Claims (10)

  1. Appareil de cuisson comportant au moins une unité chauffante (10), par l'intermédiaire de laquelle une chambre de cuisson (11) peut être chauffée, et comportant au moins un ventilateur à vapeurs (12), dont au moins une grandeur caractéristique (t) peut être réglée en fonction d'un mode de cuisson choisi par l'intermédiaire d'une unité de commande (13) sur différentes valeurs de grandeur caractéristique (t1, t2, t3), dans lequel au moins une valeur de grandeur caractéristique (t1, t2, t3) est mise en mémoire dans une unité de mise en mémoire électronique (14), caractérisé en ce que les valeurs de grandeur caractéristique (t1, t2, t3) comprennent différentes valeurs de durée de fonctionnement (t1, t2, t3).
  2. Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le ventilateur à vapeurs (12) fonctionne pour l'essentiel avec des modes de cuisson différents pour la même quantité de vapeurs.
  3. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le ventilateur à vapeurs (12) est toujours mis en service avec la même vitesse (U).
  4. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le ventilateur à vapeurs (12) est mis en service avec différentes vitesses sur la durée.
  5. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que pour les modes de cuisson des courbes caractéristiques (K1, K2, K3) sont présentes sur la durée pour la vapeur générée (34) respective.
  6. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le ventilateur à vapeurs (12) peut être réglé en plus par l'intermédiaire de l'unité de commande (13) en fonction d'au moins une valeur (fx) acquise par l'intermédiaire d'un capteur (15), en particulier par l'intermédiaire d'une valeur d'humidité de l'air (fx) acquise par un capteur d'humidité de l'air (15).
  7. Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que, en fonction de la valeur (fx) acquise par l'intermédiaire du capteur (15) la valeur de grandeur caractéristique (t1, t2, t3) mise en mémoire est modifiable.
  8. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commande (13) est réalisée au moins partiellement d'un seul tenant avec une unité de commande par l'intermédiaire de laquelle l'unité chauffante (10) peut être réglée.
  9. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de mise en mémoire (14) est réalisée au moins partiellement d'un seul tenant avec une unité de mise en mémoire dans laquelle au moins une valeur d'opération de cuisson est mise en mémoire.
  10. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le ventilateur à vapeurs (12) est réalisé d'un seul tenant avec un ventilateur de refroidissement.
