Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von mehrblättrigen Druckerzeugnissen, bei dem durch verschiedene Druckverfahren bedruckte Arten von Bogen einer frei wählbaren Reihenfolge entsprechend an unterschiedlichen Ablagestationen in Förderrichtung nacheinander auf einer Hauptfördereinrichtung abgelegt werden, wobei die Bogen anschließend nacheinander gefalzt und dann übereinander zusammengetragen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Art von Bogen im Offsetverfahren und wenigstens eine Art von Bogen im Digitaldruckverfahren hergestellt worden ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bereits gefalzte und/oder ungefalzte Bogen auf der Hauptfördereinrichtung abgelegt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Art von Bogen an dem in Förderrichtung gesehen stromaufwärtigen Ende in Förderrichtung und wenigstens eine andere Art von Bogen quer zur Förderrichtung auf der Hauptfördereinrichtung abgelegt werden.
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von mehrblättrigen Druckerzeugnissen aus durch verschiedene Druckverfahren bedruckten Arten von Bogen, miteiner Hauptfördereinrichtung (12) für einen Transport von darauf abgelegten Bogen (I, II, III),einer - in Förderrichtung der Hauptfördereinrichtung (12) gesehen - am stromaufwärtigen Ende der Hauptfördereinrichtung (12) vorgesehenen Hauptablagestation (16) für eine Ablage von Bogen (I) auf der Hauptfördereinrichtung (12) in Förderrichtung,wenigstens einer an der Längsseite der Hauptfördereinrichtung vorgesehenen Nebenablagestation (20, 22, 52) für eine Ablage von Bogen (II, III) auf der Hauptfördereinrichtung (12) quer zur Förderrichtung der Hauptfördereinrichtung (12),einem - in Förderrichtung der Hauptfördereinrichtung (12) gesehen - am stromabwärtigen Ende der Hauptfördereinrichtung (12) vorgesehenen Trichterfalzwerk (28), dessen Auslauf eine Sammeleinrichtung (30) nachgeordnet ist, in der die von dem Trichterfalzwerk (28) gefalzten Bogen übereinander zusammengetragen werden,wobei die Haupt- und Nebenablagestationen (16; einen Bogenanleger (18, 24, 26) umfassen und dem Bogenanleger (18, 24, 26) wenigstens der Hauptoder einer Nebenablagestation (16; 20, 22, 52) ein Taschenfalzwerk (32; 56) nachgeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Taschenfalzwerk (56) wenigstens einer Nebenablagestation (52) eine Nebenfördereinrichtung (58) nachgeordnet ist, deren Förderrichtung quer zur Förderrichtung der Hauptfördereinrichtung (12) gerichtet ist, wobei das Taschenfalzwerk (56) so angeordnet ist, dass ein aus dem Taschenfalzwerk (56) auslaufender Bogen (II) quer zur Förderichtung der Nebenfördereinrichtung (58) auf dieser abgelegt und von der Nebenfördereinrichtung (58) quer zur Förderrichtung der Hauptfördereinrichtung (12) auf dieser abgelegt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hauptfördereinrichtung einen Schrägrollentisch (12) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nebenfördereinrichtung einen Schrägrollentisch (58) umfasst.
