Claims (10)
- Dosierpumpe, insbesondere für schäumende Medien, wie Seifenlösungen und fliessfähige Seifen, mit einer einen zylinderförmigen Schieber enthaltenden Pumpe, wobei diese über einen Zwischenbehälter und einem darauf aufgesetzten Vorratsbehälter mit Seife gespeist ist und wobei der in einem Zylinderraum geführte Schieber radial abgedichtet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einzig im Ausflusskanal (16,28) ein Rückschlagventil (24-26) vorgesehen ist, dass der Schieber (18) ein in einer ersten ringförmigen Nut (19) geführtes, hinteres radiales Dichtelement (20) und ein in einer zweiten vorderen, gegenüber der ersten breiteren, ringförmigen Nut (21) geführtes axial verschiebliches Dichtelement (22) aufweist und dass zwischen der hinteren, lateralen Auflagefläche dieses Dichtelementes (22) und der Stirnseite (St) des Schiebers (18) eine im Ruckhub (RH) des Schiebers (18) wirksame, dem Druckausgleich dienende Flüssigkeitsverbindung (34;35) zum Dosierraum (17) vorgesehen ist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Stirnseite (St) des Schiebers (18) periphere Nuten (34,35) eingelassen sind, welche mit der ringförmigen zweiten Nut (21) eine Verbindung zum Dosierraum (17) bilden.
- Spender nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in vertikaler Richtung je zwei obere und zwei untere periphere Nuten (34;35) vorgesehen sind.
- Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stirnseite (St) des Schiebers (18) eine konkave Ausnehmung (23) aufweist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückschlagventil (24-26) am Ende des Ausflusskanals (16) lösbar angeordnet ist und dass dessen Kappe (24) die Austrittsdüse (28) des Ausflusskanals (16) enthält.
- Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (18) eine sacklochartige Zentrierbohrung (36) und eine Kupplungsfeder (30) enthält, über welche ein Kupplungszapfen (29) anschliessbar ist.
- Spender nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorratsbehälter (7), seine Verbindungsleitung (13) mit der Zufuhr für die fliessfähige Seife, das Gehäuse der Dosierpumpe (15) mit der Kolbenführung sowie die Führung für den Kupplungszapfen (29) und der Seifenauslass (16) einstückig ausgebildet sind.
- Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest die zweite, vordere Dichtung (22) eine Runddichtung ist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (21) der Runddichtung (22) eine Breite aufweist, welche zumindest 1,5 mal dem Durchmesser der Runddichtung (22) entspricht.
- Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zufuhr der fliessfähigen Seifenlösung über eine die Stirnseite (St) des Schiebers (18) überragende Bohrung (14) und im Bereich der zweiten ringförmigen Nut (21) erfolgt.
