- Double clutch transmission and method for performing a shift in a double clutch transmission Double clutch transmission and method for performing a shift in a double clutch transmission
- the present invention relates to a dual clutch transmission and a method for performing a shift in a dual clutch transmission.
- Double clutch transmissions in particular parallel shift transmissions, are known from automotive engineering.
- a parallel shift transmission (PSG) preferably has two transmission input shafts, each of which is coupled to the motor shaft via a dry clutch.
- the invention has for its object to propose a dual clutch transmission and a method for performing a shift in a dual clutch transmission, with which safe and consumption-optimized switching operations are carried out.
- a downshift is carried out as a function of the type of shift and / or at least one predetermined vehicle parameter.
- Appropriate parameterization of the gearshifts in the parallel gearbox enables the vehicle to behave like a manual gearbox or an automatic gearbox (ASG).
- ASG automatic gearbox
- a train downshift is carried out with an interruption in the tractive force if there is an increased likelihood of wheel slip as a vehicle parameter or if the train downshift is carried out in the parallel transmission in the winter program.
- the respective vehicle parameter can be recognized by the engine and / or transmission control unit or the like. In this way, dangerous driving situations can be avoided, particularly in the case of downshifts. It is also possible that other vehicle parameters are used to carry out a traction interruption during the train downshift.
- a wheel slip probability parameter or the like is determined as a function of the wheel slip actually present. This parameter specifies the probability of a vehicle wheel losing its grip on the road surface. It is particularly advantageous if the traction force interruption is carried out during a train downshift as a function of the wheel slip probability parameter.
- the wheel slip probability parameter is set high and then reduced again using a suitable time function or the like, in particular the longer no wheel slip is detected.
- the interruption in tractive force can preferably be terminated when the wheel slip probability parameter decreases.
- z. B. can be started with a traction filling.
- the degree or the amount of tractive force filling is preferably greater, the smaller the wheel slip probability parameter becomes.
- Double clutch transmission can be provided that especially in the case of a push-return An engine torque intervention is carried out when there is an increased wheel slip probability as a vehicle parameter.
- a further development of the invention can also provide that the engine torque intervention is carried out when a winter program is activated as a vehicle parameter. It is conceivable that other vehicle parameters are also used to carry out an engine torque intervention. In this way, parameterization is realized in particular in the case of overrun downshifts in a parallel shift transmission.
- the engine torque is preferably increased by an intermediate gas or the like for a predetermined period of time, so that no or a minimal overtorque is reduced at the clutch of the new, lower gear during the reduction of slip after the gear change.
- for. B. there is an increased wheel slip probability if the winter program is activated by actuating a winter button switch or another suitable switch by the driver. There may also be an increased likelihood of wheel slip if the wheels have previously lost grip once or several times. This can e.g. B. when spinning during acceleration, by an intervention of the traction control system (ASR intervention), by an intervention of the anti-lock braking system (ABS intervention) or the like.

- These curves result when, for example, winter operation (winter program) is activated in the transmission control unit of the dual clutch transmission, which the driver requests, for example, using a winter button or winter switch, or which the transmission control system automatically detects by accumulating ABS and / or ESP control processes can.
- the clutch can be used in a thrust downshift of the lower gear when reducing slip after changing gear ratio, no or only a minimal overtorque.
- an increase in thrust in wheel-road contact is largely avoided.
- FIG. 8 also shows the torque and speed curves for a downshift downshift, but here without an intermediate gas.
- the courses are marked as in FIG. 7. If no winter program is activated, a thrust downshift can preferably be carried out without intermediate gas.
- the vehicle can thus be operated in a fuel-efficient manner in overrun mode.
- the clutch can close at a higher transmittable torque than the engine drag torque and thus the engine speed can increase until the clutch of the new lower gear clings. This results in particular from the torque profiles of the on-going clutch, the coming clutch and the internal combustion engine and the profile of the engine speed.

Description

Rück-Schaltung mit einer Zugkraftunterbrechung;

Rück-Schaltung mit einer Zugkraftauffüllung;

Wahrscheinlichkeit;
