Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zur Wärmebehandlung von Werkstücken in einem Behandlungsraum (4) mit einer Behandlungsgasatmosphäre, insbesondere in einem Durchlaufofen, soll im Prozess verunreinigtes Behandlungsgas zumindest zum Teil der Behandlungsgasatmosphäre entzogen, gereinigt und der Behandlungsgasatmosphäre wieder zugeführt werden.
