Description

The invention relates to a guide device for a misplaced in a concrete ceiling pipe and in particular for the end of at least one laid in a top and a bottom having concrete ceiling pipe.

In the production of concrete slabs with concrete core activation, a pipe is arranged in an approximately middle plane of the concrete floor running parallel to the upper and lower sides, which is held within the reinforcement structure of the concrete slab. The pipe ends must be led out of the casing space formed by the casing. Pipe guiding devices for these purposes are z. B. from DE-U-85 22 996.2 and CH-A-660 618. Since it increasingly merges with the later installation and subsequent connection of the piping system for the concrete core activation to arrange the necessary distributor from below to the underside of the concrete ceiling, ie the pipe ends would have to be led down through the shuttering wall. This would have to destroy the formwork wall or provide bushings in the lower formwork wall, which leads to leakage problems.

To avoid this problem, it is known from EP-A-0 962 710 to place the tube ends in a tube holder having a downwardly open housing which is mounted on the lower casing wall. About obliquely to the reinforcement construction directed openings the pipe ends are inserted into the pipe holder. After casting the concrete ceiling and the removal of the lower shuttering wall is thus an accessible from the bottom of the concrete floor space in which the pipe ends lie. These pipe ends can now be recorded manually and sent to one below be connected to the concrete ceiling arranged distributor. A certain disadvantage of the known pipe holder is the fact that the length is housed in the pipe holder accommodated pipe end is structurally limited and in particular for the arrangement of the distributor in the corner region between the bottom of a concrete ceiling and the wall only a small pipe length is available. In addition, the pipe ends are in finished cast concrete pavement accessible only after the removal of the lower Verschalungswand to subject, for example, laid in the concrete pavement a leak test (so-called impressions).

The conduit floor comprises a generally angular housing having open end portions for passing a flexible tube. The housing is open on its underside to facilitate the installation of the pipe through the pipe guide bend. For parallel guidance of two heating pipes, two pipe guide sheets are fastened next to one another on a mounting plate with the aid of latching means, the distance between the two pipe guide sheets being adjustable.

The invention has for its object to provide a guide device for at least one laid in a concrete ceiling pipe, which allows for the smallest possible dimensions, the inclusion of the longest possible Rohrendabschnitts.

To solve this problem, a guide device according to claim 1 is provided with the invention.

In the guide device according to the invention protrudes from the top of the housing, which is opposite to the at least partially open bottom of the housing, a pipe-passage projection formed in the manner of a pipe guide arc. This pipe passage projection is directed away from the underside of the housing to the top of the concrete ceiling. The pipe end section guided through this pipe feedthrough projection therefore extends in the direction of the top side of the concrete ceiling. The height of the hollow pipe lead-through projection is either adapted to the thickness of the concrete ceiling, so that the pipe lead-through projection protrudes over the top of the concrete ceiling, or to the end of the pipe lead-through projection facing away from the housing, an empty pipe (for example corrugated pipe) can be added. This makes it possible to extend the pipe passage from the underside of the concrete floor to the top of the concrete floor, so that the actual pipe lead-through projection may have a lower height than the thickness of the concrete ceiling. The pipe end section extends through an opening, which expediently seals against the pipe end section, into the housing.

By leading the at least one pipe end section out of the upper side of the concrete floor or, if the pipe passage projections are adapted accordingly to a narrow side (impact surface) of the concrete floor, it is possible to provide a sufficiently long pipe end section during installation of the pipe in the reinforcement construction of the concrete floor so that for the later connection of this pipe end section to a arranged on the underside of the concrete ceiling distributor or the like. sufficient pipe length is available. This is especially true when the distributor is in the corner area between the bottom of the concrete ceiling and the vertical building wall. Furthermore, this length is achieved at Rohrendabschnitt with small length or width dimensions of the guide device according to the invention. The Rohrendabschnitt can be removed after curing of the concrete ceiling and removal of the shuttering non-destructive from the bottom of the housing.

To improve the gripping of the pipe end section guided through the pipe lead-through projection from the underside of the concrete ceiling (after removal of the shuttering) by hand, there is a gap at least on one of the two sides of the pipe end extending through the housing, in particular in the area of the pipe lead-through projection towards the side wall of the housing , Conveniently, this space is formed by a corresponding bulge of the side wall of the housing.

The housing of the guide device according to the invention is expediently elongate and has at its one end the opening, while projecting at the opposite end of the upper side wall of the pipe passage projection.

For reasons of stability and better pipe guidance, it is advantageous if the opening in the side wall to the bottom of the housing is completed by a preferably sealingly opposite the pipe end pipe guide element. This pipe guide element is in particular releasably attachable to the housing. The pipe guide supports the pipe in the area extending through the aperture and diverts it upwardly out of the housing. This results in a smooth transition between the housing and the pipe laying plane within the concrete ceiling.

Conveniently, the pipe guide device according to the invention for receiving and guiding both Rohrendabschnitte of the laid in the concrete ceiling pipe is formed. Consequently, so through the opening in the side wall of the housing both Rohrendabschnitte extend, which then continue through the housing through into a common pipe lead-through projection or into two mutually separate pipe lead-through projections. It is sufficient if when laying two Rohrendabschnitte through the pipe guide device next to one of the two Pipe end portions is formed a gap for facilitating detection of Rohrendabschnitte and for pulling these Rohrendabschnitte from the feedthrough projections.

Im Bereich eines der beiden Rohrdurchführungsvorsprünge 28 ist die Seitenwand 16 ausgewölbt (bei 30 dargestellt).Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of the guide device for the two pipe ends of a concrete core activation serving and running in a concrete ceiling pipe. The guide device 10 has a housing 12 with an upper side wall 14 and an adjoining circumferential side wall 16,18. The housing 12 is open towards its underside 20. Further, the housing 12 is elongated and has at its one end 22 forming side wall 18 an opening 24 and at the other end 26 has two pipe-through projections 28 which project from the top wall 14 upwards and are hollow. In the region of one of the two pipe-passing projections 28, the side wall 16 is bulged (shown at 30).

The installation situation of the housing 12 within a concrete ceiling is shown in FIGS. 2 and 4 shown. Before casting the concrete ceiling 32, the housing 12 is placed with its open bottom on the shuttering wall 34. Previously, the reinforcement construction was 36,38,40 created and a concrete core activation serving pipe 42 laid accordingly. The two end portions 44,46 of the tube 42 are inserted through the opening 24 in the side wall 18 of the housing 12 in this. In this case, the opening 24 is closed to the shuttering wall 34 through a pipe guide element 48 having an inclined surface for guiding the tube 42 from the shuttering wall 34 to the laying plane.

The two pipe end sections 44, 46 extend through the housing 12 and through the pipe feedthrough projections 28. In this embodiment, the pipe lead-through projections 28 are lower in height than the thickness of the concrete ceiling. However, it would also be possible for the height of the pipe-passing projections to be selected such that their ends project beyond the upper side 50 of the concrete ceiling 32.

In this embodiment, this supernatant is achieved by attaching conduits 52 in the form of corrugated pipes on the pipe bushing protrusions 28. The leading out of the pipe bushing projections 28 Rohrendabschnitte 44,46 thus extend to over the top 50 through the conduits 52 therethrough.

In the situation according to FIG. 2, the concrete or mortar 54 now hardens the concrete ceiling 32. Subsequently, the casing 34 is removed, so that after pulling out the Rohrendabschnitte the situation shown in FIG. 4 results. When viewing the housing 12 from its open bottom 20 (see Fig. 3), the space 54 (free space) can be seen, can be gripped in the fingers of one hand to each one of the two Rohrendabschnitte 44,46 to pull out to seize the pipe lead-through projections 28. In that regard, it is advantageous if the gap 54 not only laterally of the Rohrendabschnitte 44,46, but also to the upper side wall 14 of the housing 12 extends. This is shown in Fig. 1 and in Figs. 2 and 4 to recognize.
