Abstract

The invention relates to a method for the production of a transport pallet (20), especially from recyclable paper wrappings, in addition to a transport pallet (20) per se. In order to produce the transport pallet (20) cheaply and to save weight, paper wrappings are preferably used in the construction of the transport pallet (20). According to the inventive method, the paper wrappings are cut into at least two lengths for longitudinal (2,3) and cross strip elements (1), said method also involving the cutting of said paper wrappings in a longitudinal direction. The longitudinal cut cuts the inner diameter of the paper wrappings so that, preferably, two identical paper wrapping segments are created. The remainders of the paper coverings are cut radially to a single length and are used as cleats (5). The cleats can be further processed and the longitudinal and cross-strip elements can be stuck thereto in a positive fit, whereby a light but extremely stable transport pallet (20) is produced.

Description

The invention relates to a method for producing a transport pallet, in particular from recyclable paper sleeves, and a transport pallet, in particular as a recycling product, consisting of several studs and a load-bearing support level and interconnected transverse and longitudinal bars.

Transport pallets have become indispensable in today's everyday life, because they are available in standardized sizes to freight forwarders, trading companies, etc. and play a major role in goods transport. Due to their standardized dimensions, they can be picked up and moved by, for example, lift trucks or forklifts. The materials to be transported are in this case stacked on the top, which consist of several longitudinally arranged boards and are interconnected by cross woods and rest on stud feet, which in turn have for further stabilization crossbeams.

The production of such Euro wooden pallets is made of good grown wood and is therefore relatively expensive and time consuming. It should also be taken into account that the Euro wooden pallets have a high dead weight and thus limit the transport capacity.

From US Pat. No. 5,067,418 a transport pallet is known which consists of horizontally arranged paper sleeves with incisions in which sleeve sections which are likewise horizontal and perpendicular to the paper sleeves are inserted. However, this transport pallet does not comply with the Euronorm and therefore can not be transported in the conventional method by forklift.

From WO 96/02427 a pallet design with horizontally arranged pipe sections is also known, which have radially formed end faces, are glued to the individual paper tube segments with a flat side. To glue the trusses and pipe sections However, only used flat surfaces, on the one hand have only a small adhesive surface and on the other hand lateral shear forces can oppose only little resistance.

From EP 0 581 293 A1 a transport pallet is also known, which is constructed essentially of sleeve sections. The sleeve portions are interconnected by upper cross members, and have at the bottom of cleats, which abut with a corresponding recess directly to the outer periphery of the sleeve sections. To further stabilize the studs are provided with pins which engage directly in an incision of the sleeve sections. A disadvantage of this embodiment, a rather complicated manufacturing process, because the individual studs are made individually and the paper sleeves used must be provided with multiple independent incisions, which are very time consuming to produce, so that subsequently both the studs and the upper traverses are added can. The upper trusses must also be made of additional material, which must be subjected to a separate processing, so that the overall structure is very expensive.

The invention has for its object to provide a method and a transport pallet, which is inexpensive to produce, has a reduced weight with constant load capacity and a high dimensional stability.

According to the invention, a method for producing a transport pallet is shown, which enables the use of recyclable paper sleeves cost-effective production. The method is characterized by the lengthening of the paper tubes to a uniform lug length and milled and / or punched at least one continuous trough-shaped depression in the end face for receiving a transverse and / or longitudinal beam and the lengthening of the paper sleeves to at least two lengths for longitudinal and transverse members and slicing the paper tubes lengthwise to divide into four sections of paper tube, the longitudinal sections intersecting the inner diameter of the paper tubes so that two identical paper tube segments are formed. Existing paper tube remnants become cut to a uniform length as cleats, so that even short paper tube residues or sections can be used. As far as residual materials such as sawing sections, sawdust or the like arise in the production, they can be used to fill the studs using an adhesive, such as water glass binder, so that a further increase in sustainability and cleat stability can be made.

In order to connect the studs to the trusses, the method further provides that the milling and / or punching of a continuous trough-shaped depression is effected by milling and / or punching a second half-trough-shaped depression arranged at right angles, the respective recess being in contact with the outer radii of the Original paper sleeve diameter or paper sleeve segments is adjusted. To further improve stability in the nodes of the transport pallet is a milling and / or punching of the first and second trough-shaped depression with a centrally stuck pin, which engages in a corresponding recess of the transverse and longitudinal bars. Preferably, the treatment of the studs takes place after the filling of the same, so that an optimization of the operations takes place. The trough-shaped recesses are preferably provided in the upper end face, while on the other hand a rectangular groove is milled in the trough-shaped recess diametrically opposite end face. The rectangular grooves serve to accommodate the lower crossbars. The upper trough-shaped depressions are required to accommodate the larger transverse and longitudinal bars, initially obtained the shorter crossbars at their ends a semi-circular Kehtenausfräsung, which is also adapted to the original paper tube diameter or the paper sleeve segments and the punching of the recess to improve stability.

After the lower and upper crossbeams are possibly connected using adhesive materials with the studs, in a further operation, the upper longitudinal beams in the existing continuous Trays are inserted and also glued. As an adhesive, for example, gap-filling adhesives come into question, which fill any gaps between the materials. The arrangement of the studs is preferably carried out at equidistant intervals along the two longitudinal edges of the transport pallet, so that as in the known Euro wooden pallets transport by forklift is ensured.

The method provides for the lengthening of the paper sleeves to at least two lengths for longitudinal and transverse members and cutting the paper sleeves in the longitudinal direction to divide into four paper sleeve segments, the longitudinal section intersects the inner diameter of the paper sleeves, so preferably two identical paper sleeve segments arise. After the necessary truss lengths have been produced, the paper sleeve is cut according to the invention by a gate saw with two knives in such a way that four paper sleeve segments arise. It is a left and right side identical larger paper segment and a narrow upper and lower identical paper segment; These are preferably used as lower longitudinal beams. There is also the possibility to modify the cutting process so that other sizes of paper segments are created, if deemed appropriate. By producing two identical paper tube segments, however, it is further ensured that further work to be carried out can be carried out on the basis of a predetermined amount. It is to be regarded as particularly advantageous that the paper tubes present in large numbers as waste product, for example carpet or paper rolls, are usually shredded at great expense and fed to a new paper recycling. Due to the high inherent stability of the paper sleeves, however, these are excellently suited for the construction of a transport pallet after cutting as paper tube segments. The upper and lower paper sleeve segments may preferably be used as lower longitudinal beams and the lateral paper sleeve segments preferably as upper longitudinal beams. The shorter paper sleeves or paper sleeve segments are accordingly used for the crossbeams. Due to their arch-like structure, the paper sleeve segments are characterized by high stability and sufficient elasticity, on the one hand a lightweight construction of the transport pallet arises and on the other hand a sufficient load capacity is present. Due to the same size components an automatic production is also possible in an advantageous manner, so that the production costs can be significantly reduced on the one hand by an automatic production and on the other hand, the necessary material is available inexpensively by recycling the paper sleeves. Furthermore, the transport pallets are characterized by the fact that in the case of damage, etc., the entire transport pallet as originally provided with the paper sleeves can be supplied after shredding the paper recycling.

By merging and bonding the studs, for example by a waterglass binder, with the paper sleeve segments, wherein an upper planar alignment of the cut surfaces of the paper tube segments, an extremely stable configuration is achieved, which is comparable in terms of carrying capacity with wooden pallets. Due to the paper tube materials used, the transport pallet according to the invention is further characterized by the fact that a certain degree of inherent elasticity is present and thus the risk of damage to the goods to be transported is reduced. To store the goods, a full-surface support is positioned and glued on the upper cut surfaces of the paper tube segments or studs, so that even smaller goods or objects can be accommodated.

The transport pallet according to the invention, in particular as a recycling product, consisting of several studs and a load-bearing support level and interconnected transverse and longitudinal bars is further characterized in that as studs paper sleeves with a milled and / or punched at least one continuous trough-shaped depression in the face for receiving the transverse and / or longitudinal bars are equipped and the transverse and longitudinal bars by lengthening a paper tube to at least two lengths and cutting the paper sleeves in the longitudinal direction, the longitudinal sections intersect the inner diameter of the paper sleeves, so that in each case two identical paper tube segments are formed, which in the Troughs of the studs are inserted and wherein the positioning and bonding of a full-surface edition on the cut surfaces of the studs and / or the upper paper tube segments or longitudinal and Crossbeams done. The galleries are arranged vertically. Preferably, a complete utilization of the resulting in large quantities paper sleeves should be made. This applies, for example, to the lugs, which are made of paper sleeve sections with at least one upper trough-shaped depression and, preferably, a lower rectangular recess. For necessary crossbeams the studs can in this case have two intersecting or one continuous or one half-sided trough-shaped depression in which on the one hand the crossbeams and on the other hand the longitudinal crossbeams can be inserted and glued with studs. The trough-shaped recesses may in this case have a pin which has remained standing in the middle, which engages in a corresponding recess of the transverse and / or longitudinal bars, so that a further stiffening takes place in the junction. 6 studs are preferably used, which are arranged at equidistant intervals along the two longitudinal edges. To increase the inherent stability of the tunnels or receiving larger loads, the tunnels can be filled with sawdust, remains of tubes or the like mixed with an adhesive. The cut to the required dimensions paper sleeves are sawed by the method according to the invention in each case in two identical segment sections, wherein the cutting path intersects the pipe inner diameter. The narrower segment sections are used as lower longitudinal beams in the rectangular recesses of the studs and glued, whereas the wider segment sections are inserted and glued into the corresponding trough-shaped depression as transverse or longitudinal bars.

The transport pallets according to the invention are characterized by a cost-effective production, in particular due to the use of existing waste, a high stability and a lightweight construction Moreover, the risk of injury was reduced due to the relatively soft materials. As an adhesive here preferably a water glass binder is used, which sets quickly and has a high degree of residual elasticity, so in connection with the materials used, the transport pallet has a great inherent elasticity. A significant particular advantage is that in the event of damage to the pallet a recyclability is given by the fact that the transport pallet can be fed back to the paper cycle after shredding. In addition, due to the high demand for transport pallets and a high amount of paper sleeves, economical production in large quantities is possible in terms of production technology.

Instead of paper sleeve sections as studs, it is also possible from the Papierhülsenresten under mixing a binder to produce a pressed stud foot, which after he has received the corresponding cutouts, can be used to accommodate the transverse and longitudinal bars.

The trusses are made of a round, not shown, paper sleeve, under simplifying essay on a detailed reference and naming of the sub-figures 1.1-3.2. wherein initially a cut to the required length or width of the transport pallet takes place. Subsequently, the paper tube is cut by means of a gate saw with two parallel saw blades, the longitudinal section through the paper sleeve crosses the inner diameter and thus two identical paper tube segments or transverse and longitudinal bars 1, 2, 3 arise. The crossbeam shown in Figure 1 is further provided in each case at the end with a Kehlenausfräsung 4, whose radius is adapted to the radius of the original paper tube. By this measure, it is possible to glue two trusses at right angles to each other, and colliding. In the transverse members 1 shown in FIG. 1, two recesses 13 are stamped end, which are adapted in shape to the wall thickness and the diameter of the studs 5 and the width of the pin 14, so that the cross members 1 are placed in the trough-shaped recess 11 in-situ can.

The lug 5 is provided for receiving the transverse and longitudinal bars 1, 2, 3. For this purpose, a rectangular recess 8 is milled in the lower end face 7 and in the upper End face 9 a trough-shaped depression 10 so that longitudinal beams 2 can be placed on the tunnel 5. Furthermore, a further trough-shaped cutout 11 in the upper end face 9 is present, which extends at an angle of 90 ° to the continuous cutout 10 and has a stopped pin 14, which can engage in the corresponding recess 13 of the crossbars 1 for further increase in stability. Alternatively, there is the possibility that the second trough-shaped cutout 11 is also made continuously in order to simplify the manufacture, if necessary. The bore 12 of the paper tube can be filled with paper tube residues, fine material, such as chips or the like, by means of a binder, preferably a waterglass adhesive before the milling operations, if necessary, to increase the stability.

Es können aber auch mehrere Pappelagen durch Sprühkleber miteinander verbunden werden.FIG. 5 shows a partially finished transport pallet 20 in a side view and in a cut-out enlargement. Two lugs 5 can be seen from the plan view, wherein longitudinal beams 3 are positioned and glued in the lower recesses, whereas a longitudinal beam is located in the upper trough-shaped recess 10 2 and in the half-side trough-shaped recess 11, a cross-beam 4 is placed on the pin 14 and glued. From the cut-out enlargement, the upper region of the studs 5 with the adjacent transverse members 4 and longitudinal beams 2 can be seen. The cut surface 21 of the transverse members 1 and the cut surface 22 of the longitudinal beams 2 are aligned upward, so that a flat surface is formed, on the end of a pad can be adhered. Alternatively, it is possible to first glue the upper transverse 1 and longitudinal beams 2 on the support and then stick the lugs 5 and the lower longitudinal beams 3. The support, not shown, may for example consist of cardboard, corrugated board or chipboard. In case of higher surface stress further reinforcing inserts can be provided. But it can also be several poplar layers are connected by spray adhesive together.

Darüber hinaus besteht die Möglichkeit eine weitere Verstärkung durch eine unten liegende Quertraverse vorzunehmen, für die eine weitere nicht dargestellte rechteckige Anordnung erforderlich ist.FIG. 6 shows a top view of a transport pallet 20 with six lugs 5 arranged at equidistant intervals from the longitudinal edge, the transverse members 1 being accommodated in the trough-shaped depressions 11, while the longitudinal beams 2 einliegen in the continuous trough-shaped depressions 10. The cleats 5 are arranged on both sides but each identical, so that a cost-effective production, in particular the Einfräsvorgänge can be performed. To build the transport pallet 20, as shown in the drawing, three crossbeams 1 and two longitudinal beams 2 needed, the corresponding pieces of paper sleeve of the longitudinal beams are glued into the recess 8 of the studs 5, as shown in Figure 7. In addition, it is possible to make a further reinforcement by a lower transverse beam, for which a further, not shown, rectangular arrangement is required.

Claims (20)

  1. Method for producing a transport pallet (20) from paper sleeves, in particular recyclable paper sleeves, characterised by the cutting to length of paper sleeves to a uniform cleat length, at least one continuous trough-like indentation (10) being milled and/or stamped in the end face of each cleat to receive a transverse rail (1) and/or longitudinal rail (2), and the cutting to length of paper sleeves to at least two lengths for longitudinal rails (2, 3) and transverse rails (1) and the severing of the paper sleeves in the longitudinal direction for division into four paper sleeve segments, the longitudinal cuts cutting the internal diameter of the paper tubes to create two identical paper sleeve segments in each case.
  2. Method according to claim 1, characterised by the milling and/or stamping of a second half-sided trough-like indentation (11) arranged at a right angle, this indentation (11) being adapted to the external radii of the original paper sleeve diameter or the paper sleeve segments.
  3. Method according to either claim 1 or claim 2, characterised by the milling and/or stamping of the first and second trough-like indentation (10) with a peg (14) which is left in the centre and engages in a corresponding recess (13) in the transverse rails (1) and/or longitudinal rails (2).
  4. Method according to any one of claims 1, 2 or 3, characterised by the milling and/or stamping of a rectangular groove or recess (8) in the end face (9) diametrically opposed to the trough-like indentation (10, 11).
  5. Method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised by the filling of the cleats (5) with saw cuttings, sawdust or the like using an adhesive, for example a water glass binder.
  6. Method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised by a semicircular milled flute (4) in the transverse rail ends.
  7. Method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised by the bringing together and adhesion of the cleats (5) to the paper sleeve segments to create a planar upper orientation of the cut faces (21, 22) of the paper sleeve segments, the cleats (5) being arranged at equidistant intervals along the two longitudinal edges of the transport pallet (20).
  8. Method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised by the positioning and adhesion of the lower longitudinal rails (3) in the rectangular recesses (8) in the cleats (5).
  9. Method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised by the positioning and adhesion of the upper transverse rails (1) in the half-sided trough-like indentations (11) and the positioning and adhesion of the longitudinal rails (2) in the continuous trough-like indentations (10) in the cleats (5), so that the cut faces (21, 22) extend in parallel and are orientated upwards.
  10. Transport pallet (20), in particular as a recycled product, consisting of a plurality of cleats (5) and a portable support plane and interconnected transverse rails (1) and/or longitudinal rails (2), characterised in that each cleat is a paper sleeve, wherein at least one continuous trough-like indentation (10) is milled and/or stamped in the end face for receiving the transverse rails (1) and/or longitudinal rails (2), and the transverse rails (1) and longitudinal rails (2) are paper sleeve segments created by cutting paper sleeves to at least two lengths and severing the paper sleeves in the longitudinal direction, more specifically by longitudinal cuts which cut the internal diameter of the paper sleeves to create two identical paper sleeve segments in each case and wherein these paper sleeve segments are inserted into the troughs of the cleats and wherein a support (23), covering the entire area, is positioned and adhered to the cut faces (21, 22) of the cleats (5) and/or the upper paper sleeve segments or longitudinal rails (2) and transverse rails (1).
  11. Transport pallet (20) according to claim 10, characterised in that the cleats (5) are arranged vertically and have at least one upper trough-like indentation (10) in which the upper transverse rails (1) and/or longitudinal rails (2) are received.
  12. Transport pallet (20) according to either claim 10 or claim 11, characterised in that the cleats (5) have two intersecting indentation (10, 11) or a continuous indentation and a half-sided trough-like indentation (10, 11) in which the transverse rails (1) on the one hand and the longitudinal rails (2) on the other hand can be inserted.
  13. Transport pallet (20) according to any one of claims 10, 11 or 12, characterised in that the trough-like indentations (10, 11) have a peg (14) which remains in the centre and engages in a corresponding recess (13) in the transverse rails (1) and/or longitudinal rails (2).
  14. Transport pallet (20) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the cleats (5) consist of paper sleeve portions with at least one lower rectangular recess (8).
  15. Transport pallet (20) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that all individual parts consist of paper sleeve portions.
  16. Transport pallet (20) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a total of six cleats (5) are provided, which are arranged at equidistant intervals along the two longitudinal edges.
  17. Transport pallet (20) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the cleats (5) are filled with saw cuttings, sleeve residues or the like mixed with an adhesive.
  18. Transport pallet (20) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the paper sleeves are cut to length to the necessary extent and two identical segment portions are severed in each case, the course of the cut preferably cutting the internal diameter of the tube.
  19. Transport pallet according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the narrow and wide segment portions are inserted and adhered in corresponding trough-like indentations (10, 11) in the cleats (5) so that the cut faces (21, 22) are orientated upwards or downwards.
