Abstract
Description
Außerdem ist bei dieser Anlage in Maschinenlaufrichtung zuerst die Streichstation zur Behandlung der Bahn - Oberseite mit einem Vorstrich vorgesehen. Danach schließt sich eine zweite Streichstation für den Deckstrich der Oberseite an, der eine dritte Streichstation für die Rückseite der Bahn folgt. Da hierbei aber im Anschluss an das Vorstreichen der Bahn - Oberseite, als zweiter Behandlungsschritt, die Bahn - Rückseite beschichtet bzw. imprägniert wird, ist somit ein enorm langer Bahnlaufweg von der ersten zur dritten und danach zurück zur zweiten Streichstation notwendig. Dieser lange und umständliche Bahnlaufweg kann das sogenannte "runability" (Bahnlaufverhalten) negativ beinträchtigen.
Ein Vorteil der Erfindung ist, dass eine beliebige Anzahl von Streichstationen modulhaft und problemlos in den Bahnherstellungsprozess integrierbar sind. Dabei ist die Anzahl der Stationen für gewünschte weitere Striche pro Bahnseite vermehrbar oder bei Nichterfordernis auch reduzierbar, ohne dass der bisherige Weg der Faserstoffbahn über Zusatzebenen oder Ausbau von Ebenen verändert werden muss.
Das Gesamtkonzept der Streichpartie kann damit im Wesentlichen unverändert bleiben.
- zuerst auf die Oberseite 2b der Bahn 2 mittels Streichstation 5.2 Streichfarbe,
- als zweiten Schritt auf die Rückseite 2a der Bahn 2 mittels Streichstation 5.1 ebenfalls Streichfarbe aufgetragen wird.
Diese Variante wird angewendet, um der Bahn beispielweise mehr Festigkeit zu verleihen bzw. ihrer Rollneigung entgegenzuwirken.
Im Anschluss daran kann die Bahn aufgewickelt werden oder auch noch weiteren Behandlungsschritten zur Veredelung zugeführt werden.
Aber auch das Auftragen in indirekter Weise wäre möglich. Hierbei würden die Aggregate A zunächst das Medium auf eine Auftragswalze aufbringen, welche das Medium danach auf die Bahnseite 2a oder 2b überträgt.

Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zur mehrfachen Auftragen eines flüssigen bis pastösen Mediums auf eine laufende, vorgetrocknete Faserstoffbahn, insbesondere Kartonbahn, innerhalb einer Maschine zur Herstellung der Faserstoffbahn, wobei wenigstens zwei, auf einem Fundament (6) der Herstellungsmaschine (1) befindliche Streichstationen (5) zum Beschichten jeder Bahnseite (2a,2b) vorgesehen sind und jeder Streichstation (5) wenigstens eine kontaktlose Trocknungseinrichtung (8,10) nachgeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassa) die Streichstationen (5) für die Beschichtung jeweils einer Bahnseite (2a,2b) von gleicher Bauart sind;b) der Bahnlaufweg zu den betreffenden Streichstationen (5) für die jeweilige Bahnseite (2a,2b) die gleiche Richtung aufweist;c) die kontaktlosen Trocknungseinrichtungen (8,10) für jeweils eine Bahnseite (2a,2b) gleich ausgebildet sind;d) die kontaktlosen Trocknungseinrichtungen (8,10) für beide Bahnseiten (2a,2b) sich auf der selben, gemeinsamen Ebene (7) befinden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
in Maschinenlaufrichtung (L) zuerst eine Streichstation (5.1) für das Auftragen eines Vorstriches auf die Rückseite (2a) der Bahn (2), gefolgt von einer Streichstation (5.2) für das Auftragen des Vorstriches auf die Oberseite (2b) der Bahn (2) angeordnet ist, der sich eine Streichstation (5.3) für einen Deckstrich auf die Rückseite (2a) der Bahn (2) und danach eine Streichstation (5.4) für einen Deckstrich auf die Oberseite (2b) der Bahn anschließt, wobei die Streichstationen (5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4) in der genannten Reihenfolge betreibbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
alle Streichstationen (5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4) sich auf dem selben Fundament (6) befinden - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
alle Streichstationen (5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4)) zum direkten Beschichten der Faserstoffbahn (2 ) ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Streichstationen (5.2, 5.4) für die Oberseite (2b) der Faserstoffbahn (2) zum Auftrag von Streichfarbe mit einem Feststoffgehalt von ca. 60 % vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Streichstationen (5.1, 5.3) für die Unterseite (2a) der Faserstoffbahn (2) zum Auftrag von Streichfarbe oder zum Auftrag von Stärke vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
den Streichstationen (5.2, 5.4) für die Oberseite (2b) der Faserstoffbahn (2) jeweils ein IR-Trockner (11) nachgeordnet ist, dem jeweils ein Heißlufttrockner (10) und erforderlichenfalls ein weiterer Heißlufttrockner (10') folgt. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
den Streichstationen (5.1, 5.3) für die Unterseite (2a) der Faserstoffbahn (2) jeweils ein IR-Trockner (11) nachgeordnet ist, dem jeweils eine kontaktlose Bahnumlenkeinrichtung (Airturn) (8) folgt. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
jeder kontaktlosen Trocknungseinrichtung (8, 10) eine separate Zuggruppe in Form eines gekühlten Zylinders (9) nachgeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die beidseitig zu beschichtende Faserstoffbahn (2) in annähernd horizontaler Lage den jeweiligen Streichstationen (5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4) zuführbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehren der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der letzten Streichstation (5.4) eine Nachtrockenpartie (III) mit einem an sich bekannten Curlcontrol folgt.
