Bei der Beleimung anderer bewegter Bahnen, z.B. Faltschachtelzuschnitten, kann die Kontakt-Leimdüse auch in einem geringen Abstand zu den intermittierend an der Kontakt-Leimdüse vorbei bewegten Faltschachtelzuschnitten angeordnet sein. Insbesondere kann der Volumenstrom des Stoffes besonders fein variiert werden. Die anhand der Figuren 1 und 2 beschriebene Vorrichtung dient vorzugsweise zum Beleimen von Zigarettenpapier. größer als 2mm. Die Kapillare 15 ist in der gezeigten Ausführungsform getrennt von der
Kontakt-Leimdüse 12 als ein separates Element ausgebildet und derart an der Kontakt-Leimdüse
12 angebracht, daß es an seinem freien Ende 17 bündig mit dem freien Ende
18 der Kontakt-Leimdüse 12 abschließt bzw. bevorzugt geringfügig mit Bezug auf das
zu beleimende Zigarettenpapier 19 gegenüber dem freien Ende 18 zurückversetzt ist.
Vorzugsweise beträgt der Abstand zwischen dem Zigarettenpapier 19 und dem freien
Ende 17 mindestens 0,3mm. Die Kapillare 15 ist mit einem geringen Abstand d zur
Kontakt-Leimdüse 12 angeordnet, wobei der Abstand d zweckmäßigerweise ca. 0,4mm
beträgt. In anderen Ausführungsformen kann der Abstand d jedoch auch größere Werte
aufweisen, bzw. null sein, so daß die Kapillare 15 eng an der Kontakt-Leimdüse 12
anliegt. In einer weiteren (nicht dargestellten) Ausgestaltung kann die Zuführung 14
auch einstückig mit der Kontakt-Leimdüse 12 ausgebildet sein, so daß sie integraler

15 geförderte Stoff 15 in Transportrichtung der bewegten, streifenförmigen Bahn,
nämlich des Zigarettenpapiers 19, hinter die Kontakt-Leimdüse 12 zuführbar ist. Der
Kanal 16 der Kapillare 15 erstreckt sich ebenfalls parallel zur Außenwand 23. Die
Anordnung des Kanals 16 bzw. der Winkel, in dem der Kanal 16 aus der Spitze 21
austritt ist aber ebenso variabel wie die Anordnung der Spitzen 20, 21 zueinander.
Bevorzugt ist eine Anordnung, in der ein aus der Kapillare 15 geförderter und im
Bereich einer Austrittsöffnung 24 der Kapillare 15 austretender Stoff 25, der
zweckmäßigerweise Wasser ist, unmittelbar hinter einen zwischen Kontakt-Leimdüse
12 bzw. der Spitze 20 und dem Zigarettenpapier 19 gebildeten Kontaktbereich 26
geleitet und dem Leim 11 zugeführt wird, um diesen zu verflüssigen. Je näher der Stoff
25 an die Austrittsöffnung 13 bzw. den Kontaktbereich 26 heran geführt werden kann,
desto geringer ist die Neigung zur Bildung der Leimnasen.The

z.B. zusätzliche (nicht dargestellte) Druckminderer, Drosseln oder dergleichen
aufweisen. Die gesamte Dosiereinheit 27 einschließlich der Zuführung 14 ist modulartig
als Baugruppe ausgebildet, so daß ein Nachrüsten an bereits im Einsatz befindlichen
Zigarettenherstellmaschinen besonders einfach ist.The

Druck von etwa 5 bar, auf einen Arbeitsdruck von etwa 0,5 bar herab. Zum Drosseln

Sicherungselemente, wie z.B. ein weiterer Druckminderer eingesetzt werden. Zusätzlich

dargestelltes) 2/3-Wegeventil zum Schalten der Druckkluft angeordnet sein. Durch
diese Entlüftungsfunktion ist der Speicher 29 nach dem Abschalten des Ventils völlig
drucklos. Der Speicher 29 hat ein bevorzugtes Volumen von 500ml und steht unter dem
geringen Vordruck von etwa 0,5bar, so daß der Volumenstrom unabhängig von der
Füllhöhe des Speichers 29 ist. The

bzw. Magnetventil kann als Fließwiderstand noch eine zusätzliche Drossel,
vorzugsweise mit einem Innendurchmesser von ca. 0,6mm, angeordnet sein. Das
Magnetventil ist an die Steuereinheit 34 angeschlossen und möglichst dicht an der
Kontakt-Leimdüse 12 bzw. der Zuführung 14 angeordnet.The

Mittels der Dosiereinheit 27 werden u.a. die Menge des Wassers und der Zeitpunkt der
Zuführung eingestellt. Bevorzugt ist eine taktweise Zuführung des Wassers. Aber auch
eine kontinuierliche Zuführung kann gewünscht sein. Bei der getakteten Dosierung sind
mindestens zwei Einstellungen erforderlich. Die Öffnungszeit und die Intervallzeit
können dem Prozeß angepaßt werden. Die Öffnungszeit beeinflußt die Wassermenge
und kann bei Bedarf an die Größe der Leimnasen angepaßt werden. Die Intervallzeit ist
die Zeit zwischen zwei Ventilöffnungen. Sie muß stets kleiner sein als die Zeit zwischen
dem Bilden zweier Leimnasen. Bei der getakteten Dosierung des Wassers schaltet das
Wegeventil 33 bzw. das Magnetventil in zuvor eingestellten Zeitabständen einen
Volumenstrom ein und aus. Mittels der Steuereinheit 34 kann sowohl die Zeitdauer des
Zustandes "Magnetventil offen" als auch die Zeitdauer des Zustandes "Pause bis zum
nächsten Öffnen des Ventils" eingestellt werden. Durch die getaktete Dosierung kann
gezielt ein an der Austrittsöffnung 24 der Kapillare 15 auf eine Leimnase wartender
