Claims (6)
- Spulmaschine zum Aufwickeln von Bändchen oder Streifen, insbesondere mit rechteckigem oder flachem (nicht rundem) Querschnitt, mit einer Aufwickelspindel zur Aufnahme einer Aufwickelspule (11) und mit einer Führung (10), von der das aufzuwickelnde Bändchen auf die Aufwickelspule aufläuft, wobei die Aufwickelspindel (1) mit der Aufwickelspule (11) in Richtung der Spindelachse quer zu der Führung (10) hin und her bewegbar ist, gekennzeichnet durch einen Linearmotor mit parallelen Linearführungseinheiten zum Ausführen der Vorschubbewegung der Aufwickelspindel (1).
- Spulmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führung (10) in Anpassung an den Durchmesser der Aufwickelspule (11) senkrecht zur Richtung der Spindelachse bewegbar ist.
- Spulmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufwickelspindel (1) mit der Aufwickelspule (11) in Anpassung an den Durchmesser der Aufwickelspule zusätzlich senkrecht zur Richtung der Spindelachse bewegbar ist.
- Spulmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führung durch eine Führungsrolle (10) gebildet ist, die an einer Tänzerplatte (6) angeordnet ist.
- Spulmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufwickelspule (11) seitlich Flansche (12) größeren Durchmessers aufweist, und
dass der Durchmesser der Führungsrolle (10) so groß ist, dass ein Eintauchen bis zum Spulengrund möglich ist. - Spulmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite der Führungsrolle (10) zur Anpassung an die Breite des Bändchens oder Streifens verstellbar ist.
