Claims (12)
- Kettensäge, die ein Gerätegehäuse mit einem ein Antriebsrad treibenden Antriebsmotor, ein vor die Gehäuse-Vorderseite vorstehendes Schwert und eine um das Antriebsrad und das Schwert geführte, endlos umlaufende Sägekette aufweist, wobei das Schwert zum Verändern der Kettenspannung am Gerätegehäuse in Richtung zum Antriebsrad hin und von diesem weg geführt verstellbar und in der jeweiligen Position fixierbar angeordnet ist und die hierzu vorgesehene Verstelleinrichtung ein von außen her von Hand betätigbares Betätigungselement und ein in treibender Verbindung mit dem Betätigungselement stehendes, am Schwert angreifendes Mitnahmeglied aufweist, derart, dass bei gelöster Fixierung des Schwertes beim Betätigen des Betätigungselements das Mitnahmeglied und mit diesem das Schwert verstellt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstelleinrichtung (11) ein um eine Drehachse (16) verdrehbar am Gerätegehäuse angeordnetes Kraftumlenkteil (15) enthält, an dem exzentrisch zur Drehachse (16) mit Winkelabstand zueinander ein Antriebshebel (17) und ein Abtriebshebel (18) angreifen, von denen der Antriebshebel (17) durch Betätigen des Betätigungselements (12) antreibbar und von denen der Abtriebshebel (18) mit dem Mitnahmeglied (14) verbunden ist, so dass das Kraftumlenkteil (15) beim Betätigen des Betätigungselements (12) eine Drehbewegung ausführt, die über den Abtriebshebel (18) in die Verstellbewegung des Mitnahmeglieds (14) umgesetzt wird.
- Kettensäge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kraftumlenkteil (15) koaxial zum Antriebsrad (2) angeordnet ist.
- Kettensäge nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kraftumlenkteil (15) von einem Drehteller (23) gebildet wird.
- Kettensäge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebshebel (17) und/oder der Abtriebshebel (18) in seiner Hebel-Längsrichtung geführt angeordnet und über einen Antriebszapfen (25) bzw. einen Abtriebszapfen (26) gelenkig mit dem Kraftumlenkteil (15) verbunden ist, wobei der jeweilige Zapfen (25, 26) am betreffenden Hebel (17, 18) oder am Kraftumlenkteil angeordnet ist und in eine größeren Querschnitt als der Zapfen (25, 26) aufweisende Lagerausnehmung (27, 28) am Kraftumlenkteil (15) bzw. am betreffenden Hebel eingreift, in der sich der betreffende Zapfen (25, 26) verlagern kann.
- Kettensäge nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Lagerausnehmung (27, 28) von einem radial mit Bezug auf die Drehachse (16) gerichteten Langloch gebildet wird.
- Kettensäge nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abtriebshebel (18) parallel zur Verstellrichtung (6) des Schwerts (4) geführt angeordnet ist.
- Kettensäge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebshebel (17) und der Abtriebshebel (18) im wesentlichen rechtwinklig zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Kettensäge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebshebel (17) und der Abtriebshebel (18) in Drehrichtung um etwa 90° versetzt zueinander am Kraftumlenkteil (15) angreifen.
- Kettensäge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Angriffsstelle (19) des Antriebshebels (17) am Kraftumlenkteil (15) vom Schwert (4) aus gesehen jenseits der Drehachse (16) und die Angriffsstelle (20) des Abtriebshebels (18) am Kraftumlenkteil (15) im unteren, d.h. im dem Betätigungselement (12) abgewandten Bereich des Kraftumlenkteils (15) angeordnet ist.
- Kettensäge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Angriffsstellen (19, 20), an denen der Antriebshebel (17) und der Abtriebshebel (18) an dem Kraftumlenkteil (15) angreifen, beim Verstellen des Schwerts (4) zwischen seinen beiden Endstellungen die jeweils rechtwinkelig zur Längsrichtung des betreffenden Hebels (17, 18) gerichteten, von der Drehachse (16) ausgehenden Radiuslinien (35, 36) kreuzen.
- Kettensäge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungselement (12) verdrehbar angeordnet und über einen Gewindetrieb mit dem Antriebshebel (17) verbunden ist.
- Kettensäge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungselement (12) einen außen am Gerätegehäuse angeordneten, mit der Hand verdrehbaren Drehknopf (13) aufweist.
