Claims (15)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gestricks (1, 2, 3, 4) mit einem Grundgestrick (10, 10', 20, 20') und mindestens einem tubusförmigen, sich quer zur Strickrichtung erstreckenden Strickbereich (11, 11', 12, 12', 13, 13', 21, 21', 22, 22', 23, 23') auf einer Flachstrickmaschine mit mindestens zwei gegenüberliegenden Nadelbetten (V, H), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder die Tubusbereiche (11, 11', 12, 12', 13, 13', 21, 21', 22, 22', 23, 23') jeweils auf einem Nadelbett (V, H) hergestellt werden, wobei ab einer Startstrickreihe (15, 15') ein Teil der Nadeln (B, F, J, N, d, h, l) jeweils Maschen des Grundgestricks (10, 10', 20, 20') hält ohne zu stricken und mit den anderen Nadeln (A, C, D, E, G, H, I, K, L, M, O, a, b, c, e, f, g, i, j, k, m, n, o) Strickreihen zur Herstellung des Tubusbereichs (11, 11', 12, 12', 13, 13', 21, 21', 22, 22', 23, 23') entsprechend dem gewünschten Umfang gebildet werden, bevor in einer Endstrickreihe (16, 16') des Tubusbereichs (11, 11', 12, 12', 13, 13', 21, 21', 22, 22', 23, 23') auch wieder mit den Maschen des Grundgestricks (10, 10', 20, 20') haltenden Nadeln (B, F, J, N, d, h, l) Maschen gebildet werden, wodurch das freie Ende des Tubusbereichs (11, 11', 12, 12', 13, 13', 21, 21', 22, 22', 23, 23') mit dem Grundgestrick (10, 10', 20, 20') verbunden wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine tubusförmige Strickbereich (11, 11', 12, 12', 13, 13') in der gleichen oder in einer anderen Bindung mit dem gleichen oder einem anderen Strickfaden, in der gleichen oder einer anderen Festigkeit und in der gleichen oder in einer anderen Dicke wie das Grundgestrick (10, 10', 20, 20') gebildet wird.
- Gestrick mit einem Grundgestrick (10, 10', 20, 20') und mindestens einem tubusförmigen, sich quer zur Strickrichtung erstreckenden Strickbereich (11, 11', 12, 12', 13, 13', 21, 21', 22, 22', 23, 23'), hergestellt nach einem Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2.
- Gestrick nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Grundgestrick (10) ein flächiges, einbettiges Gestrick ist.
- Gestrick nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Grundgestrick (10') ein flächiges, doppelbettiges Gestrick ist.
- Gestrick nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Grundgestrick (20, 20') ein räumliches, einbettiges Gestrick ist.
- Gestrick nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Grundgestrick (10, 10', 20, 20') ein räumliches, doppelbettiges Gestrick ist.
- Gestrick nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens einen tubusförmigen Strickbereich (11, 11', 12, 12', 13, 13', 21, 21', 22, 22', 23, 23') an einer oder an beiden Gestrickseiten aufweist.
- Gestrick nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen tubusförmigen Strickbereich am Anfang (11, 11', 21, 21') und/oder am Ende (13, 13', 23, 23') und/oder an beliebiger Stelle (12, 12', 22, 22') zwischen Anfang und Ende des Grundgestricks (10, 10', 20, 20') aufweist.
- Gestrick nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine tubusförmige Strickbereich (11, 11', 12, 12', 13, 13', 21, 21', 22, 22', 23, 23') in beliebiger Strickbindung, beliebiger Festigkeit, in beliebigem Strickvolumen und mit einem beliebigen Strickfaden herstellbar ist.
- Gestrick nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine tubusförmige Strickbereich (11, 11', 12, 12', 13, 13', 21, 21', 22, 22', 23, 23') sich über die gesamte Breite bzw. den gesamten Umfang oder nur über einen Teil der Breite bzw. des Umfangs des Grundgestricks (10, 10', 20, 20') erstreckt.
- Gestrick nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine tubusförmige Strickbereich (11, 11', 12, 12', 13, 13', 21, 21', 22, 22', 23, 23') über seine Länge im Umfang variiert.
- Gestrick nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine tubusförmige Bereich (11, 11', 12, 12', 13, 13', 21, 21', 22, 22', 23, 23') abschnittsweise nicht geschlossen, d. h. mit seinem freien Ende nicht über die gesamte Länge mit dem Grundgestrick (10, 10', 20, 20') verbunden ist.
- Gestrick nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine tubusförmige Bereich (21, 21', 23, 23') einen Bund des Gestricks (2, 3) bildet.
- Gestrick mit einem Grundgestrick (10, 10', 20, 20') und mindestens einem tubusförmigen, sich quer zur Strickrichtung erstreckenden Strickbereich (11, 11', 12, 12', 13, 13', 21, 21', 22, 22', 23, 23'), hergestellt nach einem Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 auf einer Flachstrickmaschine mit mehr als zwei Nadelbetten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens einen doppelflächigen tubusförmigen Bereich aufweist.
