Claims (9)
- Außenverkleidung mit integrierter Wärmedämmung zur Verringerung des Wärmeverlustes für insbesondere witterungsbeständig verkleidete Fenster und Türen aus Holz, Kunststoff, Fasalex, Metall, Verbundmaterial oder ähnlichen Materialien, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenverkleidung (4, 5) eine oder mehrere geschlossene Kammern (16, 17, 18) aufweist, wobei einzelne oder alle dieser Kammern (16, 17, 18) raumfüllend mit Dämmstoff ausgefüllt sind.
- Außenverkleidung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenverkleidung (4, 5) aus Kunststoff- oder Metallprofilen, aus Fasalex oder ähnlichem Material gefertigt ist.
- Außenverkleidung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenverkleidung (4, 5) mit einem vorgegebenen Belüftungsabstand am Fenster oder an der Tür montiert ist.
- Außenverkleidung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenverkleidung (4, 5) an ihrer dem Fenster oder der Türe zugewandten Seite einen Montagehalterkanal (9) aufweist, über welchen eine verdeckt liegende Befestigung mit entsprechenden Montagehalterelementen (19) ermöglicht wird.
- Außenverkleidung nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenverkleidung (4, 5) durch angeformte Distanzteile (11) oder durch Montageelemente (19), mit welchen die Außenverkleidung (4, 5) an der Außenfläche der Fenster- oder Türelemente befestigt ist, von diesem Element (1, 2) in definiertem Abstand gehalten wird, wobei dieser Abstand so gering gehalten ist, dass es zu einem ungehinderten Austritt von durch den Elementkörper (1, 2) transportierter Feuchtigkeit kommen kann, jedoch keine die Wämedämmung beeinträchtigende Luftkonvektion stattfinden kann, wobei der weitere Feuchtigkeitsaustritt nach außen über entsprechende Entlüftungsfräsungen erfolgt.
- Außenverkleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenverkleidung (4, 5) aus Stangenprofilen zusammengesetzt ist, welche vor dem Zuschnitt bereits mit Dämmstoff ausgefüllt sind, wobei dieser Dämmstoff bereits bei der Herstellung der Stangenprofile etwa durch Ausschäumen in einem Arbeitsgang eingebracht sein kann.
- Außenverkleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kammern (16, 17, 18) der Außenverkleidung (4, 5) nach dem Zusammensetzen der Profilteile mit einem verblasfähigen Dämmstoff, bevorzugt mittels einer Einblasmaschine und insbesondere bevorzugt in Kombination mit einer Absaugeinrichtung, gefüllt werden, wozu an nicht sichtbarer Stelle Durchbrüche durch die Kammerwand angebracht werden, welche nach dem Auffüllen der Kammer mit dem Dämmstoff wieder in geeigneter Weise, bevorzugt luftdicht geschlossen werden.
- Außenverkleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenverkleidung (4, 5) an ihrer Sichtfläche Profilteile (14, 15) aufweist, welche die einfache, lösbare Anbringung eines weiteren Verkleidungselementes (6, 7), welches bevorzugt aus Aluminium gefertigt ist, ermöglichen.
- Außenverkleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenverkleidung (4, 5) an ihrer dem Fenster- oder Türelement zugewandten Seite einen Montagehalterkanal (9) aufweist, in welchen eine Metallschiene (8), bevorzugt eine Aluminiumschiene eingefügt ist.
