Definitions
- the invention relates to a lock cylinder with a rotatably mounted in a housing cylinder core, which has a keyway, and with holes extending from the housing into the keyway of the cylinder core, wherein in each bore a displaceable by spring pin pair of housing pin and core pin is provided ,
- From the DE 633 934 B is a lock cylinder with star-shaped aligned core and housing bores and described with a circular cylindrical keyway.
- the core pins are formed as stepped pins, so that the displacement path is limited in the interior of the keyway.
- the invention aims to counteract the latter burglary by constructional measures in the lock cylinder in several ways. This is achieved in that the insertion depth of at least one housing pin by a stop to shorten the insertion depth of the core pin in the keyway with respect to the other core pins is limited, wherein the stop is formed as lying in the cylinder core diameter jump of the bore and the bore in the housing and the bore in the cylinder core to the diameter jump towards a larger diameter, as in the cylinder core continuing bore and the housing pin a housing bore corresponding diameter having.
- a core pin with respect to the other core pins in the usual installation position with its attack surface in the keyway from the field of burglary tool can be set back.
- the formation of the stop for the housing pin simultaneously simulates a wrong division surface. Thus, if the respective core pin is reached at all and the release position of the other pairs of pins should actually be present and can be held, then enters a pair of pins in an apparent release position in which the cylinder core continues to rotate with respect to the cylinder housing.
- All housing bores can always be formed with the same diameter and all core holes always with a slightly smaller diameter even with lock cylinders without the security level in question here.
- the core holes can also consistently have a countersink with a diameter jump. If housing pins are used with the usual large clearance, then these can also be inserted into the core hole. Only in the realization of the invention, the housing pin of the housing bore must be adjusted more precisely, so that it strikes the diameter jump in the cylinder core.
- the core bore penetrates deeper into the key channel cross-section than it does corresponds to the length of the core pin.
- the core pin in the core hole is free to move.
- the usual installation position of a lock cylinder is required.
- the cross-section of the housing pins is a polygon, e.g. Octagon, with a perimeter diameter corresponding to the bore diameter.
- the pin pair with a shortened insertion depth at the contact point between the core and housing pin a magnetic adhesion, e.g. has by at least one magnet inserted into the end face of the one pin with ferromagnetic training of the other pin.
- FIG. 1 shows a cross section through a lock cylinder with a key as an illegal burglary tool
- Fig. 2 a section through the contact area of a housing and core pin on a greatly enlarged scale
- Fig. 3 a plan view of a housing pin according to Fig. 2 ,
- a suitable flat key moves the example, five each consisting of a sprung housing pin and a core pin pairs of pins so that all contact surfaces of the core pins come to rest with the housing pins exactly in the lateral surface of the cylinder core.
- the housing pins push their respective core pins under spring force to the end of the respective radial core pin hole in the cylinder core.
- the suitable flat key moves the pin pairs acting as tumblers into the individual release position as described above.
- Fig. 1 shows a cross section through a lock cylinder with a cylinder housing 1, in which a cylinder core 2 is rotatably mounted.
- Fig. 1 is to recognize as a special feature that a core pin 9 is not fully inserted from its housing pin 10 in the core pin hole 11.
- Fig. 2 namely, the diameter of the bore 12 in the cylinder housing 1 and in a part of the cylinder core 2 is greater than the adjoining core bore 11.
- the housing pin 10 has a larger diameter than the core pin 9.
- the housing pin 10 is located on a stop 14, which is formed by the diameter jump of the core bore 11. It follows that the core pin 9 in the drawn position of use of the lock cylinder after Fig. 1 the end of its core pin hole 11 is not reached.
- a key 15 provided as a burglary tool has a profile which allows insertion into the keyway of the cylinder core 2.
- this key 15 is equipped with a toothing 16, which only contact the core pins 7, so should touch.
- the purpose is that, by a shock or an oscillation of the key 15 in the keyway according to arrow 17, shocks on the pin pairs be transferred so that the respective contact surfaces between housing pins 6 and core pins 7 at least reach the line 8.
- a torque on the cylinder core 2 this random position should be used and an opening of the lock cylinder allows.
- the stop 14 prevents contact of the core pin 9 with the teeth 16 of the key 15. The effect desired by the burglar of vibration or shock transmission does not take place in the absence of contact with the core pin 9 in this pair of pins. Therefore, this pin pair 9, 10 continues to lock and the division is of course not achieved.
- the stop 14 simulates a dividing surface, as well as the plurality of annular grooves in the housing pins. 6
- the magnetic adhesion can be realized for example by inserting a magnet in the end face of the one pin and ferromagnetic training of the opposite pin. As a result, as it were, the core pin 9 magnetically adheres to the housing pin 10 and is held in this way in the desired, with its attack surface set back position.
- the housing pin 10 has one of the circular shape deviating cross-sectional shape, so that it comes to a line contact and thus better sliding properties in the housing bore 12. This applies mutatis mutandis to all other pens.

Description
- In
