Abstract

La présente invention concerne un ascenseur comprenant une unité d'entraînement (13) montée dans une partie latérale supérieure de la cage d'ascenseur (1). Cette unité d'entraînement (13) est, vue depuis l'ouverture de porte de la cage (7), montée sur une paroi latérale (1.2) de la cage d'ascenseur (1). Au moins un câble est guidé sur une poulie motrice (14) de l'unité d'entraînement (13), poulie qui est située perpendiculairement à la paroi latérale (1.2). Ce câble est guidé sur des poulies de déviation (15, 16) d'un châssis porteur (3) de la cabine d'ascenseur (2) et sur des poulies de déviation (17, 18) du contrepoids (9) et sert de câble de support et d'entraînement à la cabine d'ascenseur (2) ou au contrepoids (9). Le châssis porteur (3) est conçu sous forme de châssis de type sac à dos et comprend un châssis droit (3.1), qui est guidé au moyen de rails de guidage (4, 5), ainsi qu'un châssis inférieur horizontal (3.2), sur lequel est montée la cabine d'ascenseur (2). A l'arrivée au point d'arrêt le plus haut (8), la partie supérieure de la cabine d'ascenseur (2) passe devant l'unité d'entraînement (13, 14).

Claims (2)

  1. Ascenseur avec une unité d'entraînement disposée dans la cage d'ascenseur en haut sur le côté, qui entraîne à l'aide d'une poulie motrice au moins un câble qui sert de câble porteur et de câble moteur et qui passe sur des poulies de renvoi d'une cabine d'ascenseur et d'un contrepoids, en faisant monter et descendre la cabine et le contrepoids dans la cage, la cabine étant disposée sur un châssis du type sac à dos et passant en partie devant l'unité d'entraînement lorsqu'elle arrive à l'arrêt le plus haut,
    caractérisé en ce que le câble (19) est entraîné par une unité d'entraînement sans réducteur (13) comportant une poulie motrice (14), et passe sur des poulies de renvoi (15, 16, 23) disposées sur le côté de la cabine d'ascenseur (2) de telle sorte qu'il s'étend sur toute sa longueur en dehors d'une surface de la cabine (2), si on regarde l'ascenseur en plan,
    en ce que l'unité d'entraînement (13) disposée dans la cage d'ascenseur en haut sur le côté et les poulies de renvoi (15, 16, 23) sont disposées entre une première paroi de cage (1.2) et la cabine (2), vues en plan,
    en ce que l'unité d'entraînement (13) est longue et étroite,
    en ce que l'unité d'entraînement (13) et l'axe de l'unité d'entraînement (13) sont parallèles à la première paroi latérale (1.2) de la cage d'ascenseur (1),
    en ce que la poulie motrice (14) est disposée transversalement par rapport à la première paroi latérale (1.2),
    en ce que le câble passe sur une première poulie de renvoi (15) et sur une deuxième poulie de renvoi (16), côté cabine, et sur une troisième poulie de renvoi (17) et sur une quatrième poulie de renvoi (18), côté contrepoids,
    en ce que la première poulie de renvoi (15) et la deuxième poulie de renvoi (16) sont disposées à angle droit par rapport à la poulie motrice (14),
    en ce que la deuxième poulie de renvoi (16) est disposée asymétriquement par rapport à un axe médian M de la cabine d'ascenseur (2),
    en ce que le câble (19), à partir de la poulie motrice (14), passe sur les poulies de renvoi prévues côté cabine (15, 16, 23) jusqu'à un premier point fixe de câble (21) et, à partir de la poulie motrice (14), passe sur les poulies de renvoi situées côté contrepoids (17, 18, 24) jusqu'à un second point fixe de câble (22).
  2. Ascenseur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les poulies de renvoi situées côté contrepoids (17, 18, 24) forment avec leurs axes longitudinaux une ligne qui n'est pas parallèle à la paroi latérale voisine (1.2) .
