Definitions
- Feed unit which is used in a fuel tank a motor vehicle is provided with a swirl pot, with one on the upper wall of the fuel tank too fixing flange, with a swirl pot in the mounted Condition biasing against the bottom of the fuel tank Spring element and with a guide element for guidance the swirl pot axially to the flange.
- Such conveyor units are in fuel tanks today Motor vehicles are often used and are known in practice.
- two or three guide elements are considered Tubes or rods formed and in recordings of the flange pressed.
- the swirl pot has the guide elements corresponding Holes in which the guide elements along slide.
- the guide elements therefore serve as compensation one variable by tolerances and expansions Distance of the flange from the swirl pot.
- the spring elements make sure that the swirl pot is always against the ground of the fuel tank is pressed.
- a disadvantage of the known conveyor unit is that after some operating time, the guide elements from the recordings to be able to solve. Then the baffle pot is not more reliably kept in its intended location.
- the invention is based on the problem of a conveyor unit of the type mentioned above so that they fall out the guide elements from the recordings reliable prevents and is as simple as possible.
- the Guide element has means for supporting the spring element and that the guide element on the swirl pot or the Flange supported.
- the support of the spring element on the guide element ensures that the guide element in the Recording is pressed.
- a release of the guide element reliably avoided from the recording.
- the attachment of the guide element in the recording is particularly simple.
- the inventive Feed unit is therefore constructive especially easy to set up. In the constructively simplest case supports an end of the spring element on the guide element and the other end at the swirl pot.
- a holder of the guide element on the flange and / or the swirl pot during assembly requires according to another advantageous development of the invention a particularly low constructional effort, if the guide element or a receptacle in the swirl pot or the flange Has latching hook to their connection. This is possible the guide element during assembly against falling out to back up.
- the locking element can also be a guide in the Swirl pot or one of the sleeves of the guide element engage behind and thus a maximum removal of the swirl pot limit from the flange. This contributes to further simplification the assembly of the conveyor unit according to the invention at.
- a tilt and pinch-safe system of the spring element on the Guide element can be according to another advantageous Development of the invention simply make sure when the Means for supporting the spring element on the guide element fastened ring element, preferably a self locking clamping disc having.
- Conveyor unit helps, if the ring element at the bead is applied.
- the ring element is according to another advantageous embodiment the invention reliably in its intended Held in position when in a groove of the guide element is held positively.
- the ring element has according to another advantageous development the invention a particularly high stability, if made of metal.
- Distracting noises when changing the distance of the Baffle pot from the flange can be according to another simply avoid an advantageous development of the invention when the ring element is made of plastic. Farther This makes the ring element particularly cost effective finished.
- the swirl pot can be according to another advantageous Development of the invention with respect to the flange also with a single guide element in its intended position hold when the guide element is out of round and when recordings of the guide element in the flange and the Swirl pot each one corresponding to the guide element Have shape. This leads to a further simplification and to a strong reduction in manufacturing costs of conveying unit according to the invention.
- Figure 1 shows schematically a fuel tank 1 for a Motor vehicle with a conveyor unit 2 arranged therein.
- the delivery unit 2 has one against the bottom of the fuel tank 1 prestressed swirl pot 3 and a flange 4.
- the flange 4 closes one in the upper wall of the Fuel tank 1 arranged mounting hole 5 and is on attached to the wall.
- the flange 4 is connected to the swirl pot 3 connected via two guide elements 6.
- the guide elements 6 each have a spring element 7, with which the Swirl pot 3 biased against the bottom of the fuel tank 1 becomes.
- FIG. 2 shows greatly enlarged one of the guide elements 6 on Figure 1 with the spring element 7 and adjacent areas of the flange 4 and the swirl pot 3.
- the spring element 7 is designed as a spiral spring and designed around the tubular Guide element 6 led around.
- the guide element 6 is pressed in a receptacle 8 of the flange 4 and in a guide 9 of the swirl pot 3 out.
- the spring element 6 is supported on a bead 10 of the guide element 6 and on the swirl pot 3 from. This is shown in FIG assembled state, the guide member 6 in the receptacle 8 of the flange 4 is pressed.
- FIG. 3 shows the guide element 6 with a latching hook 14 for mounting in a receptacle 15 of the flange 4.
- the latching hook 14 and the press fit serve as an assembly aid before Assembly of the conveyor unit 2 shown in Figure 1 in the Fuel tank 1.
- the spring element 7 biases guide element 6 in the receptacles 15, 16 of the flange 4 and the Swirl pot 3.
- a trained as a self-locking clamping disc Ring element 19 serves to receive the spring element 7th
