The invention relates to a device for stacking sheets, in particular scalloped paper or cardboard sheets on pallets, with a vertically fixed, arranged at a height above the maximum stack height above the ground feed conveyor for the sheets, with a raised and lowered storage platform, on which the stacks are formed, and with at least one ejection roller and at least one separating shoe, which are arranged behind the feed conveyor.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

Devices for the transverse cutting of paper or board webs are known to end with a stacking device, from which the sheets produced by cross-cutting are stored edge-to-edge on stacks. Usually, the sheets are transported in a scaly form by a belt conveyor in the stacking area, where they are stacked on pallets, which are placed on a storage platform. The storage platform can be raised in the frame of the stacking device up to the area of the feed level of the sheets and can be lowered to the floor area. On the storage platform, one or more stacks are formed side by side, if the paper or board web is additionally divided into several individual webs before the longitudinal cross-cutting.

Behind the feed conveyor and in the stacking area, stacking elements are known to be arranged, which ensure trouble-free feeding into the stack area and edge-precise placement on the stack or stacks. The stacking elements include ejection rollers which are arranged at regular intervals across the working width behind the feed conveyor immediately above the Zuförderebene spaced from each other. You secure the transfer of the bows from the feeder in the stack area. Furthermore, behind the feed conveyor separation shoes are arranged, which cause a stabilizing curvature at the longitudinal edges of each sheet and secure at a Mehrnutzenablage a separate leadership of two adjacent sheets in the stacking area. For this function, the separation shoes are arranged in the region between two longitudinal edges of two adjacent sheets. Furthermore, in each case a vertical, extending in the sheet running direction separating plate is arranged at each longitudinal edge of a forming stack in the stacking area, of which the longitudinal edge of each stack is aligned. Typically, the baffles are placed in a shaking motion to assist in aligning the bows on a stack.

From WO 00/20315 a generic stacking device is known in which the separation shoes are arranged in front of the ejection rollers. The skates have an upstanding edge on each longitudinal side, from which the longitudinal edges of two adjacent sheets are bent away from each other.

Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention

The invention has for its object to improve a generic stacking device so that paper or cardboard sheets can be stacked trouble-free edge to edge at high speed.

This object is achieved in that the separation shoes are wedge-shaped with one of an inlet-side tip in the sheet travel direction upward separating edge and arranged in the sheet running direction behind the discharge rollers so that the separation edge begins below the discharge height of the discharge rollers.

The design and arrangement of the separation shoes causes the sheet leading edge runs without being directed upwards on the separation shoe and immediately receives from this at its longitudinal edges a curvature transverse to the direction of sheet travel inwards. This, referred to as a bend curvature at the longitudinal edges stabilized the arc for further forward movement, by preventing a bending of its front part.

The dependent claims contain preferred, as particularly advantageous embodiments of a device according to the invention:
  • According to claim 2, acting on a longitudinal edge separating shoes and ejection rollers are attached to a common, transversely adjustable holder. This is structurally advantageous because both the separation shoes and the ejection rollers must be positioned in each case on the course of the longitudinal edge between two sheets.
  • In the advantageous embodiment according to claim 3, a separating shoe is in each case attached to a holding plate on which a separating plate is suspended and which is connected to a shaker drive. The separating shoe is thus set in vibration by the shaking drive of the separating element. This greatly improves stacking and product flow by facilitating the sliding of the sheets down onto the stack.

Particularly advantageous embodiment according to claim 4, wherein the ejection rollers are fixed to a retaining plate, on which a vibration-decoupled second retaining plate is attached. The second holding plate carries the separating shoe and the discharge rollers and is connected to a vibratory drive. The stacking elements acting on a longitudinal edge can thus be transversely adjusted by a common traversing drive and lifted and lowered by a common lifting drive.

Wege zur Ausführung der ErfindungWays to carry out the invention

The stacking device shown in the figures is used for stacking continuously in flake form conveyed paper or cardboard sheets 1, which were produced in a cross-cutting machine. The sheets 1 are conveyed to the stacking area by a feed conveyor 2 designed as a belt conveyor, which is arranged vertically stationary above the floor at a height above the maximum stacking height. The stacks 3 are formed on pallets 4 which lie on a storage platform 5. The storage platform 5 can be raised in the frame of the stacking device up to the area of the feeder level of the sheets 1 and can be lowered to the floor area.

The frame of the device consists of two inlet-side uprights 6 and two outlet-side uprights 7, which are arranged outside the working width on both sides of the machine and connected to each other at their upper ends via longitudinal members 8 and cross member. The stands 6, 7 limit the stacking area.

In the area of the Zuförderebene the sheets 1 different elements for a trouble-free conveying the sheets 1 in the stacking area and their edge-exact storage on the stack 3 are arranged. Up to four stacks 3 are formed side by side at the same time. The paper or board web from which the sheets 1 are produced, is therefore divided in the cross-cutting machine before the cross cutting in addition by a corresponding number of longitudinal sections in single tracks.

As stacking elements, the device includes a transversely extending over the working width billboard 9, where the sheet leading edges are aligned. So that the position of the stop board 9 can be adjusted in the longitudinal direction of the respective sheet length, it is suspended longitudinally displaceable in the rear stacking area.

Behind the feed conveyor 2 a plurality of discharge rollers 10 are arranged transversely across the working width with spacing from each other, of which the sheets 1 are transferred to the stacking area. In sheet running direction immediately behind the discharge rollers 10 separating shoes 11 are arranged, of which the longitudinal edges of two adjacent sheets 1 be bent up. The curvature of a sheet 1 at its longitudinal edges leads to a so-called bowing, which stabilizes the sheet 1 and at the same time causes a secure separation of two adjacent sheets 1. Each separating shoe 11 is wedge-shaped with an inlet-side tip, wherein a separating edge extends upwards from the tip in the sheet running direction. It is essential for the invention that the separation shoes 11 are arranged in the sheet running direction behind the apex lines of the discharge rollers 10 so that their separation edge begins below the discharge height of the discharge rollers 10. The discharge height corresponds to the height at which a sheet 1 is transported further from the discharge rollers 10.

Behind each separating shoe 11, a separating plate 12 is arranged, which extends vertically and in the sheet running direction. The dividing plates 12 have the task to guide the sheets 1 laterally for an edge-accurate storage of the sheets 1 on the stack 3 and make-out. They are therefore arranged in the stacking area in each case between two stacks 3 and at the two outer longitudinal edges of the outer stacks 3. The separating plates 12 are each connected to a pneumatic or electromotive vibrator 13 as a shaking drive, from which they are shaken at a frequency of a few hertz. The stacking elements acting on a longitudinal edge of a sheet or on two adjacent longitudinal edges of sheets are advantageously suspended on a common holder, which is adjustable in height and transversely in height. In the present embodiment, the elements 10, 11, 12 hang on a holding plate 14, which is attached to the end of two guide rods 15. At its upper end, the guide rods 15 are attached to a transversely displaceably mounted on a cross-beam carriage 16. A likewise attached to the carriage 16 piston-cylinder unit 17 makes it possible to raise the elements from their working position in an inactive position above the stack 3.

On the holding plate 14, a second holding plate 18 is fixed, which is arranged in front of FIG. 2 and left of the holding plate 14 in FIG. The second holding plate 18 is fastened exclusively via rubber elements 19 on the holding plate 14, so that the two holding plates 14, 18 are mutually decoupled from vibration. The vibration-decoupled suspension causes the vibrator 13 attached to the second holding plate 18 to not vibrate the holding plate 14. At the swinging in operation holding plate 18, the separating plate 12 and the separating shoe 11 are fixed so that they are put together in vibration. The vibration of the separation shoes 11 causes the sheets 1 better down slide off the stack 3. The upper discharge rollers 10, however, are fastened via a bearing arm 20 to the non-oscillating holding plate 14. They are therefore not vibrated by the vibrator 13.

The common suspension of the discharge roller 10, the separating plate 12 and the separating shoes 11 has the great advantage that they can be querverstellt by a single common traversing, as well as by a common lifting drive (piston-cylinder unit 17) and lowered.
