Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for producing a pattern chain, in which one leads around different threads around a winding body and there deposits on a transport surface arrangement which is moved axially parallel. Furthermore, the invention relates to a sample warping machine with a winding body, at least one movable around the winding body yarn guide, an axially movable parallel to the axis of rotation transport surface arrangement and at least one partial rod with a thread control device.
- a generic device is in DE 100 57 354 A1 described.
- the invention has for its object to improve the structure of the coil.
- This object is achieved in a method of the type mentioned in that one moves the transport surface arrangement at a constant speed and selects a distance between a storage location of a thread and a reference surface depending on at least one parameter that has an influence on the size of a ribbon, in the corresponding thread is included.
- the tapes may have only one thread in an extreme case. Even in this case, differences may arise when using, for example, thicker and thinner threads.
- a thicker thread needs more space than a thinner thread for two reasons. On the one hand, the thicker thread seen in the direction of movement of the transport surface arrangement is wider than a thinner thread. On the other hand, a thicker thread carries more, based on a radial direction of the bobbin.
- a ribbon with more threads requires more space. Accordingly, one must wrap this ribbon at least with the threads that exceed the mean, with a greater distance to the reference point. Smaller tapes, such as tapes with fewer threads, require less space. You can now compensate for the unneeded space of a smaller ribbon with the much needed space of a larger ribbon and vice versa. This prevents that the yarn guides required for depositing the yarns have to have a too large striking distance.
- the speed of the transport surface arrangement is formed as a weighted mean value from the speeds required for different tapes without changing the distance.
- the movement speed of the transport surface arrangement can be determined in a simple manner. If one uses a weighted average, then it is certain that at the end of the winding process or at the end of a rapport the over and underschmanenden surface requirements of all bands are balanced.
- the pattern to be wiched i. the sequence of individual threads is known. It can now be ensured by a skilled Bestükkung the rotary gate that on the one hand, the threads are wound in the correct order, on the other hand, the differences from ribbon to ribbon are kept as low as possible, so that the change in the distance is also kept as low as possible. This also makes it possible to keep the stroke of the thread guide small.
- one stores the individual threads of a ribbon in a circulation of yarn guides in the direction of movement of the transport surface arrangement side by side on the transport surface arrangement. This further improves the construction of the roll. Especially when re-trees, ie after cutting the thread winding in crosshairs and the subsequent removal of the yarn sheet thus formed results in fewer intersections where the threads rub against each other. The thread tension becomes more uniform. You can achieve the deposition of individual threads side by side simply by controlling the thread guide accordingly.
- circumferential thread guides in which the position of a thread guide eye in the direction of movement of the transport surface arrangement is adjustable.
- Such a movement possibility results, for example, in that the thread guides are arranged at the end of an arm, which is arranged at the end of a revolving thread guide lever rotatably mounted on this thread guide lever.
- a fluctuation reserve of at least ⁇ 10 mm is provided.
- a cone is used as the reference surface.
- the winding which is formed on the winding body, with a conical end face. The distance of the storage location for each thread from the reference surface remains the same. By choosing a cone as a reference surface of this thread but then moves up the cone on the front side of the roll.
- the filaments are not deposited on the transport surface arrangement for a predetermined period of time. During this period, the transport surface arrangement can move again so that there is sufficient space in which the threads can be stored. Such a case will rarely occur in a reasonable pattern planning.
- the ability to continue to run the transport surface assembly at a constant speed without having to lay down threads at the same time greatly extends the capabilities of the device.
- threads pass the winding body and deposit on a core which is arranged on the axis of the winding body.
- a rotary gate can continue to rotate. This simplifies the control in the construction of a thread winding.
- one places the threads during winding in a predetermined order in front of and behind at least one partial rod and moves the partial rod axially in response to the movement of the thread guides.
- the term “partial rod” is here a generic term for cross and cutting rods.
- a partial rod has at its end usually on a finger which can be pivoted into the path of movement of the respective thread to deposit the thread in front of the part of the rod, ie relative to the Wikkel stresses radially outside, or to let it run behind the part of the bar. The length of the finger is limited for technical reasons.
- the object is achieved in a sample warping machine of the type mentioned above in that the yarn guide has an axially variable storage location and the partial rod is arranged axially displaceable.
- the mobility of the partial rod is provided.
- the partial rod is moved axially forward or backward, depending on where the trajectory of the thread is. In this way, it is possible to always keep the partial rod in a position in which it can detect the respective thread with the desired reliability.
- the yarn guide and the sub-rod have a synchronously controllable drive control.
- the partial rod has a certain length, on which it can reliably grasp a thread. It is sufficient if the sub-bar is positioned so that the trajectory of the thread is in this length.
- the common drive control can be designed in different ways. It is possible that both a drive motor, which changes the storage location of the yarn guide, and a motor which changes the position of the partial rod, are controlled by the same control device. But it is also possible that the drive of the partial rod is coupled to the drive of the thread guide, more precisely its positioning, for example in the sense of a master-slave control.
- a plurality of partial rods are arranged on the winding body, which are connected to a common carrier.
- a plurality of rods are arranged on the winding body, which are referred to as cross or cutting bars.
- cross or cutting bars In order to simplify the explanation, here is not distinguished between cross and cutting bars, but all bars are referred to as partial bars. It simplifies the control significantly, if you can drive all the sub-rods simultaneously and the same. For this purpose, the driver is provided.
- At least one partial rod can be fixed in different axial positions on the driver. This increases the flexibility in the use of the part bars. It is no longer necessary to provide a specific sub-rod for a thread pitch at the beginning of a winding cone and another sub-staff for the thread pitch at the end of the cone. Due to the different axial positioning you can choose practically any part of the bar.
- the driver is arranged on an end face of the winding body, from which the threads are not supplied.
- the driver then does not hinder the thread feed. Rather, the threads can be fed relatively freely, as before.
- the driver is connected to a threaded spindle having a rotary drive. Although such a drive can only achieve a relatively slow displacement of the partial rods. But this is sufficient, because the change of the Storing the yarn guide is done only with a limited speed.
- the drive of the part or the rods can also be designed as a linear drive.
- each partial rod has its own drive.
- a sample warping machine as in Fig. 1 is shown, has a drum 1 as a winding body, on the circumference axially parallel transport belt 2, which are moved in the direction of an arrow 3, and axially parallel part rods 4, 5 and 6 are arranged, which can be referred to as cross or cutting rods depending on their function.
- the radial outer side of the transport belt 2 forms a transport surface arrangement.
- a rotary gate 7 has a rotor 8 which carries a plurality of coils 9 and is driven by a motor 10. It is also possible to have the rotary gate driven directly by the warping machine via a drive shaft 17.
- yarn guides 13 which are driven synchronously with the rotor 8 of the rotary gate 7. They pull threads 12a, 12b off the rotary gate 7 and place them on the transport belts 2 and optionally on or under the sub-rods 4, 5 and 6.
- the threads 12a, 12b can all be different, but preferably consist of several groups 12a and 12b, each having two or more identical threads.
- the rotary gate may have up to 16 coils, i. Up to 16 threads can be placed on the drum 1 at the same time. These threads may be different, but it can also be sharpened several identical threads. Through the rotary gate, it is possible to wrap all the threads from the rotary gate at the same time around the drum 1 in principle.
- Fig. 2 shows that the yarn guides 13 are each attached to radial levers 14 via an arm 11 which engages over the edge of the drum 1.
- the levers 14 are in a hub 15 which, via a cardan shaft 17 from the motor 10 of the rotary gate 7 (see Fig. 1 ) is taken. It is assumed that the parts described rotate in a clockwise direction (arrow 18).
- the conveyor belts 2 move continuously during winding at a constant speed, the choice of which is explained below.
- the yarn guide 13 is mounted on the arm 11 which is steplessly or incrementally displaceable over a distance 20 by means of a motor 19, ie in the direction of the arrow 3.
- the motor 19 is actuated by a control device 21 so as to be described below Functions can fulfill.
- a ribbon contains N threads, where N is an integer in the range of 1 to the maximum of the rotary gate 7. In the case shown, a ribbon may have 1 to 8 threads. To distinguish individual ribbons from each other are in Fig. 4 the threads of a first ribbon are characterized by double circles, while the threads of a second ribbon are represented by simple circles.
- the transport belts 2 are moved in the direction of the arrow 3 during winding. It would like to ensure that after the completion of the winding of the first ribbon 50 space is made available for the next ribbon 60th
- the speed of the transport belts 2 is determined, which is expedient. It is assumed that the transport belt 2 must have covered the chain width after completion of the entire pattern chain. Now this warp width is divided by the number of tapes or the width of a repeat by the number of tapes in the repeat and thus finds out which distance the transport belt 2 must have traveled on average, when a ribbon has been wound. This average speed of the conveyor belt 2 can then be kept constant.
- the yarn guides 13 must be moved closer to the beginning of the transport belt. This becomes clearer when you look at the Fig. 4b and 4c compares.
- Fig. 4c comes another ribbon 80 with two threads g, h added.
- the thread g is stored, so to speak, one position further than the thread e of the ribbon 60.
- the thread guide 13 should continue reach out in the direction of the arrow 3 in order to be able to place the individual threads g, h correctly on the transport belt 2.
- the desired sampling is entered into a computer before generating the pattern string.
- the computer now determines which threads are conveniently summarized into a ribbon. It may well be possible to provide a thread on more than one position in the rotary gate, for example, if a same thread is needed in bands at different positions or if the same thread should occur several times in a ribbon.
- Fig. 5 explains this schematically.
- the arms 11, on which the thread guides are arranged have a length L of, for example, 200 mm.
- the arm 11 In order to be able to wind the cone 80, the arm 11 must have a mobility which allows a displacement of the thread guide 13 about a distance S1. This distance S1 is for example 60 mm.
- the arm 11 In order to be able to produce this cone 80 at different positions while the transport belts 2 continue to run, the arm 11 must additionally have a mobility which corresponds to a distance S2.
- This distance S2 is for example 40 mm.
- the cone can therefore be moved back and forth by ⁇ 20 mm, so that a sufficient "fluctuation reserve" is available for the circulation of the individual thread ribbons.
- Fig. 5 Under the Fig. 5 are in Fig. 6 two sub-rods 5, 6 are shown, each having fingers 81 which are movable in the direction of an arrow 82 to either store the threads on the sub-rod 5 or to let them pass under the sub-rod.
- the mobility of the fingers 81 has certain limits. It is relatively difficult here to cover the full range of motion of the yarn guide 13. For this reason, the partial rods 5, 6 are movable in the axial direction. For example, they can be moved around the distance S2. Thus, it is possible to always position the sub-rods 5, 6 so that the fingers 81 can grasp the threads, regardless of the position at which the thread guides 13 are currently located. This advantageously adds that one normally uses a partial rod 5 for the beginning of the cone and a partial rod 6 for the end of the cone, so that the partial rods 5, 6 need not be moved over the entire range of movement of the yarn guide 13, but only to the Range that corresponds to the fluctuation reserve.
- the sub-rods 5, 6 are arranged on a common carrier 85, which is in engagement with a threaded spindle 86, which is rotationally driven by a motor 87.
- a motor 87 When the spindle 86 is rotated, then the driver 85 moves axially forward or backward.
- Each sub-rod 5, 6 has certain locking points 88, in which a non-illustrated lever on the driver 85 can engage. It is thus possible to determine the individual part rods 5, 6 at different axial positions in the driver 85.
- the drive 87 is actuated by the same control device 21, which also drives the drives 19 of the arms 11. This makes it possible in a simple manner, the sub-rods 5, 6 always position so that their fingers 81 can engage in the trajectory of aufdin on the conveyor belt 2 threads.

The change in the speed of movement of the transport surface arrangement, which is formed in the known case by conveyor belts, is a relatively easy way to even the structure of the roll, which is formed by the deposited on the conveyor belts threads. However, this solution has a number of disadvantages. On the one hand, changing a movement speed always requires a certain amount of time. During this time, however, the threads are wound further, so that in the transition sections between two different speeds quite unevenness in the winding can arise. This is especially true when already a larger amount of threads is wound onto the bobbin. On the one hand, the threads have a certain weight, which can amount to several 10 kg. On the other hand, increases with an increasing winding of the bobbin and the tension, from the threads on the conveyor belts is exercised. These forces delay a speed change. It can also be observed that a speed change usually does not immediately hit the "target speed". Until the time when the speed has stabilized, unevenness in the winding may continue to occur. In addition, the forces required to accelerate or decelerate the conveyor belts cause some wear.
The invention has for its object to improve the structure of the coil.
This object is achieved in a method of the type mentioned in that one moves the transport surface arrangement at a constant speed and selects a distance between a storage location of a thread and a reference surface depending on at least one parameter that has an influence on the size of a ribbon, in the corresponding thread is included.
So you can, so to speak, at a stroke eliminate all problems that are associated with the change in the speed of movement of the transport surface arrangement. The transport surface arrangement must be set in motion only once and then maintain its speed constant. Changes in the thread tray required by the size of the ribbon are taken into account by the tray control. The filing of each thread takes place in a certain area, usually at one end of the transport surface arrangement. One can therefore a reference point define, for example, the end of the transport surface arrangement, and deposit the individual threads at predetermined distances to this reference point. If you change the distances, then you can consider different parameters. Such parameters may be, for example, different thread counts per ribbon. If you are sharpening several threads at the same time, then you will need more space when winding seven threads than when you are winding two threads. The tapes may have only one thread in an extreme case. Even in this case, differences may arise when using, for example, thicker and thinner threads. A thicker thread needs more space than a thinner thread for two reasons. On the one hand, the thicker thread seen in the direction of movement of the transport surface arrangement is wider than a thinner thread. On the other hand, a thicker thread carries more, based on a radial direction of the bobbin. If you want to ensure a uniform surface of the roll, then you must ensure that in the direction of movement of the transport surface arrangement in addition to the thicker thread some space is available, in which this thick thread can be displaced during compression. Alternatively, one can of course also provide that in a thicker thread two turns are placed side by side, while come with a thinner thread of the same chain two turns on top of each other. All this can be achieved by controlling the removal of the tray of the respective thread on the transport surface arrangement. A change of the distance is much easier to accomplish than a change in the speed of the transport surface arrangement, because much smaller masses have to be moved, namely only one thread at a time instead of a large number of threads that have been guided around the winding body in several turns. Accordingly, a positioning of the respective thread at the moment of filing is much more accurately possible than a positioning that relies on a changed speed, the filing possibly taking place just in the region of a speed change.
Preferably, one compensates for a greater distance when placing a ribbon by a smaller distance when depositing a later wound ribbon and vice versa. This makes it possible to keep the area which the thread guides have to cover small. A ribbon with more threads requires more space.
In this case, it is preferable to form the speed of the transport surface arrangement as a weighted mean value from the speeds required for different tapes without changing the distance. Thus, the movement speed of the transport surface arrangement can be determined in a simple manner. If If one uses a weighted average, then it is certain that at the end of the winding process or at the end of a rapport the over and unterschießenden surface requirements of all bands are balanced.
It is also preferred that one winds several threads at the same time and thereby uses a rotary gate, wherein the rotary gate with thread bobbins equipped so that a change in the distance is minimized. The pattern to be wiched, i. the sequence of individual threads is known.
In this case, it is particularly preferred that one stores the individual threads of a ribbon in a circulation of yarn guides in the direction of movement of the transport surface arrangement side by side on the transport surface arrangement.
It is also advantageous that one uses circumferential thread guides, in which the position of a thread guide eye in the direction of movement of the transport surface arrangement is adjustable. Such a movement possibility results, for example, in that the thread guides are arranged at the end of an arm, which is arranged at the end of a revolving thread guide lever rotatably mounted on this thread guide lever. By an angular adjustment of the arm relative to the lever then results in the desired change in the storage location. By a correspondingly long arm relatively large distance changes can be realized.
Preferably, a fluctuation reserve of at least ± 10 mm is provided. In other words, at ± 10 mm, you can put up with a difference in storage distance of up to 2 cm before you have to compensate. But this can realize a large part of the pattern to be sharpened.
Preferably, a cone is used as the reference surface. With this embodiment, it is possible to provide the winding, which is formed on the winding body, with a conical end face. The distance of the storage location for each thread from the reference surface remains the same. By choosing a cone as a reference surface of this thread but then moves up the cone on the front side of the roll.
Preferably, in cases where the fluctuation reserve is insufficient, the filaments are not deposited on the transport surface arrangement for a predetermined period of time. During this period, the transport surface arrangement can move again so that there is sufficient space in which the threads can be stored. Such a case will rarely occur in a reasonable pattern planning. The ability to continue to run the transport surface assembly at a constant speed without having to lay down threads at the same time greatly extends the capabilities of the device.
In this case, it is particularly preferred that in the predetermined period of time threads pass the winding body and deposit on a core which is arranged on the axis of the winding body. In this case you do not have to interrupt the thread feed. For example, a rotary gate can continue to rotate. This simplifies the control in the construction of a thread winding.
Advantageously, it is provided that one places the threads during winding in a predetermined order in front of and behind at least one partial rod and moves the partial rod axially in response to the movement of the thread guides. In particular, if you want to achieve a greater fluctuation reserve with the thread guides, it can cause problems if the staff can no longer "catch" the threads properly. The term "partial rod" is here a generic term for cross and cutting rods. A partial rod has at its end usually on a finger which can be pivoted into the path of movement of the respective thread to deposit the thread in front of the part of the rod, ie relative to the Wikkelkörper radially outside, or to let it run behind the part of the bar. The length of the finger is limited for technical reasons. But if you take the whole Can shift sub-rod, then this problem plays virtually no role, ie the threads are reliably detected in each case and stored in the predetermined order before and behind the sub-rod. Of course, in this case, it is advantageous to synchronize the movements of the yarn guides and the staff. However, this synchronization does not mean that the sub-bar must follow every movement of the thread guide.
The object is achieved in a sample warping machine of the type mentioned above in that the yarn guide has an axially variable storage location and the partial rod is arranged axially displaceable.
As stated above, it is possible in this way to run the transport surface arrangement at a constant speed and to meet different space requirements when depositing the threads in that the yarn guide is moved at a greater or lesser speed relative to the transport surface arrangement. In other words, it is possible with the help of the thread guide to lay the threads on the bobbin, that regardless of the type of ribbon (larger or smaller, thicker threads or thinner threads), a relatively uniform winding is generated. The surface of the roll does not have to be completely flat. Small ripples are admitted. However, these ripples are only so small that they do not lead to unwanted voltage changes later during unwinding of the roll. Of course, with the change of the filing location, the relationships between the trajectory change as well the respective thread and the engagement position of the partial rod. To avoid negative effects of this change, the mobility of the partial rod is provided. The partial rod is moved axially forward or backward, depending on where the trajectory of the thread is. In this way, it is possible to always keep the partial rod in a position in which it can detect the respective thread with the desired reliability.
It is preferred that the yarn guide and the sub-rod have a synchronously controllable drive control. The information on where the filing of the thread guide is located, the drive control for the thread guide must be available. This information can then also be used to control the subtab accordingly. This does not mean that the sub-rod and the thread guide must constantly perform synchronous movements. The partial rod has a certain length, on which it can reliably grasp a thread. It is sufficient if the sub-bar is positioned so that the trajectory of the thread is in this length. The common drive control can be designed in different ways.
Preferably, a plurality of partial rods are arranged on the winding body, which are connected to a common carrier. Usually, a plurality of rods are arranged on the winding body, which are referred to as cross or cutting bars. In order to simplify the explanation, here is not distinguished between cross and cutting bars, but all bars are referred to as partial bars. It simplifies the control significantly, if you can drive all the sub-rods simultaneously and the same. For this purpose, the driver is provided.
Preferably, at least one partial rod can be fixed in different axial positions on the driver. This increases the flexibility in the use of the part bars. It is no longer necessary to provide a specific sub-rod for a thread pitch at the beginning of a winding cone and another sub-staff for the thread pitch at the end of the cone. Due to the different axial positioning you can choose practically any part of the bar.
Preferably, the driver is arranged on an end face of the winding body, from which the threads are not supplied. The driver then does not hinder the thread feed. Rather, the threads can be fed relatively freely, as before.
It is also advantageous if the driver is connected to a threaded spindle having a rotary drive. Although such a drive can only achieve a relatively slow displacement of the partial rods. But this is sufficient, because the change of the Storing the yarn guide is done only with a limited speed.
The drive of the part or the rods can also be designed as a linear drive.
It is also possible that each partial rod has its own drive.

A rotary gate 7 has a
At one end of the drum 1 are yarn guides 13, which are driven synchronously with the
The rotary gate may have up to 16 coils, i. Up to 16 threads can be placed on the drum 1 at the same time. These threads may be different, but it can also be sharpened several identical threads. Through the rotary gate, it is possible to wrap all the threads from the rotary gate at the same time around the drum 1 in principle.
The
When Schär operation, so when the threads 12a, 12b are guided around the drum 1, the drum 1 is held against rotation, so that there is a migrating in the direction of

After the individual ribbons but differently many threads, they also need different amounts of space on the
First of all, the speed of the
Now, however, it can be assumed that, after the choice of the average transport speed, wider tapes and narrower tapes or tapes with thicker threads and tapes alternate with thinner threads or single thick threads and individual thin threads, so that within a certain amount of play can cover with the yarn guides 13, again can bring about the compensation in the occupancy of the
It should be noted that the
One can now by a skillful choice of the assignment of the rotary gate 7 ensure that the differences not too big in the individual ribbons. For this purpose, the desired sampling is entered into a computer before generating the pattern string. The computer now determines which threads are conveniently summarized into a ribbon. It may well be possible to provide a thread on more than one position in the rotary gate, for example, if a same thread is needed in bands at different positions or if the same thread should occur several times in a ribbon.
The greater the possibility of variation in the filing of the threads on the
In order to be able to produce this
The mobility of the
For displacement, the
Each
The
