- the Provision of locking portions has the advantage that the Setting only by reaching a certain Pivoting state is achieved without any additional Locking or clamping devices such as example Eccentric or the like are required. In this way become construction and operation of the blade holder simplified.
- At least one of the latching sections with respect is displaceable on the other latching portion.
- the at least one displaceable latching portion in the direction of engagement or Einrastens is biased with the other locking portion, preferably by means of an elastic element.
- the first and the second section at least partially into each other are retractable.
- the present Invention a blade holder in combination with a Protective hood ready on the blade holder like that can be plugged that it covers the inserted blade.
- the protective cover thus also contributes to an increased Occupational safety by placing the cutting edge of the blade in Work breaks, for transport purposes etc. with the protective cover can be covered, so any risk of injury is excluded.
- the protective cover further on the blade holder is plugged that the inserted Blade is released.
- the protective cover during the Laboratory use of the blade holder i. at shared Blade
- the protective cover in this State also serve as a handle, resulting in the handling of the Blade holder relieved. This is especially true of Advantage, taking into account that when using the Blade holder, for example, to remove coarse Residues on smooth surfaces such as windowpanes and The same often considerable effort is needed.
- the protective hood has a releasable latching device, when attaching the guard on the blade holder this locks.
- the Locking device by a hinged to the protective hood Rocker is formed with locking lug, the detent preferred can be latched into a recess of the blade holder and the Rocker particularly preferred by a spring for locking is biased. This will be next to a safe Cohesion of blade holder and protective cap a simple Solving the same allows each other.
- the guard has a magazine for storing at least a blade. This will ensure that the Blade holder is always ready for use, even when the straight blade stored in the blade holder has become blunt or in otherwise no longer meets the requirements. It is particularly preferred that the magazine in the Protective hood is introduced, especially in this is engaged, so that magazine and protective cover one form ergonomic unit.
