Claims (30)
- Vorrichtung zum Austausch von Wärme, insbesondere für ein Kraftfahrzeug mit wenigstens einer Wärmetauscherbaugruppe, wobei diese wenigstens eine Wärmetauscherbaugruppe wenigstens eine Zuführung für ein flüssiges und/oder gasförmiges Medium, wenigstens eine Sammel- und/oder Verteileinrichtung, eine Vielzahl von Durchflusseinrichtungen und wenigstens eine Ableitung für das Medium aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Sammelund/oder Verteileinrichtung wenigstens eine Bodeneinrichtung, wenigstens eine Kältemittelführungseinrichtung und wenigstens eine Dekkeleinrichtung aufweist, wobei die Kältemittelführungseinrichtung zwischen der Bodeneinrichtung und der Deckeleinrichtung vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens die Bodeneinrichtung und/oder die Kältemittelführungseinrichtung und/oder die Deckeleinrichtung eine im wesentlichen plattenförmige Gestalt aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Kältemittelführungseinrichtung wenigstens eine Aussparung aufweist.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Kältemittelführungseinrichtung eine Vielzahl von Aussparungen aufweist, wobei sich wenigstens ein Abschnitt wenigstens einer Aussparung im wesentlichen entlang einer Längsrichtung der Kältemittelführungseinrichtung erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens zwei Aussparungen im wesentlichen gas- und/oder flüssigkeitsdicht voneinander getrennt sind.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Kältemittelführungseinrichtung wenigstens einen Kältemittelführungsabschnitt aufweist, der sich in einem vorgegebenen Winkel gegenüber der Längsrichtungen der Kältemittelführungseinrichtung erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorgegebene Winkel des wenigstens einen Kältemittelführungsabschnitts gegenüber der Längsrichtung der Kältemittelführungseinrichtung zwischen 0 Grad und 90 Grad, bevorzugt zwischen 30 Grad und 90 Grad und bevorzugt zwischen 60 Grad und 90 Grad liegt.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Kältemittelführungseinrichtung wenigstens einen gas und/oder flüssigkeitsdicht abgeschlossenen Endabschnitt aufweist.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens die Bodeneinrichtung und/oder die Deckeleinrichtung wenigstens einen gewölbten Abschnitt aufweist.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Boden- und die Deckeleinrichtung jeweils zwei gewölbte Abschnitte aufweisen, wobei sich die jeweils zwei gewölbten Abschnitte im wesentlichen entlang der Längsrichtung der Boden- und/oder Deckeleinrichtung erstrecken.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gewölbten Abschnitte wenigstens teilweise unter und/oder über den in den Kältemittelführungseinrichtungen vorgesehenen Aussparungen liegen.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens die Bodeneinrichtung und/oder die Kältemittelführungseinrichtung und/oder die Deckeleinrichtung Bohrungen aufweist.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl die Bodeneinrichtung und die Kältemittelführungseinrichtung, als auch die Deckeleinrichtung Bohrungen aufweisen, welche derart angeordnet sind, dass ein im wesentlichen langgestreckter Körper durch alle drei Bohrungen gleichzeitig hindurchgeführt werden kann.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens die Deckeleinrichtung und/oder die Bodeneinrichtung und/oder die Kältemittelführungseinrichtung seitliche Aussparungen aufweist.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodeneinrichtung wenigstens eine Aussparung aufweist, welche sich zwischen wenigstens zwei Aufnahmeeinrichtungen entlang wenigstens eines Abschnitts in Längsrichtung der Bodeneinrichtung erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodeneinrichtung eine Vielzahl von Aufnahmeeinrichtungen für die Vielzahl von Durchflusseinrichtungen aufweist.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmeeinrichtungen eine im wesentlichen langgestreckte Gestalt aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmeeinrichtungen in einem vorgegebenen Winkel gegenüber der Längsrichtung der Bodeneinrichtung angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorgegebene Winkel zwischen der Aufnahmeeinrichtung und der Längsrichtung der Bodeneinrichtung zwischen 0 Grad und 90 Grad, bevorzugt zwischen 0 Grad und 45 Grad und besonders bevorzugt zwischen 0 Grad und 10 Grad liegt.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodeneinrichtung wenigstens eine Aussparung aufweist, die bevorzugt in der Längsrichtung der Bodeneinrichtung zwischen wenigstens zwei Aufnahmeeinrichtungen angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchflusseinrichtungen einen im wesentlichen flachrohrartigen Querschnitt aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchflusseinrichtungen wenigstens einen Abschnitt aufweisen, in welchem sie um einen vorgegebenen Winkel verdreht und/oder verdrillt sind.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmeeinrichtungen Hilfseinrichtungen für die Aufnahme der Durchflusseinrichtungen aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Vielzahl von Kältemittelführungseinrichtungen vorgesehen sind, welche zwischen der Bodeneinrichtung und der Deckeleinrichtung vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwischen wenigstens der Bodeneinrichtung und/oder der Kältemittelführungseinrichtung und/oder der Deckeleinrichtung eine Verbindung besteht, welche aus einer Gruppe von Verbindungen ausgewählt ist, welche Vernieten, Verlöten, Verschweißen und dergleichen enthält.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Vorrichtung zum Austausch von Wärme nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche mit den Schritten:Herstellung einer Bodeneinrichtung nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche;Herstellung einer Kältemittelführungseinrichtung nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche;Herstellung einer Deckeleinrichtung nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen AnsprücheVorfixierung der Bodeneinrichtung, der Kältemittelführungseinrichtung und der Deckeleinrichtung bezüglich einander.Erzeugung einer form- und/oder kraftschlüssigen Verbindung zwischen der Bodeneinrichtung und/oder der Kältemittelführungseinrichtung und/oder der Deckeleinrichtung.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die Kältemittelführungseinrichtung Aussparungen eingebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass in die Boden- und/oder die Deckeleinrichtungen Wölbungen eingebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass in die Bodeneinrichtung wenigstens eine Aussparung eingebracht wird, welche sich im wesentlichen in Längsrichtung erstreckt.
- Verfahren nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass zur Vorfixierung die Bodeneinrichtung und/oder die Kältemittelführungseinrichtung und/oder die Dekkeleinrichtung bezüglich einander in einer vorbestimmten Position gehalten werden.
