Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a hoist for an industrial truck, in particular for a High-bay industrial truck, with two spaced apart in the transverse direction of the industrial truck Stand masts.
The masts of the hoist are rigid with the high-bay industrial trucks Frame of the high-bay truck connected and essentially vertical aligned. With other industrial trucks, such as Counterbalance forklifts, the masts are often tiltable on the frame attached. Usually at least one extension mast is assigned to each standing mast, which is slidably guided on the mast in the vertical direction.
Stand masts of the prior art generally consist of a single one continuous steel profile. The cross section of this steel profile is designed that there are sufficient moments of inertia in the longitudinal and transverse directions of the Has industrial truck. At the same time, the steel profile is shaped in such a way that it has at least one running surface for a guide roller of the extension mast. This requires a complicated shape and thus a complex production of the Steel profiles. Usually the steel profile used for the hoists is everyone Capacity class specially designed. This means that for different hoists also different profiles are used, which differ in terms of their strength and thus distinguish their moments of inertia.
The present invention is based on the object, the construction of a To provide hoist for different load capacity classes same steel profiles can be used.
This object is achieved in that each standing mast of a steel profile and at least one extending along the steel profile the steel profile welded sheet is formed. Both the steel profile and that Sheet metal contributes to the rigidity of the mast. The treads for the Guide rollers are formed exclusively from the steel profiles. The combination of Steel profile and sheet metal allow a simple and easy execution of the steel profile, because the sheet also contributes to the rigidity of the arrangement.
At least one sheet has an at least approximately flat surface, which in the Is oriented substantially perpendicular to the transverse direction of the industrial truck. The flat surface is thus aligned vertically and is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the Industrial truck. The sheet thus contributes in particular to increasing the rigidity of the Stand mast in the longitudinal direction of the truck.
It is particularly advantageous if at least one sheet has in the area of the flat surface at least a section. By making targeted cutouts the ratio of the weight and stiffness of the sheet and therefore the mast be optimized. In addition, the cutouts allow a look through the mast in the transverse direction of the truck.
The section is - viewed in the longitudinal direction of the truck - on the Steel profile facing away from the flat surface. In the field of The sheet is therefore welded to the steel profile from top to bottom continuous. The side of the cutouts facing away from the steel profile closes again a section of the sheet from top to bottom. This continuous section can be angled 90 degrees from the flat surface his.
The side of the cutout facing the steel profile has a curved, preferably a partially elliptical shape. This will create Stress peaks on the edges of the cutouts prevented.
Vorzugsweise weist mindestens eine Blech mehrere gleichartige, in senkrechter Richtung voneinander beabstandete Ausschnitte auf.At least one sheet preferably has several of the same kind, in a vertical direction Cutouts spaced from each other.
It is also advantageous if at least one sheet is angled such that it is has a flat section which is substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis the truck is aligned. The rigidity of the mast can be increased by the Dimensions of the angled flat section can be set.
