig. 7 bis 9 ohne dieses Gehäuse dargestellt. - Wie die Zeichnungen zeigen, weist die Waffenstation ein geschlossenes Gehäuse 1 auf, mit einer Vorderwand 1.1, einer Rückwand 1.2, zwei Seitenwänden 1.3 und 1.4 sowie einer Dachplatte 1.5. Im Gehäuse 1 sind eine als Maschinenwaffe, beispielsweise Trommelkanone, ausgebildete Primärwaffe 2 und eine als Maschinengewehr ausgebildete Sekundärwaffe 4 sowie ein mit einer optoelektronischen Sensorik ausgerüstetes Sichtgerät 3 angeordnet. Sekundärwaffe und Sichtgerät sind derart mit der Primärwaffe gekoppelt, dass die Ausführung sowohl als primär stabilisierte Waffe mit mechanisch angekoppeltem Sichtgerät als auch als primär stabilisiertes Sichtgerät mit nachgeführter Waffe realisierbar ist.
- Die Primärwaffe 2 mit ihrem Waffenrohr 2.1 wird von einer im Bereich der Vorderwand 1.1 des Gehäuses angeordneten schwenkbaren Wiegenwalze 2.2 getragen, wobei die Schildzapfen 2.3 in mit dem Gehäuse verbundenen Lagern 2.4 gelagert sind. Diese Lager 2.4 sind als Einschublagerstellen ausgebildet. An einer der Einschublagerstellen ist in nicht dargestellter Weise ein Stellungsgeber für die Elevationsachse e2 der Primärwaffe angeordnet.
- Die Wiegenwalze 2.2 weist an ihrer Vorderseite eine das Gehäuse an der Vorderwand 1.1 abdeckende Blende 2.5 auf. Unmittelbar neben der Wiegenwalze ist außerhalb des Gehäuses 1 in einem Absatz 1.41 der Seitenwand 1.4 des Gehäuses das Sichtgerät 3 derart angeordnet, dass seine Elevationsachse e3 koaxial zur Schildzapfenachse e2 der Primärwaffe 2 verläuft und das Sichtgerät 3 bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform direkt mit dem Schildzapfen 2.3 der Primärwaffe gekoppelt ist. An der vom Sichtgerät 3 abgewandten Seite der Primärwaffe 1 ist neben dieser in einem Absatz 1.31 der Seitenwand 1.3 des Gehäuses, also ebenfalls außerhalb des Gehäuses 1, die Sekundärwaffe 4 derart angeordnet, dass ihre Elevationsachse e4 in Schussrichtung gesehen um einen vorgegebenen Betrag vor der Schildzapfenachse e2 der Primärwaffe 2 verläuft.
- Wie den
Fig. 7 bis 9 gut zu entnehmen, ist der Schildzapfen 4.2 der Sekundärwaffe 4 mit dem Schildzapfen 2.3 der Primärwaffe 2 über ein Parallelogrammgestänge 5-5.1 gekoppelt. - Die Anordnung ist bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform insgesamt so, dass die Elevationsachse e4 der Sekundärwaffe 4 in der gleichen horizontalen Ebene liegt wie die Elevationsachse e2 der Primärwaffe 2 und die Elevationsachse e3 des Sichtgerätes 3.
- Als Richtantrieb für die Elevationsbewegung der Primärwaffe 2 dient ein Elektroantrieb, der im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel als Linearaktuator 6 ausgebildet ist. Die Munitionszuführung zur Primärwaffe 2 erfolgt von der Unterseite des Gehäuses 1 her aus einem dort angesetzten Munitionsbehälter 7, aus dem die Munition über Führungseinrichtungen 2.6 der Primärwaffe zugeführt wird. Die Munitionszuführung zur Sekundärwaffe 4 erfolgt von der Außenseite des Gehäuses 1 her, an die ein Munitionsbehälter 10 (
Fig. 5 ) ansetzbar ist. - Die Führung und Bedienung von Primärwaffe 2, Sekundärwaffe 4 und Sichtgerät 3 erfolgen von einer nicht dargestellten Bedienungsstation aus, die beispielsweise in einem Kampffahrzeug angeordnet sein kann, auf dem die Waffenstation angeordnet ist. Dies wird weiter unten noch einmal erläutert.
- Die notwendigen elektrischen und elektronischen Betätigungs- und Steuereinrichtungen für die Führung und Betätigung von Primärwaffe, Sekundärwaffe und Sichtgerät sind innerhalb des Gehäuses 1 angeordnet. Um den Zugang zu diesen Einrichtungen von außen her zu ermöglichen, ist in der Dachplatte 1.5 des Gehäuses 1 eine mit einem aufklappbaren Deckel 1.51 verschlossene Zugangsöffnung angeordnet. Weiterhin ist am Gehäuse 1 eine Funk-Antenne 8 angeordnet.
- Schließlich ist an der Unterseite des Gehäuses 1 ein Drehkranz 9 angeordnet, mittels dessen die Waffenstation auf eine Tragstruktur um die vertikale Achse drehbar aufgesetzt werden kann. Diese Tragstruktur kann beispielsweise die Dachplatte eines Kampffahrzeugs sein. Das Gehäuse 1 ist von unten her, also auch aus dem Innenraum eines Kampffahrzeugs heraus, zugänglich. Als Richtantrieb für die azimutale Bewegung des Gehäuses kann ein Elektroantrieb dienen.
- Die
Fig. 10 u. 11 zeigen Anwendungsbeispiele für die Anordnung der Waffenstation nachFig. 1 bis 9 auf der Dachplatte eines Kampffahrzeugs. - In
Fig. 10 ist die Dachplatte D1 eines im übrigen nicht dargestellten Kampffahrzeugs K1 zu erkennen. Auf der Dachplatte sind in üblicher Weise zu beiden Seiten der Längsmittelebene Ein/Ausstiegs-Luken L1.1 und L1.2 angeordnet. Hinter diesen Ein/Ausstiegs-Luken ist die bereits beschriebenene Waffenstation mit dem Gehäuse 1, der Primärwaffe 2, dem Sichtgerät 3 und der Sekundärwaffe 4 so angeordnet, dass das Waffenrohr 2.1 der Primärwaffe 2 in der Stellung parallel zur Längsrichtung des Fahrzeugs im Bereich zwischen den beiden Ein/Ausstiegs-Luken L1.1 und L1.2 angeordnet ist, so dass keine Beeinträchtigung der Mannschaft beim Einsteigen und Aussteigen auftritt. Durch die oben beschriebene zurückgesetzte Anordnung der Sekundärwaffe 4 ist dafür gesorgt, dass der Abstand zwischen der Elevationsachse e4 der Sekundärwaffe 4 und der Elevationsachse e2 der Primärwaffe 2, bezogen auf die Länge des Laufs 4.1 der Sekundärwaffe 4, so bemessen ist, dass der Lauf 4.1 der Sekundärwaffe 4 außerhalb des Bereichs der Ein/Ausstiegs-Luken L1.1 und L 1.2 liegt. - Wie in
Fig. 11 dargestellt, kann die Waffenstation auch auf einem anderen Fahrzeugtyp angeordnet werden. Das als Radfahrzeug ausgebildete Kampffahrzeug K2 besitzt eine Dachplatte D2, und auf dem vorderen Abschnitt dieser Dachplatte sind Luken zu beiden Seiten der Längsmittelachse angeordnet. Wie ausFig. 11 zu erkennen, ist auf eine der beiden Öffnungen der Luken das Gehäuse 1' der Waffenstation mit Primärwaffe 2', Sichtgerät 3' und Sekundärwaffe 4' aufgesetzt, während die andere Öffnung in der Dachplatte D2 weiterhin als Luke L2.2 ausgebildet ist. - In den beiden Ausführungsbeispielen nach
Fig. 10 u. 11 ist das Gehäuse 1 bzw. 1' in der bereits oben erläuterten Weise über einen Drehkranz 9 auf dem Fahrzeug angeordnet und um die vertikale Achse schwenkbar. Durch die geringe Bauhöhe der Waffenstation wird in allen Fällen eine geringe Gesamthöhe des Fahrzeugs erreicht, die eine Luftverladung ermöglicht.
Claims (25)
- Modulare Waffenstation, insbesondere zur Anordnung auf einem Kampffahrzeug, mit einer als Maschinenkanone ausgebildeten Primärwaffe und einer der Primärwaffe nachgeführten Sekundärwaffe sowie einem an die Primärwaffe angekoppeltes Sichtgerät, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein mindestens durch eine Vorderwand (11), eine Rückwand (1.2), zwei Seitenwände (1.3,1.4) und eine Dachplatte (1.5) geschlossenes Gehäuse (1) aufweist, wobei im Bereich der Vorderwand (1.1) eine die Primärwaffe (2) tragende, in Elevation schwenkbare Wiegenwalze (2) angeordnet ist und unmittelbar neben der Wiegenwalze das Sichtgerät (3) angeordnet ist, während die Sekundärwaffe (4) an der vom Sichtgerät (3) abgewandten Seite der Primärwaffe (2) neben dieser derart angeordnet ist, dass ihre Elevationsachse (e4) in Schussrichtung gesehen um einen vorgegebenen Betrag vor der Schildzapfenachse (e2) der Primärwaffe (2) verläuft und der Schildzapfen (4.2) der Sekundärwaffe (4) mit dem Schildzapfen (2.3) der Primärwaffe (2) über ein Parallelogrammgestänge (5-5.1) gekoppelt ist.
- Waffenstation nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elevationsachse (e3) des Sichtgerätes (3) koaxial zur Schildzapfenachse (e2) der Primärwaffe (2) verläuft und das Sichtgerät (3) mechanisch mit dem Schildzapfen (2.3) gekoppelt ist.
- Waffenstation nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sichtgerät mit der Primärwaffe elektrisch gekoppelt ist.
- Waffenstation nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elevationsachse (e4) der Sekundärwaffe (4) in der gleichen horizontalen Ebene liegt wie die Schildzapfenachse (e2) der Primärwaffe (2).
- Waffenstation nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wiegenwalze (2.2) an ihrer Vorderseite eine das Gehäuse (1) an der Vorderseite abdeckende Blende (2.5) aufweist.
- Waffenstation nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Richtantrieb für die Elevationsbewegung der Primärwaffe (2) als Elektroantrieb ausgebildet ist.
- Waffenstation nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Richtantrieb für die Elevationsbewegung der Primärwaffe (2) als elektrischer Linearaktuator (6) ausgebildet ist.
- Waffenstation nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schildzapfen (2.3) der Primärwaffe (2) über zwei Einschublagerstellen (2.4) im Gehäuse (1) gelagert ist.
- Waffenstation nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer der Einschublagerstellen (2.4) ein Stellungsgeber für die Elevationsachse angeordnet ist.
- Waffenstation nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führung und Bedienung von Primärwaffe (2), Sichtgerät (3) und Sekundärwaffe (4) von einer Bedienungsstation außerhalb der Waffenstation erfolgt.
- Waffenstation nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Munitionszuführung zur Primärwaffe (2) von der Unterseite des Gehäuses (1) her erfolgt.
- Waffenstation nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an die Unterseite des Gehäuses (1) ein Munitionsbehälter (7) ansetzbar ist.
- Waffenstation nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Munitionszuführung zur Sekundärwaffe (4) von der Außenseite des Gehäuses (1) her erfolgt.
- Waffenstation nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an die Außenseite des Gehäuses (1) ein Munitionsbehälter (10) ansetzbar ist.
- Waffenstation nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sekundärwaffe (4) an der Außenseite des Gehäuses (1) in einem Absatz (1.31) der Seitenwand (1.3) des Gehäuses angeordnet ist.
- Waffenstation nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sichtgerät (3) an der Außenseite des Gehäuses (1) in einem Absatz (1.41) der Seitenwand (1.4) des Gehäuses angeordnet ist.
- Waffenstation nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sichtgerät (3) mit einer optoelektronischen Sensorik ausgestattet ist.
- Waffenstation nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Dachplatte (1.5) und/oder der Rückwand (1.2) des Gehäuses (1) eine mit einem aufklappbaren Deckel (1.51) verschlossene Zugangsöffnung zu Betätigungs- und Steuereinrichtungen für Primärwaffe (2), Sichtgerät (3) und Sekundärwaffe (4) angeordnet ist.
- Waffenstation nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Gehäuse (1) eine Antenne (8) zum Empfang von Funksignalen angeordnet ist.
- Waffenstation nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (1) der Waffenstation über einen Drehkranz (9) auf eine Tragstruktur um die Vertikalachse schwenkbar aufsetzbar ist.
- Waffenstation nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Antrieb der Schwenkbewegung des Gehäuses (1) um die Vertikalachse ein Elektroantrieb dient.
- Waffenstation nach Anspruch 20 oder 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragstruktur die Dachplatte (D1, D2) eines Kampffahrzeugs (K1, K2) ist.
- Waffenstation nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Waffenstation derart auf einem hinteren Abschnitt der Dachplatte (D1) eines Kampffahrzeugs (K1) angeordnet ist, dass das Waffenrohr (2.1) der Primärwaffe (2) in der Stellung parallel zur Längsrichtung des Fahrzeugs im Bereich zwischen zwei Luken (L1.1, L1.2) verläuft.
- Waffenstation nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen der Elevationsachse (e4) der Sekundärwaffe (4) von der Schildzapfenachse (e2) der Primärwaffe (2) und die Länge des Laufs (4.1) der Sekundärwaffe (4) so bemessen sind, dass der Lauf (4.1) der Sekundärwaffe (4) außerhalb des Bereichs der Luken (L1.1, L1.2) liegt.
- Waffenstation nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Waffenstation derart auf einem vorderen Abschnitt der Dachplatte (D2) eines Kampffahrzeugs (K2) angeordnet ist, dass sie über einer für eine Luke vorgesehenen Öffnung der Dachplatte (D2) angeordnet ist.
