Abstract
Eine Kolbenpumpe, insbesondere eine Reihen- oder Radialkolbenpumpe zur Kraftstoffhochdruckerzeugung bei Common-Rail-Einspritzsystemen, weist eine in einem Pumpengehäuse (1) drehbar gelagerte Nockenwelle (2) auf, die mindestens einen Exzenternocken (3) aufweist. Dem Exzenternocken (3) ist mindestens ein Pumpenkolben (4, 14) zugeordnet, der vom Exzenternocken (3) betätigt ist und der in etwa radialer Richtung zur Nockenwelle (2) eine Hubbewegung (5) ausführen kann. Die Hubbewegung (5) umfaßt einen zur Nockenwelle (2) gerichteten Abwärtshub (5') und einen entgegengesetzt gerichteten Aufwärtshub (5''). Zur Reduzierung des Verschleißes der Kolbenpumpe ist vorgesehen, daß zwischen jedem Pumpenkolben (4, 14) und dem Exzenternocken (3) ein Pleuelelement (6, 16, 26, 36, 46) angeordnet ist, welches durch Abwälzen die Hubbewegung (5) und die Kraft auf den Pumpenkolben (4, 14) überträgt. A piston pump, in particular a series or radial piston pump for high-pressure fuel generation in common-rail injection systems, has a camshaft (2) rotatably mounted in a pump housing (1), which has at least one eccentric cam (3). The eccentric cam (3) is associated with at least one pump piston (4, 14), which is actuated by the eccentric cam (3) and in approximately radial direction to the camshaft (2) can perform a lifting movement (5). The lifting movement (5) comprises a camshaft (2) directed downward stroke (5 ') and an oppositely directed upward stroke (5''). To reduce the wear of the piston pump is provided that between each pump piston (4, 14) and the eccentric cam (3) a connecting rod (6, 16, 26, 36, 46) is arranged, which by rolling the lifting movement (5) and the Force on the pump piston (4, 14) transmits.
