Abstract

Ein Betätigungsventil für einen Pneumatikzylinder (8), der zwei durch einen Kolben voneinander getrennte Druckkammern (8.3; 8.4) aufweist, welches Betätigungsventil zwei an eine Druckluftquelle (P) anschließbare 3/2-Wegeventile als Schaltventile (L1; R1) sowie ein zwischen diesen Schaltventilen und dem Pneumatikzylinder (8) angeschlossenes Ventilsystem enthält, durch das bei Betätigung eines der beiden Schaltventile die eine Druckkammer mit Druckluft beaufschlagt und die andere Druckkammer über eine Abluftdrossel druckentlastet wird, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ventilsystem zwei dem Pneumatikzylinder unmittelbar vorgeschaltete 3/2-Wegeventile (L5; R5) sowie zwei Rückschlagventile (L4; R4) aufweist, die jeweils einzeln in eines der Schaltventile (L1 bzw. R1) mit einem der beiden 3/2-Wegeventile (L5 bzw. R5) verbindenden Leitungszweigen (L3; R3) liegen, an die jeweils eine zu dem anderen der beiden 3/2-Wegeventile (R5 bzw. L5) führende Steuerleitung (L7 bzw. R7) angeschlossen sind, über die die beiden 3/2-Wegeventile (L5; R5) zwischen ihren Druckluftdurchlaßstellungen und ihren druckentlastenden Stellungen verstellbar sind derart, daß
  • a) bei nichtbetätigten Schaltventilen die 3/2-Wegeventile (L5; R5) ihre Druckluftdurchlaßstellungen einnehmen, während die Schaltventile eine die Leitungszweige (L3; R3) entlüftende Stellung einnehmen, während
  • b) bei Betätigung jeweils eines der beiden Schaltventile dieses eine Druckluftdurchlaßstellung zu dem daran angeschlossenen Leitungszweig einnimmt.
