Claims (16)
- Verpackung zur abverkaufsgerechten Präsentation von Waren (28), mit einem zur Aufnahme von Waren (28) vorgesehenen Innenraum, in dem die Waren (28) zusammen mit einem Schieber (14) angeordnet sind, der sich an eine Abstützfläche (11) des Innenraums abstützt und in einem entgegen einer Federkraft zusammengedrückten Zustand auf die Waren (28) einen Druck in Richtung auf die Anschlagfläche (12) ausübt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (14) zwei langgestreckte flächige Schieberteile (15, 16) aufweist, die über wenigstens zwei Lagerstellen (17, 18) schwenkbar miteinander verbunden sind und dass die Schieberteile (15, 16) zwischen zwei Lagerstellen (17, 18) jeweils eine Faltung aufweisen.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (14) wenigstens ein Federelement (24) zur Aufbringung der Federkraft aufweist.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement (24) in Ausnehmungen (26) des Schiebers (14) gehalten ist.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (14) im vollständig zusammengerdrückten Zustand eine Dicke aufweist, die sich aus einem Vielfachen der Wandstärke der Schieberteile (15, 16) ergibt.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (14) im vollständig zusammengedrückten Zustand eine Dicke aufweist, die sich aus etwa dem Vierfachen der Wandstärke der Schieberteile (15, 16) ergibt.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (14) im vollständig zusammengedrückten Zustand eine Länge aufweist, die maximal der Breite des Innenraums der Verpackung (1) entspricht.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schieberteile (15, 16) identisch ausgebildet sind und jeweils ein Abstützstück (20) daran anschließend mindestens ein erstes Verbindungsstück (21), daran anschließend mindestens ein zweites Verbindungsstück (22) und daran anschließend ein Kontaktstück (23) aufweisen.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement (24) im Übergangsbereich zwischen dem ersten Verbindungsstück (21) und dem zweiten Verbindungsstück (22) derart angeordnet ist, dass die Federkraft ein Aufeinanderzubewegen der flächigen Verbindungsstücke (21, 22) in einer ersten Richtung und ein Auseinanderbewegen der Abstützstücke (20) relativ zu den Kontaktstücken (23) in einer zweiten Richtung senkrecht zu der ersten Richtung bewirkt.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement (24) zwischen dem Abstützstück (20) des ersten Schieberteils (15) und dem Abstützstück (20) des zweiten Schieberteils (16) und/oder dem Kontaktstück (23) des ersten Schieberteils (15) und dem Kontaktstück (23) des zweiten Schieberteils (16) derart angeordnet ist, dass die Federkraft ein Aufeinanderzubewegen der Abstützstücke (20) und/oder der Kontaktstücke (23) in einer ersten Richtung und ein daraus resultierendes Auseinanderbewegen der Abstützstücke (20) und der Kontaktstücke (23) in einer zweiten Richtung senkrecht zu der ersten Richtung bewirkt.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, die Schieberteile (15, 16) als identische Zuschnitte ausgebildet sind.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuschnitte aus Pappe, insbesondere Vollpappe und/oder Wellpappe, bestehen.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schieberteile (15, 16) als identische Kunststoffteile, insbesondere Hohlkammerprofile, ausgebildet sind.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verpackung (1) und die Schieberteile (15, 16) aus demselben Werkstoff hergestellt sind.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement (24) als Gummiband (25) ausgebildet ist.
- Schieber zur Verwendung in einer Verpackung zur abverkaufsgerechten Präsentation von Waren (28), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zwei langgestreckte flächige Schieberteile (15, 16) aufweist, die über wenigstens zwei Lagerstellen (17, 18) schwenkbar miteinander verbunden sind, dass die Schieberteile (15, 16) zwischen zwei Lagerstellen jeweils eine Faltung aufweisen und dass die Schieberteile (15, 16) mit einem Federelement (24) zur Aufbringung einer Federkraft versehen sind.
- Schieber nach Anspruch 15 mit wenigstens einem zusätzlichen Merkmal gemäß den kennzeichnenden Teilen eines der Ansprüche 2 bis 14.
